I'm having such a struggle picking which fucking one to do bc on one hand Foolish probably has more material to work with but on the other I've seen Phil and Charlie interact so much (but like outside of qsmp) that I'd have a way better idea of their dynamic. Phil had no fucking clue what Foolish's deal was prior to being paired with him on Bolas. He knew he was a goofy happy-go-lucky and talented guy that?? Maybe had allegiances with the Feds?? Hard to tell?? He thought it was a bit tbh. But Purgatory opened Phil's eyes up and he learned that yeah, he's kinda right to a degree. But there are still layers to Foolish despite how Just Vibing he is.

And holy shit can he TELL Foolish has the capacity to be terrifying. You're telling me an immortal shark-totem hybrid doesn't have the ability to kill a motherfucker violently??? NAH. Phil can tell if enough of the right buttons are pushed, Foolish would snap and tear a bitch to shreds. Likely for Leo.

Phil's not entirely sure he can trust Foolish bc he's so unclear about where his loyalties lie, but Phil CAN tell that Foolish keeps it that way for a reason, and Phil thinks it's smart. Despite not entirely trusting him, he believes Foolish wouldn't like. Sell out his friends for a corn chip, yknow?

Now when you take all the serious out of these two though, THEN it gets interesting. Foolish is one of the islanders that has the easiest time getting Phil to let loose. It's just contagious, Foolish is too silly.

Also something about how one of them has deep ties to the air and the other technically has deep ties to the sea. Something about that. Especially when used in like, a serious situation. Speaking of the hardcore deities, Phil desperately wants to introduce Foolish to the Ocean Overlord bc they're (maybe) both himbo gods with some sort of tie to the ocean that are just vibing their asses off. (Oh my god wait I'm cooking on that idea. Doozers let's cook together on this).

Phil is jealous that Foolish can still swim, the thing he's deeply connected to (esp with those cosmetic fins he has) but he can't fly, the thing he's deeply connected to. But really it's just that Foolish is lucky bc the Federation would have to horrifically butcher him more or less in order to take away his ability to swim properly. Phil's easier to forcibly contain.

Believe it or not, if a situation arose where it was necessary, Phil would pick Foolish for his team (again) in a heartbeat. He may not be as passionate about fighting as Etoiles, or as ruthless as Fit, but hes powerful nonetheless, a trusted friend, has been in that situation with Phil before, and is a beacon of positivity; excellent for morale. Silly disposition and weird alliances aside, Foolish is an invaluable addition to a team from an objective perspective.

The Good Ol' Rugby Game

It's the middle of the so called "work week" and you know what that means:

IT'S WIP WEDNESDAY

I was thinking about Rugby AUs because have you seen the thighs on those lads? But I don't know anything about Rugby tbh this is just vibes and thots. Something somethin elaborate rituals. But it's also fun. Pardon my errors I wrote most of this on discord today

Reader is a trans man - No name but he's referred to as Ripper by Simon and Johnny because they think he's like a little terrier/ankle biter on the pitch (It's a pitch for rugby, right?). And he is.

You've won.

It takes a minute for the cheering to register, for you to realize that the whistle's been blown and the game is finished, and by the time you do realize, you're in the air, brawny arms hooked around your middle, flying until you hit the ground hard, Johnny on top of you. "Fuckin' beautiful!" He shouts, his voice hoarse. And then an even heavier weight drops down on the two of you, squeezing all your air out.

"Brilliant, lads," Simon growls, knocking his forehead against yours. "Fuckin' perfect play."

"Riley, you're going to break me if you don't get your fat arse up," you grouse. "You too, Tav. Fuckin' muppets."

"Aw, love you too, Ripper," Johnny lands a wet, sweaty kiss on the side of your head before he shoulders Simon off the two of you and pounces on the giant, kissing him on the mouth with zeal.

You get up with a groan, your whole body one big fucking bruise. "Shoulda picked football," you complain to no one in particular. "I'm going to feel this forever."

Johnny swats at you blindly as you limp off, somehow managing to connect, his hand a guided missile that's only capable of targeting asses.

It’s just an amateur league— You know that, everyone on both sides of the pitch know, but it feels like your neighbourhood never got the memo. As the seasons gone on, more and more people have been showing up, wearing green and white, and when you go out to the pub after games, you never have to buy your own pints. It’s almost like being a girl again, except now you feel at home in your own skin, and the only person that tries to grab your arse is Johnny.

