Film Review: The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes
How far would you go to make a wish come true? Rumor has it, Urashima Tunnel grants your heart’s desire, if only you can find it and if only you are willing to pay the toll, which is counted out in days and years rather than legal tender. You see, time moves differently inside that endless tunnel where the uncanny maple trees light the way with electric leaves. One day, Kaoru Touno finds that tunnel; on the next, Anzu Hanashiro finds him.

The family of Kaoru is disintegrating. He no longer feels at ease in his house in the wake of the death of his sister and his parent's separation. After an argument with his father, Kaoru flees his home and finds himself in front of a shadowy tunnel that draws him into a mysterious place. The strange encounter causes him to recall the legends about the "Urashima Tunnel,” a conduit that fulfills desires in return for one's lifespan. But the next time he goes back to the entrance of the tunnel, Kaoru discovers that Anzu, a transfer student, has been following him. She invites him to assist her with an experiment. After all, she too has a wish that only the tunnel can fulfill.
The laws of space and time mean nothing to the Urashima Tunnel. If you find it, walk through and you'll find your heart's desire on the other side...in exchange for years of your own life.

The Urashima Tunnel - if you enter that tunnel, you can get anything you want. However, there is a catch.
Kaoru Tohno, who seems to have an elusive personality but is still traumatised by a past accident, and Anzu Hanashiro, who struggles with the difference between her idealistic image and the one she has behind her strong-willed demeanor.
The two form a partnership to investigate a mysterious tunnel to obtain what they want.
It really is difficult balancing two WIPS at the same time. I want to continue the San Fernando Journal but I'm also re-editing my current WIP- 1H.AH
Yeah, I know. I should just focus on one but I'm having fun with both! I don't know. I'll try it for one more week and see if I can handle two works at the same time.
Also, the San Fernando Journal is not something so complex that I should be struggling with it. I'm writing it on the same day as I would my actual journals. Yeah, I'm making up scenarios but making up scenarios for anything at any given moment is something I do best.
I watched the first two episodes of the My Lovely Boxer. When I saw the trailer I was expecting a slice-of-life sports drama about a boxer coming back to the ring after a long hiatus or injury or scandal. Didn't expect to see the capitalistic side of sports like rigged games and abusing athletes. I wanted slice-of-life but I'll still watch it since it's not completely uninteresting to me. Also, I love Kim Jin-woo.
The Tunnel to Summer, the Exit of Goodbyes
It's been on my Movies To Watch list for a while. I almost forgot about it but saw a picture on Pinterest that I had to watch immediately to see the context.
May not be one of my favorites but it definitely is memorable. With my insecurities, I may have kept going in that tunnel.
Only Murders in the Building has been my most anticipated show after Ahsoka for this year.
Episode four may be my favorite. Charles entering the white room was peak comedy.
I have to be that person. But I have to talk about my dogs - Nike, Percy, and Aci (short for Achilles) Yes, I named my dogs from the Greek Myth.
Anyway, I just look at them and they've always melted away the darkness in my heart. And I have a lot of darkness in there. Lots of space not enough stars.
Like, after I wake up, Percy will be at the foot of my bed. He'd walk me to the bathroom and wait until I pick him up for morning hugs. Aci would hear me, then come, wagging his tail, waiting until I give ear scratches. Aci doesn't like me carrying him while I carry Percy. So I have to put Percy down and give him all the attention. Meanwhile, my eldest pup (7 years old) will be just at the door, like a guard dog. Nike doesn't get excited like the six-month-olds. But she knows when I'm not good. She'd stick with me and just let me give her a tight hug without complaining.
I love them so much. I want to give them everything and make sure they can be as happy as they make me.
Anyway, I'm planning to rewrite 1H-AH. I didn't have problems with Version 5 but I just have to make it more flowing. So. 1H-AH Version5A will be the final FINAL FINAL version.
