Ahhhh, Rasputin. He will not be included in our bracket for a few reasons:

Not Catholic. I'm happily accepting Greek Orthodox and eastern folks before the schism (why the pre-schism bracket exists).

Not a canonized saint, or beatified within the Catholic church.

If he would've been accepted, he'd have been in the folk/traditional bracket, but most of those saints were made in the first few centuries of Christianity.
