i've been following you for your destiel and misha content for my destiel/spn sideblog, and i've known about 9-1-1 vaguely for years but never thought i'd be into it. now i have you to thank for making me a 9-1-1 girlie! if it weren't for you blogging about upcoming bi!buck i wouldn't have experienced the euphoria of it happening in realtime on tumblr! i honestly didn't think it was actually going to happen, but then i saw the kiss immediately went and watched the previous eps of season 7 and the lead-up was so good and 7x04 was SO GOOD!! and i love all the characters (hen and chim specifically aside from buck and tommy but really everyone has their appeal) so i'm definitely tempted to watch the previous 6 seasons for them not just for buck's backstory or for the buddie of it all, but i don't have the bandwith right now so i'm just absorbing everything from the previous seasons through osmosis on tumblr and the fics i read. but yeah. i can't begin to thankyou, seriously, the happenstance was perfect! i haven't felt this invigorated about media since one piece aired (still hoping for queer characters there), and before that it was our flag means death. i'm so excited to see buck's journey play out bc honestly i've been feeling weighed down and low about how dean never got to come out and destiel wasn't given the respect it deserved in the end. anyway, it's just so refreshing and inspiring to see more shows embrace and celebrate queer characters, specifically older male characters just realising that part of themselves. i love 9-1-1 for giving us this rep and hope it inspires other shows to do the same, to be open to evolving queer storylines for characters who have been "straight" for previous seasons (another one that comes to mind is jackson from teen wold, but that's another post, ha).

anyway! sorry for rambling, i just wanted to say thankyou for your blogging about 9-1-1/buck bc it has literally brightened my life and introduced me to not only a great show with great characters but another great cast and a truly talented creative fandom.

i know this is like way down in the message but i wanted to get it out of the way: JACKSON FROM TEEN WOLF!!! god that was so shocking to me as a longtime fan of the show. teen wolf was one of my first hyperfixations, i still have my stilinski lacrosse hoodie in my closet!! the reveal that he was dating one of those twins?!!! (i forget which one 😆). i was so happy…

anyways back to the main point. i am so so glad you’ve followed me from destiel and misha to 911, it truly is a pipeline many of us seem to go down. i noticed you in my notes a lot especially with my bucktommy posts (which have been pretty frequent tbh, they’re addicting to talk about 😵‍💫) so i was so surprised to hear you started watching just now!

experiencing the episode and the kiss live was what i imagine 15x18 would have been like but a bit more. well. happy? to watch buck finding a little bit of happiness and euphoria in discovering something he never knew he was missing. it was like nothing i’ve ever felt, and i’ve been living off the high since it happened. it really has been monumental in getting you excited in a piece of media, especially involving a BI MAN IN HIS MID 30’s!!!! it’s a piece of history, and we’re so lucky to have all the actors and writers and the showrunner who support it? including both lou and oliver who’ve been nothing but amazing and EXCITED about the kiss and bi buck. how lucky are we??!!

and what i’m loving even more is the people (like you) who found my blog and decided to start watching or following buck’s journey and related to it or found joy in it. it means so much to me and i’m just so grateful for the constant happiness this show gives me and others. the characters are all so special to me, obviously buck in particular. but i love how it’s truly an ensemble show and there’s so much representation and love clearly throughout, literally from the start with hen and karen.

after destiel and the end of spn, 911 is a breath of fresh air for me and i’m so glad it is for you as well. i totally get feeling down about them lately, i have too. i kinda jumped headfirst into earnestly 911 blogging and i have no regrets. glad you’re here with me!!!!

Vendetta MCs Fanart Showcase

An awesome Discord member of the server who goes by the name Dio just finished an amazing fanart of her and two other members' MCs 😊 And I just wanna share it here as well!

So, here are the three MCs and starting from the left, we have Cynthia who is @bluerinnn's MC, and then Mikha (Mikhail #1 😆) who is Dio's MC, and lastly Misha (Mikhail #2) who is @vega-ai's MC.

As evident in the picture, all three MCs are rocking some fabulous dresses 💅✨😍 The three members even concocted an AU of their own where their three MCs are actually triplets (RIP Yvette, Viktor, and Luka 💀😂). Below are short description and some headcanons of each of the three MCs 😁

Misha (AKA Mikhail #1)

Would be the oldest sibling in the Triplets AU and love to annoy the hell out of his sister, Cynthia, on purpose with his brother, Misha, but he would also literally and figuratively kill a man for his baby siblings.

