I am so happy to be able to work on this! I was hit with the urge to revisit an old comic I tried to write and draw and redraw parts from it, but more like screenshots. And this one page stood out to me and I loved it. So, here I am! And redesigning the characters slightly!

I'm especially fond of Jex. He's still a kid, but he's doing his best. And the others tend to forget. Which is sad for Rhett (the redhead) because he's like a big brother to Jex.

Also, the "battle ready armour" comes from a memory of @zipp0flare and Codename: Kids Next Door.

I have really come so far in how I draw and such. And I love the redesigns.

Gale, coughing slightly, from inside the room: I am pleased to announce that the child is no longer cursed.

Lily, wandering in to join him: It's still dead though, which does kinda ruin the mood.

Gale: Ah yes, unfortunately even a wizard of such renown as myself cannot improve the romantic ambience further while the deceased child is still present.

Lily: What were you saying Astarion?
