Chances are that after stopping the strict diet, one may regain the weight and often more. And it really has nothing to do with the willpower or strength

Part of my job is educating my co-workers on healthy eating, with emphasis on eating and lifestyle recommendations to promote cancer prevention. Today, I was very happy to have Tricia from @theproducebox to provide fruit samples and information to #dwccr employees. I grew up on a family farm in SE NC, so promoting local and seasonal foods is very important to me. Seeing someone's reaction discovering how delicious good food can taste makes my heart grow 3 sizes (nutrition Grinch?).