Famous in Elysium City for being the [check notes] "TokTik Tiddies Guy".

The tallest out of the siblings, standing at 198 cm tall.

Aiming to romance Santana.

Many people had general problems with all of the heroines. We'll see the same thing in Hellbent. The double standard.

Or worse...the "Aro is so much better than Dylan" or "Tommy is the best girl" as if there's some competition between these women. It was one of the hardest things too see happen with Devil's Night.

But luckily, most understand Emory was at the survival level in high school and Will wasn't owed anything. Thankfully, her heart came around and she finally fought for him. 💕 I loved that SHE proposed. 😆 One of my favorite scenes. Will was so dang cute. Lol

There's ANOTHER surge of emory-hating video on tiktok too, and i think they probably didin't read thoroughly because they missed a lot of things that were going on in the text but luckily, that side of DN readers always are ride or die for emory!

sometimes, i think some dn readers really don't have any critical thinking skills because they only read what they see, and even then, they don't read fully, as if they were just skimming. How are they gonna believe everything that damon and will said when damon likes to alter reality and mindfuck people, while will lies to everybody but emmy? Even damon and alex never knew his full story, AND their his best friends. And only for will to admit a couple times that emmy was right and he was just lying to convince himself he was right because he was prideful, arrogant, selfish, self-centered and spoiled? Like, if he admitted his flaws to be better, why can't these readers? And the thing that they're mad at her was not even because she was prideful, scared or a bit cowardly (like she admitted in her pov about her approach to her love life and will) but because she was caring for her grandma? 🤡 wtaf? Crazy!

idk why but if pd can write all these headcanons about rika, banks, michael, kai, winter, will and damon, why is there nothing for emory? And it was half-assed too? I get that idea doesn't come easy, but still?

First, PD passing Damon around, and Damon literally wanting to sleep with everyone (except Emory apparently… which is so weird because he did say “it certainly wouldn’t be a chore” like…?) is kinda funny in that PD is exactly like the fandom in thinking Damon is like next level.

I still maintain that will would be the best lay. Damon said he's selfish and doesn't always keep his promises where that is concerned. why are they all lined up for him? We all know he only follows through for winter.

But at the same time my heart is like “Oh… so Emory is safe, right? No weird mash-ups?” And based on PD saying Michael and Banks and then following it was Damon and Kai, I can’t help but think it’s because those pairs have issues. Like they don’t really get along right off the bat, so there’s all this tension… which Emory doesn’t really have with anyone. So maybe that’s one reason why we never get HC with Emory. Because she’s just out there, being cute and not really causing any problems with anyone? Maybe??? I don’t know…

But it’s also weird that PD’s just like “Damon with Kai, Damon with Will, Damon with Misha, Damon with Michael… but I haven’t thought about Damon and Emory before.” Keeping in mind that Rika and Banks are the only other girls in the group besides his wife and they’re his sisters. If it weren’t for that fact alone, I really do think they’d be thrown into the mix.

And again… PD has thought about it before because they wrote Damon suggesting it. Like how have neither of them ever revisited that when the whole family is built on who Damon wants to have sex with, apparently? I’m laughing so hard on the inside because this all seems very…convenient.

Damon hassling Misha is fun. I can see it. Will and Misha are more like brothers, and we saw Will hassling Trevor in Corrupt. I think it’s probably a natural thing for them to annoy their best friend’s younger sibling. Now, if only Michael would stop trying to have sex with his best friend's little sisters...

As for the Michael and Banks convo, I didn’t read that as insecure. I read that as he didn’t want to be thinking about what the three of them would get up to alone when he could be there because he’d get turned on… and not be there. Such torture.

But gah. They’re annoying.

Why would Will try to limit how many chandeliers Emmy has? I assume she would have a warehouse when she and Damon keep supplies for jobs. It’s not like she’s filling every inch of her ceiling with them. That’s just dumb design. So if she wants to have her collection of chandeliers, let her?

And of course, Damon has to spoil her. This is extra irritating because I went back and checked the tampon scene that PD wrote, and they ended it with “Damon probably went in and got them”

Like. I don’t try to defend PD’s portrayal of willemmy anymore. Obviously, I just don’t get it. But it would be impossible to do so when Will is constantly telling Emory she can’t have something or he won’t get her something, and then Damon goes and saves the day.

