This is a lot to post. (for me anyways lol). It’s also been no posts so let me explain. there’ s been a lot of emotions about graduating. About pursuing and manifesting my goals and passions with full force the way i see others do. This has been expressed in all areas of my life (mind, body, and soul wise) and got me thinking. Did my heroes ever feel the same way? I never hear any of their stories. How they felt. If it was scary and anxiety ridden. No bad on their part but people haven’t really opened up about that until now. Even though it’s a different time, it feels as if we’re not that different. We’re tenacious ambitious people. More importantly, we’re the good crazy lol. Like the free be yourself crazy. Regardless, I wanted to give ya’ll some advice on dealing with this because I’ve pretty much got it down. And it’s pretty simple: Let the emotions pass. Don’t push them down. Feel them and acknowledge their presence. That is a part of the human experience we are on. We came on this earth the grow. How are we supposed to grow if we don’t feel these emotions? The key is to not act on them in a physical way. Doing creative activities, taking care of myself, and being balanced has helped me a lot. I’m a theatre major so doing things other than the dramatic arts has helped me immensely. This blog helps me! Basically i just want you to know that you’re not alone in how you feel. Change is a part of the process. letting go can be a therapeutic and a (almost) traumatizing time. You feel free but uncertain. Very, very uncertain. (I said almost lol). If anything there was a lot i needed to work through. A lot of limiting beliefs about success and being yourself. Okay have a great day. Again it’s okay to feel.
