...Discovering the remake of one of the games I played so much of as a kid has a nonbinary option makes me so happy you have no idea.

I wasnt that interested until I saw that and just. Its like my nostalgia grew up WITH me.

And while it may be a little bit until I can get it, like, I've been playing Story of Seasons Pioneers of Olive Town and BLOWN AWAY by how this series looks at other Japanese series ignoring queer people and diversity, and says we're going to have a diverse town. It says that while you still have to be a boy or a girl, that decision is NOT dependent on ANY characteristics.

My character has a mixture of traits and very gender fuckery.

While also having sfx reminiscent of my childhood.

All this to say, I am very pleased about where the story of seasons franchise is going amd I hope they maintain this.

#gamer time 😎😎😎#yes i basically just played pokemon digimon and mario kart <3 #the same thing i've done since i was 7 yo #oh and apart from rf5 i also played 10 hours of story of seasons pioneer of olive town (i played it way more last year)#which also checks with my 7 yo self playing harvest moon ds #the alto collection is for anxiety :) i used to have it on my phone as well and it does wonders!!!#overall it's one of my most played games it's just that this year i've played more indie steam games for anxiety than alto

I had a dream last night where I was administering a test of sorts in an office cafeteria to a person who was doing fraud, but it was in/near the kitchen so the cook (who had a british accent) kept asking me to help him out as if I was working there. At some point he asked me to make an "olive dirt casserole" while handing me olive leaves inside a mortar and pestle and I had to tell him off because he was distracting me and being rude. The person committing fraud ended up getting a 100% on their test so I guess they got away with it.