I feel like we get it, already. Damon is everyone’s everything, and Rika is the star of the show.

I also loved that Emory proposed to Will, and that he didn’t make a big deal about wanting to be the one to do it. But the thing about the favorites is… people are going to have favorites. That’s alright. People aren’t going to love every character on the page.

The reason there is a competition between the Devil’s Night girls is because they were in a competition for page time. It’s the most common complaint I see is that when we were supposed to be learning about Banks, Rika came in and made the scene about her. When we were supposed to be reading about Emory, Alex came in and made the scene about her. PD wrote the girls competing for time on the page and the reader's attention. Logically, the readers have a preference, and they will be jealous for their character. And since the series is what it is and there’s no changing it, of course that means readers are going to bash the character they didn’t want to read about who “stole” time from their favorite.

None of the girls had to be in competition. And I don’t think they are in canon. But PD definitely made it difficult to root equally for all of them when they weren’t all treated the same.

At least some readers are starting to see Emory more clearly, but I feel there will always be a bit of Emory hate. She’s really not given the same level of consideration from PD. Some readers do have a double standard when it comes to the girls, but it’s not always the case. Some readers just want the girls to be given equal amounts of attention across the series.

It’s not lost on me that Rika and Alex are the ones pitted against Banks and Emory the most. The fact is that Rika and Alex were developed during the first book when it was originally a stand-alone and not a series, so Banks and Emory often feel like an afterthought when the other two come around. That’s an issue with the writing, not the reader. And I’m not going to hold PD to the fire over it; writers will always have limits in their abilities. PD did the best they could at the time. But can we stop placing all the blame on how the readers are interrupting it and accept that somewhere along the line the author didn’t execute this in the best way possible? It's nothing to threaten PD over, but at least stop blaming the readers for being frustrated and championing one girl over the others.

And the tiktok… wow. But I can’t say I haven’t heard it before. It’s so strange how some readers are willing to hold Emory accountable for Will’s actions and not Will.

But as they said… we all have our own opinions.

And only for will to admit a couple times that emmy was right and he was just lying to convince himself he was right because he was prideful, arrogant, selfish, self-centered and spoiled? Like, if he admitted his flaws to be better, why can't these readers?

It really is weird, isn’t?

And the final bit of the discourse, not entirely sure what the post meant, but I feel like it relates to a post I made a few weeks back. Will wasn’t mad at Emory for leaving. He was going to let her go and live with the regret of what he did, even though it hurt. He wasn’t ever going to chase her down or seek revenge until he learned that she lied to him and about him.

His anger was never about Emory leaving. It was the lies and (what he saw as) betrayal.

Head canons really don’t come all that easy unless you’re obsessed and constantly thinking about even the most mundane things about a character. There has to be a little insanity around them for it to get that deep.

Again, I don’t really understand PD all that much, but if I had to guess… the boys started it all, and Damon is their favorite. So HC for them is easy. Rika was developed in Corrupt and came soon after the boys, so again, there was a lot of time to be a little obsessed. Banks and Winter aren’t mentioned nearly as much as those first, but still Banks more than Winter, but never without one of the boys or Rika.

I haven’t seen a winter hc or scene other than the alternative scene to KS.

I think the lack of Emory is just that PD was done with the series and the negative side of the fandom by the time they got to NF. If it’s true that they pushed NF out right after KS, then they might not have even had time to be obsessed with Emory.

This is a good or bad thing, depending on how you look at it. Sure, Emory has much less content and readers who favor other characters will find her an easy target. But the bonus of liking an unpopular character is that you’re free to do what you want, because nobody’s watching that character.

Nobody’s watching Emory’s fans. Let’s have fun.