You know it’s Johnny and Simon that everyone’s there for, and you don’t care— You’re proud of your huge friends. They joined the league a little after you did, newly retired from the military, both of them with too much energy and muscle and training to not play some kind of sport. And they rope you into training with them. Runs with Simon so early in the morning it’s still practically dark, running drills on free afternoons in the park, tagging along to the gym and watching Johnny lift insane amounts of weight. It’s more fun than you think you’ve ever had.

You’re definitely a third wheel, but they’re good about it, obviously together but obviously wanting you around, careful to include you.

And it feels good to be one of the boys.

You grab your bag from under the bench and head off the pitch, eager to go home and shower the grass stains and flecks of someone else’s blood off of you, maybe curl up with a pint of dark beer and a pint of chocolate ice cream. Everyone’s likely going out for drinks, but you’ve been jostled around plenty for the day, head still ringing a bit from an elbow you took to the side of the head during a scrum.

“Hey, Ripper,” Johnny yells after you. He has lungs, even after a game of shouting himself hoarse. “Ye comin’ to tha pub?”

“Nah, not tonight,” you shout back. “Can’t be arsed. Goin’ home to order a Chinese.”

He’s about halfway deflating, and perks back up at the mention of greasy take out. “Order for Si ‘n’ me too, aye? We’ll be round in an hour.”

“Alright!” you call back, because that’s easier than shouting across a crowd that you were really looking forward to cozying up in front of the tv and— Oh, right. “Bring beer!” That saves you a stop on your way home.

You get home and scramble to clean up a bit-- Johnny doesn't mind a bit of mess, but Simon will stare at clutter like it personally offends him (because it does), or worse, just start tidying up. He always tells you you're not as bad as Johnny, but it's not much of a consolation. Half the mess is your roommate's anyway, who is at her girlfriend's for the weekend, again. It likely won't be long till she moves out, and you'll have to leave your cozy little spot. But at least you now have large friends to help you move.

That done, you order takeaway and pop into the shower, tossing your sweaty uniform into your hamper, and you're just getting dressed again when someone knocks at your door. You nearly forget to tuck your packer into the pocket you've sewn into all your boxers, remembering only as you almost reach the door. If anyone on God's green earth will notice that you suddenly don't have anything in your pants where you usually do, its Johnny.

"Takin' ages," he complains when you finally do answer the door. Behind him, Simon is paying for the takeout, making the delivery man look so nervous it would be funny if you didn't feel bad.

"Didn't have pants on yet. And Si, you don't have to--" He shoves the paper bag at you, cutting you off. Okay. Fair enough.

Johnny kicks his boots off haphazardly at the door. Simon takes his off neatly and sets both pairs neatly to the side.

Johnny's already in the kitchen, stowing beers in the fridge, then banging cupboards open and shut looking for plates. You'd think he'd remember by now, but he never does.

"You guys didn't have to skip the pub, you know," you say, unpacking the bag of takeout on the coffee table. "Everyone'll want to congratulate you."

"S'no fun without our little Ripper," Johnny says, tossing you one of the few beers you did have in the fridge, grinning. "Wouldn't even bother with the league without you."

"Don't be ridiculous," you say, laughing. "You guys are good. Best we've got."

LAST SONG: so a thing about me is that eventhough I love music, I do have a hard time with noise, it gets too much for me easily, so I don't tend to just have music on. Sometimes when I drive. CURRENTLY WATCHING: I am watching a bit of the Star Wars Clone Wars animated series while on my exercise bike. It's fun and lowkey!

THREE SHIPS: Meryta/Tansui (ffxiv), they make me insane. I've lost it over these guys, I have so many thoughts, so many things that compel me, so many ideas about their dynamic and the implications. I'm in a one-man rowboat for this ship and I appreciate everyone who is taking interest and cheering me on. Solas/Iwyn (Dragon Age), they just always and forever live rentfree in my brain. Sarkan/Agnieszka (Uprooted), they're delightful and their dynamic is so fun. I was waffling here, and ended up picking a ship I've written for and not just one that compels me or some of my fave friend's OC ships because there is a few. Also *this* close to picking Magnai/Hien, it's not a ship tho. It's not that would be madness, right?

