Was war Ihr wichtigstes Reiseerlebnis? Headspace could be your answer, it’s a awareness and contemplation app that can help you relax, manage stress, find focus and release pressure in both your mind and body. Its guided contemplations, courses and awareness exercises are for every experience position. Headspace was innovated in 2010 by Andy Puddicombe and Richard Pierson with one charge to ameliorate the health and happiness of the world.
Curious to give it a try?
Headspace Pros & Cons
Headspace is a popular meditation and mindfulness app that has gained a lot of attention and users over the years.
Pros:
User-friendly Interface: Headspace is known for its intuitive and easy-to-use interface. It offers a clean design that makes navigating through the app a breeze, even for beginners.
Variety of Guided Meditations: The app provides a wide range of guided meditation sessions, catering to different needs and preferences. Whether you’re looking to reduce stress, improve focus, or foster better sleep, Headspace offers a diverse selection of meditation exercises.
Structured Meditation Programs: Headspace offers structured meditation programs that are designed to take users through a progressive journey. These programs typically span several days and help users develop a consistent meditation practice.
Mindfulness Techniques: In addition to traditional meditation, Headspace also introduces users to various mindfulness techniques that can be applied in daily life. These practices aim to enhance overall well-being and bring mindfulness into everyday activities.
High-Quality Content: The guided meditations and mindfulness exercises are well-produced, with clear audio and soothing voices, enhancing the overall meditation experience.
Personalization: The app allows users to customize their meditation journey by selecting sessions that align with their goals and preferences.
Cons:
Subscription Costs: While Headspace offers a free trial, accessing the full range of content requires a subscription. Some users may find the cost of the subscription to be a bit steep, especially when compared to other meditation apps with more affordable pricing.
Limited Free Content: Although Headspace does offer a selection of free meditations, it might not be enough for those who prefer not to subscribe or cannot afford it.
Repetitive Content: Some users have mentioned that they noticed repetition in the content after using the app for an extended period.
Not Suitable for Everyone: While many find Headspace helpful, meditation is a personal practice, and not everyone may connect with the app’s style or approach.

I've actually finished s4 today and all my half-finished post-episode drafts are sitting in queue. I wish I had this much writing inspiration when it comes to fic right now. Sadly, I have none, so you get this dumping of Tumblr posts instead.
S4e13 thoughts:
This is an underrated episode with a ton of subtext.
Early side note: There was a series of four TV movies called The Love Club released...two Christmases ago, I think? Anyway two of the three Roses star in them, and Andrew Bushell (Michael) is a supporting character. They're cute. Very Hallmark-esque, but fun.
This script has a ton of subtext that I won't go super in-depth with.
I had a whole post written about potential episode order flips which somehow got flagged as mature...anyway, I dumped it, but in my mind, this episode could actually have come after the season finale. Since it doesn't, I am going to point out that in this episode and in 15 (and really in 12 also) Charlie and Sarah are very much having an emotional affair.
"Best friends working together...it's a lot more complex and nuanced..." or whatever Charlie's line is right before it cuts to Sarah smiling knowingly at him. We get it. You're secretly hot for each other but neither of you know how to USE YOUR DAMN WORDS.
Rex bringing up the pillow could have been a "hey Sarah, you should just sleep here" nod. (Okay I'm reaching, it's actually because he wants Charlie to go to bed, but it's cute.)
Sarah dancing with Rex while Charlie gazes lovingly at both of them...sigh.
The pillow Sarah throws at Charlie (while sitting extremely close to him on his couch) at the end...thanks, Rex, for getting in the middle of those two before they had YET ANOTHER MOMENT OF WEAKNESS BECAUSE ARGH THEY ARE SO FRUSTRATING.
Have I mentioned lately how much this season destroyed me the first time around?
Same actor, different character: I believe we last saw Dana Puddicombe as a food truck owner in s1, and here she's a nail salon owner. She'll reappear in the s5 finale.

Unread physical books I currently have
Decided to list them down to hopefully stop being overwhelmed all the time.
Meditation & Mindfulness by Andy Puddicombe - I bought this one in 2020 (just before the pandemic started) only because Emma Watson's name was on the cover
The Girl Who Fell Beneath the Sea by Axie Oh - I read the first twenty-four pages while waiting for my turn at the eye doctor's, and THE STORY IS SO GOOD
Harry Potter and Philosophy edited by David Baggett and Shawn E. Klein - Books 3 to 12 were given to me last year by my aunt, who also loves to read
Frost by M. P. Kozlowsky
Go Set a Watchman by Harper Lee
Nothing Is Impossible by Christopher Reeve
The Reporter Who Knew Too Much by Mark Shaw
Half of a Yellow Sun by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie
Forever Liesl by Charmian Carr
Don't Stop Believin' by Olivia Newton-John
Ghost Soldiers by Hampton Sides
Home Work by Julie Andrews
Wonder by R. J. Palacio - This was given to me by someone who was kind enough to give me a job when I became jobless during the pandemic (the work involved organizing, scanning and making a master list of her documents)
Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage by Haruki Murakami - I bought books 14 to 23 from a friend who just started a bookselling business
The Devil and Miss Prym by Paulo Coelho
Brida by Paulo Coelho
The Valkyries by Paulo Coelho
Like the Flowing River by Paulo Coelho
The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
Eleven Minutes by Paulo Coelho
The Zahir by Paulo Coelho
Veronika Decides to Die by Paulo Coelho
The Pilgrimage by Paulo Coelho
Peril at End House by Agatha Christie - This (as well as the next book) was given to me by a close friend (we both love Agatha Christie!)
Stardust by Neil Gaiman
Child 44 by Tom Rob Smith - I bought this because this is a favorite book of a friend's (the one who gave me nos. 24 and 25)
Have you read any of these books? Which one should I read first? And how many unread physical books do you have?
Also, I'm on a book-buying ban! (until I finish reading all of these)

The Importance of Knowing Ourselves
“Sometimes in not knowing ourselves fully, we rely on others who also may not know themselves. Much better to take the time to experience and understand ourselves directly.” —Andy Puddicombe The difference between seeing a picturesque historical landmark with our own eyes versus in a book or as captured in a photograph conveys the impossible task of knowing versus assuming.