I was just recommended this blog, congrats on being the first adhd blog I've followed! :) My adhd is real bad right now since I can't get my meds, got that burnout going and I'm desperate for a new hyperfixation because all my other ones sound "too boring" for my brain. I saw that you enjoy talking about your hyperfixations, so my question is what things would you suggest and what would be your selling points for them? Shows, games, crafts, anything you can think of! Go wild my friend!

i feel unreasonably happy about being the first adhd blog that you followed and that it was because i was recommended to you!! 🥰 but i’m sorry about the meds. though i do enjoy talking about my hyperfixations so thank you for asking me about them.

right now, i’m really obsessed with castiel from the show supernatural. i have been for about two and half years, so it’s definitely lasted a while. plus the ship destiel (he’s the -stiel part of course), and the show are part of that hyperfixation. if you haven’t heard about castiel, he’s an angel who was sent to earth to be a soldier but he fell in love with humanity, plus he can be bitchy and really funny. he’s so pretty and just an all around lovable character.

i make gifs so i spend a lot of time watching his scenes and hoping to make other people love him too. plus the actor who plays him (misha collins) is really special to me too. i love him probably as much as castiel, and i’m actually going to meet him in september!!!!!

the show supernatural is 15 seasons and castiel is in them from the first episode of season 4 till the end so there’s quite a lot of him! this is him:

oh and misha collins from above is also in this other show called ‘gotham knights’, it’s about these teenagers who band together after they’re accused of killing batman. i admit, i started watching the show because of misha collins, but the relationships between the so called gotham knights is really amazing to watch. the show got cancelled after one season thanks to the cw, but what they did with that season was so great.

misha plays harvey dent, and he’s a really good guy who starts to struggle with, for lack of a way to describe it, another guy in his head. he blacks out and does things he doesn’t remember because the other guy takes over.

it’s a really good show, and everyone, not just the cast but the crew and the writers and especially the costume designer (who interacted with me a few times on twitter) worked so hard on the show and it made me love it so much more.

another show i really like is called 911, it’s about these firefighters and paramedics in LA and honestly i didn’t expect to love it as much as i did. procedurals weren’t my favourite type of shows, but this one had me reconsidering. my favourite character is this guy evan buckley, or ‘buck’ as he goes by. he’s got like the worst abandonment issues but he’s really cute and fun and half the reason i love the show. i am terrible at descriptions but i think anyone who watches the show finds they love him. but the show is more about found family, which is coincidentally what supernatural is about 😆

this isn’t something to really hyperfixate on but recently i’ve been really obsessed with cats. i don’t currently have one but my sister got one about 3 years ago and for like 2 months, i’ve been looking for a cat myself. they’re just so adorable and small!!! i can’t get a cat until i get a job, and it’s seriously hard right now ☹️but i’m trying my best.

i mentioned this earlier but i make gifs. like… a lot. i love watching something and thinking ‘i can make this look even better.’ making a scene brighter and playing around with colouring and photoshop is really, really fun. it takes up a lot of my time because once i start, i can’t really stop. and being on tumblr is a perfect place to share gifs. if you have the means and the time, i’d definitely recommend it. you can be creative, rewatch a show and characters you love and find a community of people who do!

i know i haven’t given you many options for things to hyperfixate on, but this has been really fun to just rant about things i like, so thank you! i hope you find some things to hyperfixate on, but if not, adhd in and of itself is really interesting to learn about. but then again, psychology and neuroscience are what i’ve committed to studying so maybe that’s why it appeals to me so much. anyways, i wish you luck on your journey! thanks for following 💖

Just the one ex-wife, and one current wife. I'd like to keep my current wife but I always say "so far" because she has plans to leave me for Misha Collins as soon as humanly possible and I just can't be trusted manage by myself at this point...although, so long as our partner doesn't leave with her when she trades up, I'd probably not have a 3rd wife but a first husband instead.

It's almost christmas day! Sachie is very curious about the tree still and the presents underneath. We got her one of her favourite tuna treats and a box just full of kitty snacks!

Tiddles also has a yummy tuna treat and some.more snack nomz to look forward to! He's eating small bits here and there and happily takes treats when offered. We're continuing with his medication until his checkup after Christmas.

This will be my second Christmas without Misha by my side. I wanted to see if Mishas Christmas jumper would fit Sachie, but it seems to have gone missing. I'd like to think Misha hid it. 'if I can't use it, no one can!' 😆❤️

Please take care and look after yourself and your fur babies this holiday season! I hope you're all doing okay out there and things either continue to get better or at least start to!

RIP your poor inbox since I found the cockles masterlist and started reblogging three days ago. I feel like I've been staring into the sun. I was around here back in the olden days like ~2012ish and while I strongly suspected what I was seeing back then, I had a lot more room for plausible deniability that they were just "really good friends." But now that I've returned to find an avalanche of ten years worth of their interactions, I think my soul has left my body.

