Love Nikki: Time Diary Retelling 

(Anime esque cutscene series for all the chapters of the Love Nikki: Dress Up Queen mobile game) 

And another big project of mine begins! I have spent most of today editing clips from the Hell Event trailers and music from Shining Nikki to make an anime opening! This project is me going through the story mode once again, recording all the dialogue and have pure Visual Novel story beats since not many gameplay videos of just the story are available online. The first episode, containing all the cutscenes from Chapter 1 will be up hopefully sometime this week (if my recordings transfer finally). So if anyone wants a dive into the curious story that surrounds Love Nikki and the world of Miraland, I hope you enjoy. See you in episode 1! 

As you know for credits, the animations are all from the various Hell Event trailers and the music is none other than the beautiful track from the opening movie for Shining Nikki.

Recently, I have really lost the motivation to play Love Nikki due to the lack of new features and things to do in game. There are days where I want to style on LN but have way too many items in game to scroll through everything. A filtering system by color would be nice 🥺 I have thought about quitting LN but can't bring myself to uninstall the game (Also have spent too much money on it to just delete everything) 😂 My solution to this problem ended up being this -- using the suits in game as reference for drawing since I never know what to draw! I'm having lots of fun doing this and hope the game will continue to update and bring more players back in the future ;v;

Colourful Snow.

The only thing that makes me think of is Nuclear Winter. Like when the Survivalist saw green snow in Fallout New Vegas. That is horrific.

Or a chemical attack.

Or when it snows in summer in NiER.

Or the world in Make Art Not Friends by Sturgill Simpson, video.

Obviously I didn't enter. I have fun entries. Not hiding as far away as you can while wearing a hazmat suit.

I'm baffled how this theme could inspire any happy things. Colourful Snow isn't a good thing, a lot of the time.
