Personal Training
I started having sessions of personal training this week. It was great to get started on a new fitness routine after doing the same one for a year.
The PT was fantastic and created a workout with lots of variety to keep it interesting, gave me encouragement, and didn't push me too far. I also surprised myself in that I can lift a lot more than I thought.
I'm excited that I might move past this plateau with my fitness having personal training. I now have two concerns: fitness and business. I'm learning a lot but I need to create attainable goals, which means having priorities.

Returned to work today, all of the things I was anxious about happening did happen!
I was stressed thinking about how they're handling our schedules, and that's the first thing they brought up. Then I got called defensive, and then when I brought up that I know I make them money, I know there's no way I could ever cost them money with my schedule, that I've done the math, I got asked "if you feel that way, why are you still here?"
Why am I still at this gym?
I feel so disrespected and upset about how my manager spoke to me. I was even told my schedule has an amazing ratio of client to no client time, way above the requirements.