My question was if you knew where I can find the full size gif of the "raised in a barn" jensen fixing mishas suit collar moment? It was the first thing i saw that stopped me in my tracks asking wtf i just watched. Misha literally looks like his brain blue screened between the neck touch and the butt pat. I've seen one or two that are partials or zoomed in from the one I remember.

On a personal note, thank you for all the work you did on that massive list. I'm going thru some stuff rn and these nerds are one of the few things that has made me genuinely smile over the last couple days. How can you be sad while looking at those faces?! I might have fallen hard down the rabbit hole but fuck it, it's warm and cozy down here lol.

Yeeeeess!!! I still can't believe it happened! This was the photo! I'm still sad bc the idea was that I was going to be facing Jensen holding his hand BUT he would have the other hand behind him sneakily holding Misha's hand and Misha would be looking all mischievous and smug 😆 but it's ok next time I wont freeze up! (Also I still can't get over Misha's respectful hand on my waist 😭😭😭)

Omg this worked!

I had the team of Lunae(level 70 currently), Yanqing and Misha who are level 80 and Luocha who is currently level 60.

My trailblazer level is 67 and I took advice to save my ults for the dice rolls, can't believe Misha got the last strike with his mop when Aventurine was weakened!

Get cleaned gambler! 😆 🤣

So Bridgewater just tweeted, “I’m on a work-related field trip this morning.” Meaning they might be film scouting? I mean, we know Misha is in the east coast right now. He’s like 2 hours from the bridgewater triangle. I’m getting excited 😆.

I dunno the lines on filming since they can't use his face on merch for some reason, but that may be weird contract hijinks. I don't really understand the podcast industry's limits if you will.

CON REPORT

Ok, my second supernatural con ever. I'll just go over everything that happened that I remember, good and bad. Let me just say, I am SO READY to go to the next one 😅 I'll put this under the cut cause will be little long

Let me start with Covid stuff. It's kinda stupid lol. The photo ops are really no fun with the plastic. I mean, if you're good with poses or creative it's fine. But I'm too much of a mess. I just had one with Rob and one with Jared. I might share when I get the jpegs :)

Otherwise, they were really strict about wearing masks in the main panel room. You could kinda take it off to drink for a sec but that was it. Could only take it off for photo ops and some selfies/m&g pictures let you depending on the actors.

You did have to have the negative Covid test before you could go. I felt safe enough. Also, for any of the Rob/Swain involved m&gs, you had to show proof of vaccination. But those were the only times.

Speaking of. Ok so. GUYS DO THE LOUDEN SWAIN STUFF. I bought the acoustic jam there and only 7 out of 30 tickets had been sold. They're amazing ok! I didn't like them being sad cause there was so little people :( But it was still amazing and I'm love them and I got to request Mrs. Vance and they played it ☺️ it was like being at a stageit show in person.

I also got a David auto Friday. Him and Adam are HILARIOUS, btw. I didn't have anything for him to sign so I just got a pic there. He's adorable and really easy to talk to.

Saturday I got my Jared auto. I said I loved the picture on the magazine and he said they were just goofing around or something. That interaction was also really easy for me (it maybe was the alcohol I had right before 😅)

I also had Swain autos. I bought the singles at the table and let them choose which to sign. Rob was first picked the company, then Billy Comeback Kid, Norton Basement of No Hope, and Borja Letter. But Borja signed with black on black so can't really see XD I didn't really say anything to them there, was fast lol.

Also Rob auto! I just nervously said something about him singing at the panel and he was great as always. I didn't get to tell him why I picked that CD but oh well 😆

All the panels were great, but Misha's just felt like. Well it was fine but the people asking questions were starting to annoy me 😅 it ended up really good though. (And if you're wondering, no, they did not screen questions)

SNS was amazingggggg!!!! I would have been happy with any Louden Swain, but they played their new song Let the Music Play for the first time live in front of people dhdhsja. And they played Kind of Guy!!!! It was on my wishlist and I didn't think I'd get to hear it live ever 😭♥️

Sunday was the best. I already talked about the meet and greets so I won't again 😅 I got a Misha auto. Didn't manage to say anything besides hi and thank you lol

So yeah. I'm definitely still loving these and will try to go to as many as I can 😅 Rich was definitely missed, but you know, I can have a good time without him XD
