I feel like making a post explaining why Kozaki is a good character designer and Yoshiku is not, but I don't really want to spend time doing it lol. Too many people not knowing the difference between a pretty illustration and a good design.

TLDR:

Kozaki's designs tend to have a clear intention and identity (note how many people were immediately able to recognize the book 8 characters as medical practitioners just by looking at them), while Yoshiku's characters just tend to look like the same big booby curvy lady with different hair and clothes. You get a vague idea of who Freyja or Triandra are supposed to be, but there's not much intention.

#and dont get me started on book 8's designs #no intention whatsoever #plus kozaki is so good at considering each characters body type based on who theyre supposed to be #the dwarves look short! the giants have tall proportions!#he honestly does it better than like 90% of designers #fire emblem #fire emblem heroes
