चैतन्य भारत न्यूज लॉकडाउन के दौरान सभी अपने-अपने घरों के अंदर बंद है। कुछ लोग तो घर में रहकर भी सेहत का ख्याल रख रहे हैं लेकिन कुछ लोगों की घर में रहकर आदतें बिगड़ रही हैं और इसका असर शरीर पर पड़ रहा है। सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित नींद हो रही है। रात में देर तक जागने से नींद पूरी नहीं होती जिसके कारण लोग तनाव, अनिद्रा और अवसाद की ओर जा रहे हैं। कम नींद से स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा असर मनोचिकित्सकों का कहना है कि रात को सात घंटे की नींद व दिनचर्या के पालन से ही स्वस्थ रह सकते हैं। उनका यह भी कहना है कि यदि दिन में अधिक सो लेते हैं तो सामान्य दिनों में रात में जितनी नींद लेते होंगे उससे 30 से 45 मिनट बाद ही सो पाएंगे। यदि आपने दिन में सोना शुरू कर दिया तो ये आदत आपकी बॉडी क्लॉक खराब होने के शुरुआती लक्षण है, जिसका मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर बुरा असर पड़ता है।

कितने घंटे नींद आवश्यक विशेषज्ञों के मुताबिक, एक वयस्क व्यक्ति को रात को सात से साढ़े सात घंटे की नींद लेनी चाहिए। जब आप रात में गहरी नींद में सोते हैं तो आपके मस्तिष्क न्यूरोट्रां���मीटर बनाता है जिससे व्यक्ति जब सुबह उठता है तो वह खुद को ऊर्जावान और तरोताजा महसूस करता है। यदि आप तय समय से पहले ही सोने चले गए तो आपका दिमाग आपको उठे रहने के लिए ही कहेगा क्योंकि उस वक्त वो उतने न्यूरोट्रांसमीटर नहीं बने होते हैं। इस कारण आपको अच्छी नींद नहीं आएगी और जब आप उठेंगे तो थकावट महसूस करेंगे। दिन में सोने की आदत बढ़ाएगी परेशानी डॉक्टर्स का कहना है कि वर्क फ्रॉम होम के बाद भी कुछ लोग दिन में सो रहे हैं जोकि गलत आदत है। बेहतर यह होगा कि आप दिन में खुद को व्यस्त रखें और रात में अच्छी नींद लें। क्योंकि जब आप दिन में सोने की आदत बना लेंगे तो आने वाले समय में जब स्थितियां सामान्य होंगी और आप ऑफिस में रहेंगे तो आपको परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ेगा।

सोने जाने से पहले स्क्रीन टाइम कम करें जब आप रात में सोने जा रहे हैं तो उस समय आप मोबाइल या अन्य गैजेट से दूरी बना लें। लंबे समय तक टीवी, लैपटॉप, आईपैड, मोबाइल का इस्तेमाल करने से आंखों में दर्द की शिकायत भी हो सकती है। इसलिए समय-समय पर आंखों को आराम देते रहें।

Really happy with my progress since I purchased my #velocitishoes #velociti thank you @underarmouruk @underarmour. Since having them from April 25th as of today I have covered 264km even my shoes told me today I've used half of their life. I havent even had them 3months. The thing that I've learnt is that if your goal is to stay lean 365 days a year and the next years to follow, you simply cannot go dieting. You must eat and you must eat good. At the same time you must love what you eat because you won't be consistent if you don't like your food. This is my lunch 6 days a week. It's the same but I relish it. So choose what you enjoy munching rather than going by hard and fast rules decided by crash dieting and other such routes. Do supplement it with regular resistance training. The results will be delayed but you'll be able to keep those changes with you throughout your life. .
