Y ahora... qué?

Después de dos meses casi de que me haya alejado de él aun me duele... Aun me vuelve a mi cabeza sus recuerdos cada vez que escucho las palabras que decías en boca de otros, cada vez que hace frío y me acuerdo del frío que sentía cada vez que dormía contigo, cada vez que alguien me hace sentir que no alcanzo porque me recuerda lo que pensabas de mi. Ahora el dolor de no poder estar contigo se ha transformado en el pesar de saber que no fuiste capaz de madurar para poder estar conmigo. Que duele también, pero duele menos que cuando te tenía en un pedestal en la mente mía y creía que lo podías intentar y podías abrirte a mi y cambiar para poder intentarlo conmigo.

Aunque el dolor es diferente, igual sigue detrás de ambos dolores la misma voz que dice: te equivocaste... otra vez.... creíste en alguien que dijo quererte... y te volvió a decepcionar. Y es esa voz la que espero que se calme ame perdone porque no hay otra opción, porque no puedo saber si lo voy a lograr sin ni siquiera intentarlo, porque no me quiero volver un alma negra como lo era antes que jamás confiaba que ni siquiera se arriesgaba y que por eso no sufría pero tampoco estuvo nunca cerca de conocer una instancia de cariño más alta.

Después de que te lastiman la confianza, después de que te destrozan en pedacitos porque para ti era mucho y para ellos no eras tanto, después de que se rinden contigo o ni siquiera nunca lo intentaron, después de que te dejan en el piso y te toca a ti sola recoger el desastre y levantarte, después de que te toca recordarte cuál es tu valor (una vez más), después de que te quitan las ganas hasta de despertar porque sabes que te entregaste pero a cambio no recibiste sino desilusión, después de que cada día es un día mas de quererte de nuevo, de aceptar que cometes errores pero que eso no te hace menos, de luchar por sentirte bien de nuevo, de entender que no va a ser el último que te traicionó así como tampoco fue el primero. Después de que reaccionas y entiendes que sólo tu te vas a sacar del vacío donde estás.. Solo después de eso empiezas a sanar.

Puede tardar días, meses, años, incluso puede que nunca termines de sanar por completo, pero recuerda que no es ese el fin, que no es ese el aprendizaje. Lo que debes entender es que va a existir una transformación, todo el camino lo que va a hacer es forjarte, moldearte y llevarte a un nuevo yo que tendrá ahora nuevas heridas, nuevas cicatrices pero también nuevas fortalezas, porque mientras sufres y mientras te dices diariamente “voy a estar bien” así no lo sea, te estás demostrando a ti y al universo que puedes con ello. Que vas a sufrir pero no a morirte, que te va a generar inconvenientes pero no vas a perder, que vas a quedar un tiempo zombie pero no vas a morir. Porque eres fuerte y porque cosas peores vendrán y tal vez algún día la vida te sonría y te recuerde que todo ha valido la pena, que después de la tormenta por fin llegará la calma y que después de un dolor, recibir una alegría se siente más, se valora más y se cuida más.

Si estas pasando por un momento de dolor no olvides que otros estamos igual o peor que tu y que también nos estamos esforzando y que también nos estamos queriendo cada día un poquito mas y que al igual que tu lo vamos a lograr.

Here we are,at the end of 2022. We r Almost done.

Yay.

This Year has not been kind.

For alot of Us We really had to dig deep and hang on.

There were times that I really had to ask for clarity and for a plain path.

It's hard to find the motivation to keep fighting the good fight sometimes.

We do find our ways out there though.

It makes us stronger. Sometimes I wonder,just how strong do I have to be out here?