Ranking Each Sims 4 Trait On How Psycho The Sim Would Be If They Had That Trait

now girlies (gender neutral) this is going to be a VERY long post so I'm going to put all the deets below a read more line (not anymore because I want everyone to see this) but the traits I'll be going over is the personality traits. Not the traits your sim got from completing an aspiration or those traits from the rewards store or any other traits. no no no this is ONLY personality traits. if you're ready just press the read more and buckle up. Btw this is based of my opinion and if you headcanon traits differently that's fine but that's how I think about them

also i'm using the word "psycho" very loosely so just keep that in mind

Emotional Traits

Ambitious - 5/10

You can argue that having ambitions makes you a psycho if your ambitions make you delusional, but sometimes they aren't delusional and very much grounded in reality. It really depends on how you look at this sim

Cheerful - 8/10

Girl, how are you happy while you're about to be homeless? When your life is in shambles? When you are about to DIE from embarrassment??? Being optimistic is one thing but I feel like cheerful sims are so optimistic that is getting to the point they're delusional

Childish - 3/10

I'm only giving a little bit for childish because there's a slight chance the sim is childish because of trauma and/or age regression but most of the time the sim is normal

Clumsy - 0/10

There's no way in hell a clumsy sim is a psycho unless they have the other traits that I rate highly in the psycho scale by using their clumsiness as a manipulation tactic but by itself? Nah

Creative - 0/10

Same thing with clumsy: by itself isn't a problem but dangerous if the sim has other psycho traits and ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS because they would get inspired for no reason thinking about an elaborate way to torture you

Erratic - 2/10

Now, you may be wondering, "Alan! Why did you put erratic on such a low scale? Isn't that trait THE psycho trait?" And I say yes and no. Yes because that is what someone who doesn't know shit about mental illness would say but mainly no because that's more like having a mood disorder which is, for the most part, is actually harmless. Not to mention, alot of people, including myself, use this trait as a indicator of neurodivergence even though it is a very bad trait to represent it. The main issue in general with this trait I have is that sims with this trait will be mean to people for no reason and its not as fun as how the insane trait works in sims 3 where your sim will fish in a swimming pool as an example. Also, talking to yourself doesn't mean you're insane. It's just a bad trait tbh

Genius - 0/10

Same with creative and clumsy. Harmless unless there's other psycho traits in there

Gloomy - 3/10

Now these sims might THINK that they're psychos but they aren't. They're just sad boys and sad girls and sad enbies. Now, if they don't think they're psychos and use their sadness as an excuse to manipulate people then yes, they are psychos. Most of the time these sims aren't psychos however so that's why I rank them lowly on the psycho scale

Playful - ?/10

I give these sims a question mark because I just don't know about these sims. They're always in the verge of dying by laughing themselves to death so they're more of a ticking time bomb than them being psycho. You can decide however you think these sims should be in the psycho scale

High Maintenance - 10/10

OMG THESE SIMS ARE THE CRAZY ONES! they will just wake up in a bad mood. they'll complain over a hang nail. if the toilet water gets on them, they'll complain over that. The sun? The enemy. These sims need THERAPY and I'm pretty sure they will be the kind of sims to gaslight people too

Hot Headed - 9/10

Omg these sims need therapy too but for a different reason. Why is everything pisses you off?? are you raw sodium? Because it seems you explode just because the humidity tickled you

Paranoid - 3/10

These sims can be delusional because of Big Pharma and whatever but like these sims are just trying to survive. Leave them alone. They see everything as a threat so there is little chance they actually abuse you because of their paranoia

I feel as if I can't pick out anymore what men are normal and which aren't, it's almost like I lack discernment and I hate it because I never used to be like this until I met my cunt of an ex. It's completely put me off dating until I get healthy because I cannot go through what I went through and I want to learn how to un-condition myself from these types of toxic people and men and with my toxic empathy and conditioned self thinking I can change them and seeing hope in them, hell nah. But.....I think you are wrong about Lee soo hyuk being a narcissist (it's a personality disorder that I'm not too keen on ppl throwing around so freely), he can be cocky, materialistic and controlling but hes no narcissist. I actually sense an underlying insecurity and lack of a personality in him, surprisingly. The man is so damn mutable that if he doenst know who he is now, he will soon not know. Also, his energy is very nervous/unsure especially in relationships, hes definitely out of his element when it comes to love. And that's what creates a bad individual to date, that unsurity of his, that I dont know what the hell I'm even doing here energy, leads to all of his insecure and weirdo behaviors in a relationship. And its something he needs to work out (or he could choose to remain a bachelor forever 🤷‍♀️). And those personal issues of yours will need to be worked out as well before attempting to return to the dating scene or you may continue the cycle of bad relationships etc....

