If I can have these things, I will stick out working at !!!!!!!--I think we all have a sense that its days are numbered and I can be there in the meantime.

However, if I don't get a raise and ~30h workweeks as soon as >>>>>>> leaves, I will begin immediately to look for new employment. I don't want a repeat of 2023 where I had to harass >>>>>>/>>>>>> for ~4 months to get a raise I was promised (if there is any tone of annoyance it is at them, not you). I can't afford it.

I also think there is some conflict between how I function best and how I am being managed and worked with right now. I believe I and my work should have a level of trust by now that when it isn't present it throws off my groove and creates justification for more scrutiny which continues a vicious cycle. I made less mistakes and had better ticket times under more stringent work conditions and with busier crowds with less sleep than I have the last week or two the entire previous era of me working at !!!!!!!. I just feel !!!!!!! is becoming a needlessly stressful environment for me when it could be significantly smoother sailing. I will voice something similar to <<< sometime soon too.

There are some other miscellaneous things but they aren't as important, that's all I need to say right now.

you know the amazing genre of absolutely fucked up hedgehog cakes. like the most insane nightmare fuel you can imagine. well, my mom has been making a cake and saying she will decorate it like a hedgehog. so obviously i decided to show her some of the images bc theyre objectively the funniest shit on the internet. she loved it.

this is what was waiting for me the next day when i came back from work:
