“Cassie, Cassie, Cassie!” her Pocket crows excitedly, tugging at the shoulder of her shirt as he points at himself, and Cassie ducks her head with a laugh. 

“Yeah, we’d both be ‘Cassie’s,” she teases him gently, poking him in the stomach. He beams at her. 

“Cassie!” he repeats gleefully, then throws himself at her face and hugs her again. It is so freaking cute, and it makes her feel so good.

“I have a task for you,” he informs the three of them, short and efficient, and then unfolds his hand from around the Pocket cupped in it, who chirps excitedly at the sight of them and attempts to lean towards them. The other three light up in unison, and Favor grabs Warning and they all bolt over to throw themselves at the new Pocket with delighted squeals. 

It’s typical behavior for Pockets. And Pockets don’t hurt each other. If they hate each other, they simply do not engage. 

Damian barely resists the urge to hide the Pocket away again anyway.