Love is real, no matter how you seem to look at it love exists. It's like a unstoppable force of energy that hits you in the chest so painfully. At least... It hit Ena in the chest so much it hurt. Not a good hurt.

Love exists, love is more painful then pain itself. It brings unwanted emotion that makes you grow insane with lust, affection. Sometimes you have to step back to then remind yourself of the difference between lust and affection. They both go into the love category. But for some reason we are told they are two different things.

When trying to bring someone up into adulthood. Lust should not be the first thing introduced to them first. Affection and lust are different, if your introduced to the wrong thing your idea of love gets boggled with.

The room was quiet. Nothing but the sound of Ena combing his hair, the sound of Ena sipping on Champaign. Maybe if you listened hard enough you could hear him drowning himself in his own sorrows, drinking himself dry.

The feeling of his hands caressing Ena's shoulders, up and down moving to his face. Hands so cold like no other as if these hands aren't there, they aren't there.

"Tut... Don't be stupid, I just... Thought you were touching me, just go back to your stupid word game things or whatever it is that you find interesting.." Ena avoided the question, he could have sworn he was touching him.

"Hey hey don't ignore the subject..! Come on tell me, pleaseee..~ I won't tell anyone okay..? It's just me and you after all."

"Piss off.. I'm interested in making conversation." He sipped more from his glass, suddenly his cup was snatched right from his hands. "Haah..?! Hey give that back to me..!" Ena reached for his cup but Laito put his arm back.

"Ah-ah-ah~ Not until you tell me what you were thinking about. Come on I've grown bored sitting in silence." He smirked, something about bothering Ena breaking him till he fell to his knees. He liked watching him cry or burst out emotion. "Come on, tell me."

"Tch.." He sat back leaning back into the chair near the bed. "What do you think about love... Laito."

"..?" He looked at him, confused. He fell back his bed on his back looking up at the ceiling thinking about the question. "Love.. Non existent I'd say, 'I love you' why you can say that to just anyone and it might just get them to bed." Laito spoke. "Why do you ask..? Don't tell me you've started to 'fall' for me..!"

"Haah..? Don't be idiotic as if." Ena scoffed. The mere thought of loving Laito made him sick to his stomach. "I have no particular reason, my perception of love is similar though I believe it exists."

"And why's that..?"

"It just is.. I don't the energy to explain further." Ena looked down, at his pale ghost like hands. "My father.. He was gross and the object of my hatred. So he found things to love."

"Hmm..? I've heard stories of that man. I truly wonder what being raised by him must of been like. So what did he love..?"

"What do you think..? That brat of course, everyone likes that thing.. Everyone I can tell from looking at you with it that you like it to." He clutched his hands. "However it seemed it wasn't enough so he ravaged at other things as well.. He was a monster a demon even though he was human."

"Really now..? Just what else did he like to ravage on..? Do tell could that be what you were thinking about..?" Laito smiled, sadistically.

"Nn..." Ena grabbed onto the wine glass, finally being able to grab it from Laito's hand. Pouring more of the toxic liquid he oh so loved. "Anything and everything that moved.. Me to be exact, my mother. I heard even watched him attack and ravage her like a animal.. Yet..." He paused, the thought of his childhood memories circling back to those times made him feel dizzy. "His attention... His affection, he felt... It always went to the brat.. Always... It wasn't fair...—"

Crack. The glass in his hand broke splattering all over the floor, his hand bleeding mixing into the champaign liquid onto the floor. He breathed heavy, he hated that Laito could crack him open like a nut cracker. He hated his eyes, his sadistic smile, teeth and voice.

"Fufu..~ Seems I asked too many questions.." Laito laughed "I got what I wanted to hear though.. Me and you are alike in a sense aren't we..?"

"Don't be ridiculous... A human and a vampire alike..? You sound idiotic." Ena's hand grew numb, maybe it was just the alcohol in his system talking making his body feel numb. Could have also been the talk of his past as well.

"I suppose it does" He tilted his head looking off to the side, he had to admit it did sound a little stupid. "But that's not what I'm really getting at."

"Then get to the point..."

"You and I both know what it's like to love someone so much it hurts.. So much so that it just turns into burning hatred." Ena blinked in confusion. "You can feel them right..? You hear them whispering into your ears and you can't do anything but listen.. Me and you are alike because we grew up from lust and bad affection."

