🔆Hey yalll, I have been a slacker with posting the past two days, but my anxiety was a little high, mainly because I was going to have a jury duty, but turns out I don't have to go at all. Which is great, but at least, I dont have to miss work and I get my hours this week. . 🥗Any who, I ate really well yesterday 1. I had scrambled eggs with shredded cheese and a sausage from @aldiusa patty and SF ketchup by @ghughessugarfree. 2. I had some cashews 3. I had Kung Pao chicken from @keto.connect 4. After 33th day I realized that I've going to the gym regularly and got my first partial goal reached! Stocked up on my favorite @genucan , cranberry-raspberry. 😍. . If you enjoy doing strength and/or endurance training while following a ketogenic diet, you really should give UCan a try. It will take your training to another level and will not hinder ketosis. . This is the stuff I used during my competition prep that helped me to keep hitting personal records while in a 1000 calorie deficit. The only time my strength took a hit is when I stopped using it pre-workout, about a week before the competition. . I ran out of it for a while and went back to cyclical keto. Now that I am stocked up again, I will be going back to a more strict keto approach. Some might call it targeted keto, but I have a really hard time calling it that. For TKD most people have some sort of fast-digesting, high-glycemic carb like dextrose pre-workout that kicks them out of ketosis for around half of the day. UCan does not do that. The insulin response from it is less than a whey protein shake, and through the experiment I participated in with @dannyvega.ms I found that it actually even increased blood ketone levels. . Basically, UCan is a very slow absorbing, super low glycemic impact starch that can fuel your workouts without hindering ketosis. 👍🏻. . Even a slender stem may have accumulated an unnecessary amount of harmful fat around the viscera. But what separates the harmless stomach sausages and the dangerous belly fat from the abdominal fat and how to get rid of them.
Dangers of mid-body obesity
The location of the fat matters
Grease accumulated between the viscera can predispose to many health hazards, and it is worth paying attention to waist obesity as soon as the mound of the middle body begins to tighten from the trouser collar. The scale may not yet tell you anything about the accumulation of fat in the middle body – harmful amounts of fat may have accumulated in the abdomen, even if the body mass index indicates a normal weight.

Fat secretes cytokines, harmful neurotransmitters that maintain low levels of inflammation in the body. Therefore, it is important to identify the fat hidden in the middle body.
The most important tool for measuring the harmfulness of midbody obesity is a tape measure. The limit for mid-body obesity is 90 cm for women and 100 cm for men. You should start investing in weight management at a time when the circumference exceeds 80 centimeters. 
How to identify harmful middle body fat?

Detection 
Looking in the mirror! There is no need to worry about sausages at the waist – unless a clear mound rises from the middle body. If the degree of bloating in the stomach varies from day to day, the source of the problem is probably in the intestine, not in the fat that has accumulated during its vacation. If your stomach is swollen, your diet is likely to include foods that irritate your gut.
health Effects 
Waist sausages are not very dangerous. Few cytokines are secreted from the fat stores immediately under the skin, and fat other than between the internal organs does not interfere with the body’s function either. However, all mid-body fat is considered more harmful than fat accumulated in the thighs and buttocks, so your body will thank you if you get rid of it.

The extra energy is stored in the body as fat, so the “extra” softness is the result of an excess of energy intake relative to consumption.
Save
Keep energy intake and consumption in balance. Reduce unnecessary sugar and carbonated carbons. Exercise regularly and avoid stress. Sleep enough and if you smoke, quit.

the waist circumference is less than 80 cm
the “sausage” at the waist is easily gripped
the abdomen “spreads” in the supine position and looks clearly flatter than when standing.
Fat between the viscera 
Detection 
The most reliable information about how much visceral fat is in the body is obtained by magnetic resonance imaging. In Finland, however, these studies are not performed to determine fat. The distribution of fat can be determined to some extent by body composition measurements, but the easiest and cheapest way to determine possible mid-body obesity is to measure the waist circumference with a tape measure.