"..." He stayed quiet for a moment, then laughed for what felt like a long time. "Comparing yourself to a mere human..! A human from a clan whom killed most of your disgusting kind. Honestly you really are something Laito..! What a joke..!!" Laito continued smiling, Ena truly hated that.

Ena found himself in hysterics laughing himself senseless. At this point it was most likely the champaign. Laito reached for his bleeding hand. Not to care for it but to grab it. Ena smacked his hand away. "I don't your sympathy...!"

"Pfft... I wasn't sympathising with you, far from it actually. You're a sad human but I can't help but be interested in that sad person you are." Instead of his hand, Laito grabbed Ena's wrist pulling him to his bed, climbing on top of him. Their green eyes both aligned together.

"I'm not sad... I'm not angry... I don't care about Sumire or my father... None of them... No one..." His voice quiet. Ena's feet touching the glass and champaign on the ground cutting his feet a bit.

"You're right, you are a mere human, a human with human emotions.. Emotions you let run your life" His face closed in near his ear, his hand tightening Ena's wrist. "You're sad, an angry person.. Fufu..~ I know just from the way you are that you do love Sumire. No matter how hard you try you'll always love her."

"Haah..."

"It's funny.. Such a proud figure easily broken down if you pull at the right strings... Right memories, oh those painful painful memories.. Haah..." Laito opened his mouth, near Ena's neck. "You're weak.. So very weak.. You'll never admit it but me and you are alike even if it's only slightly.."

"...!!" Ena swung his left arm up, pushing Laito off of him he ran out of the bedroom. God why did he even go into that cage in the first place..? Maybe it was because he liked the smell of the room, not the room maybe it was Laito he enjoyed the smell of.

He slammed the door behind him. Leaving Laito alone once more in his bedroom. He smiled, he smiled once again. There honestly just was something about pushing that man to the breaking point that amused him. They were alike, even if only slightly. Laito wanted to see every ounce of emotion come out of him. Because it was funny a sick joke to him.

Passerine by blujamas is probably my all time favorite. It's MCYT and it made me cry SO HARD Safe and Distant by Lindzzz is bagginshield and my god its got everything you could possibly want Reputation be Damned by Fantasyinallforms bestie, you SLAYED here. the open ending is killing me in the best way possible, so many possibilities!! I reread it so often Living Stone by northerntrash is also bagginshield and its FANTASTIC so much to think about!! Remembrance by Fantasyinallforms again, SLAYED and I'm currently working on my own sequel to this, but I honestly could only dream of it being half as good. I cried. It was amazing. You're definitely one of my top three favorite authors of all time

24. Worst writing advice anyone ever gave you?

This one's tricky because everyone writes so differently and- nah just kidding, the worst writing advice someone ever gave me was to give up. They said I have too much going on and that I should focus on what's "really important".

My problems with this are threefold: first, having a creative outlet is really important to me and this casual dismissal of one of my favorite things (and something I consider to be one of my talents) really hurt me. Secondly, I'm pretty good at time management and while I do have a lot of stuff going on, I am still able to make time for my passions, so this advice wasn't helpful at all.

Finally, I think that if you love or want something, never give up until you get it. This belief comes from over a decade of competitive team sports and my coaches always told me that if I wanted something, I should work as hard as I could and try my fuckin best to get it, and never ever EVER give up. (Within reason of course.) I want to create stories, and I'm not going to give up. I might take breaks, but being creative is important to me, and I don't know how I could quit.

I don't know if I phrased all that correctly or got my passion/point across in the way I hoped to, but yeah. I ain't quittin :D

56. What’s something about your writing that you pride yourself on?

This one's actually tricky because I don't think I'm that good at writing. I'm a math major and my job is in data science, so writing fictional stories isn't necessarily my forte; I've been told my stories read like a captain's log sometimes lmao.

That said, this actually helps me a little. For every hour of writing I do, I probably do 2+ hours of research. For whatever reason, I'm insanely good at figuring out what keywords to search and where to find information I need to make my stories as accurate/consistent as possible. I'm also a bit of a grammar nerd, so I rarely make spelling and grammar errors, and a lot of my friends irl pay me (in gummy bears, usually) to proofread their essays for spelling/grammar/clarity/formatting. I also help them with research if needed, cause tbh i fuckin love it (and I love helping others succeed)

Y5's plot is a little messy from there being five protagonists, but I feel things converged pretty well regardless of that. Even though I wish they had more time to interact with each other aaaaaa. But I did start to get a bit confused around the end of Shinada's part because I was trying to keep track of who was actually important to stuff overall. And also baseball. Trying to understand all this terminology what's going on I don't have time to learn the plot anymore, game 🙄

Gameplay? God. The moment I was starting to get used to Saejima finally I had him snatched away from me by the story. So it felt like I was relearning his moveset every time afterwards 🫠 Akiyama is so easy to fight as, but Shinada was giving me slightly similar problems to Saejima. The enemy rate encounter in the old games was insane and they should go to jail for making the decision to do that tbh. I got into nearly 200 street fights at the start of the game. And kept running into fights right after I finished one. Directly. After. I found myself not doing a lot of side stuff. I think part of it was from trying to get to certain parts I really wanted to see, and part of it was because of who knows what really... The only character's side story I did was Saejima's, and I did almost all of their substories, tho. Besides Haruka's. I can see how someone who wants to do everything would get instantly burnt out. I just didn't

Story? Why the F U CK didn't they bring up Kiryu's thoughts and feelings on Majima after he hauled ass back to Tokyo to find answers. That was the whole initial reason he was there, and the writers were like "nah. Let's not touch that with a ten foot pole but here's Kiryu threatening to end that twink Baba." He didn't even directly react to knowing he's still alive. Like, that's one of the most glaring problems I have with it. It feels like someone ignoring an elephant stomping in the room. However I have to admit I didn't care for the out of left field relationship drama Majima had in the past. It was like a huge brick was dropped on me and then am anvil

Five catches some weird heat from people who want to pretend the whole thing never happened, and those that gave up on it super easily. To each their own of course. I just don't think it's nearly that bad, personally. Four is definitely my least favorite of the bunch. Next to six

unfortunately for the rest of this website, shinada's baseball scandal was easy for me to follow on account of me being a baseball lover myself. BUT yeah i can totally see how the typical player will get lost on things like 'stealing signs' and either might take too much time googling terms and rules to pay too much attention to the plot, or not bothering to do that and just proceeding with the story without fully understanding what's happening

on that note though like i said in the last post, shinada's the strongest point about this game for me: him and his co-stars are just such fun characters, and my favorite thing about shinada is that his play style reflects his i'm-just-a-guy-fghting-for-his-life character. it's incredibly rough, unrefined, and sluggish- nothing you'd expect from a regular fighter like maybe kiryu or akiyama. from purely a gameplay standpoint though i get how it could be irritating when you're shifting from characters you're familiar with who move relatively similar to. Shinada. (affectionately). especially if you weren't using weapons beforehand and now you're trying to become accustomed to them if you don't want to raw dog his gameplay

speaking of akiyama though, while i did like how he and haruka get to team up (i also think the protags shouldve had more time to hang out, if not at least invite each other to karaoke </3) his part felt so short. t'was foreshadowing for being sidelined in y6, but yk even for the three seconds we get to play with him, and despite the minor nerf done to him, i love him too much to be too upset. plus that air-combo shit's Wack

all things majima related in Y5 were weird, but park was especially. Off. for me. as an antagonist, she's great- hell, even NOT as an antagonist she's great. but it's just a weird feeling how the game wants us to sympathize with her and ignore how she's been threatening kiryu and haruka this entire time and treat her like a martyr. i dont think park's the worst charcter and most evil character ever, but that's prob a post in of itself honestly. what does make me feel weird though is her and majima's relationship- i guess it's just weird hearing about it after y0 though, but i'm not forgetting this game was made way before y0 was even conceptualized. it sucks that we don't get to know about majima's reaction to her death though, and honestly i was hoping they would get to reunite at haruka's concert: he said he wouldn't see her until he was dead, and according to every news outlet at the time he sure was dead, if you catch my cold.

back to majima though, it DOES suck how we don't get to see how kiryu reacts to majima not actually being dead. it's as you said, that's the reason why he even came back in the first place, and now that he's fine we're just going to have to assume how he felt

for me, five was alright. yakuza game plots are hardly anything to write home about (unless it's 7 tbh i love 7 sorry not sorry), so i'm not overly pressed about the plot being the way it is. besides, i cant be mad about the plot when part of the plot is 'daigo's on thirteen doses of copium so he runs away and decides to give 20 mil yen to his old classmate cause Dreams'.

the only game plot that actually does deserve a 'that's so stupid' comment from me is Y4's plot 🥴
