people dont talk enough about how heartbreaking the marlon betrayal mustve been for clem too,,

this dude saves the life of her and her kid. takes them in has them patched up gives them their first hot meal in who knows how long. gives them a safe place to stay. possibly permanently. confides in her that hes trying to be a good leader but feels like and fears that hes failing. asks her to help him take care of the rest of the group. helps her get over her fear of dogs by asking her to trust him. and things go well. she feels safe. like this place could really finally be the home shes been looking for

but as soon as she finds out what happened to the twins. that marlon planned on giving up her and aj too. she immediately becomes a liability to him and he attempts to kill her for it. locks her in the basement to die by walker. then tries to turn the group against her so he can shoot her instead when the first method fails. and he nearly succeeds

then a majority of the group turn against clem the minute aj kills marlon. ignoring marlons mistakes but condemning aj for his. like clem wasnt betrayed by marlon in the exact same way he betrayed the twins. like she literally wasnt almost killed twice? and how long had he been considering giving her up? was it always some contingency he planned? did he truly want to keep them around and things only changed when he feared the raiders had returned? she'll never know

I cannot take the idea of a yellowjackets au where Jackie doesn't die frozen, but the hypothermia (+ the need of believing in some spiritual) leads her to a type of hallucinations where she believes Lottie is against her because Jackie is the true savior.

The group splits into two and the hunts are actually one against the other, the cabin is on fire over a member of the other group doing it, and so goes on with an insane jackie who needed so bad to believe in something that she becomes it in hope she could be in the control and not let it get too far.

Griffin in this au, is well…finally being seen. He has the friends he’s desperately wanted, the family that he’s dreamed of (sorta), and he gets a second chance at life.

Griffin also really likes books, specifically books about nature, and space but he’ll also read the occasional fantasy fiction book like the Magic Treehouse or Junie B. Jones. He just loves reading and learning new things, Griffin is also very perceptive, he can go unnoticed for a while and can watch people to see their patterns or even their secrets.

Out of all the boys, Griffin is the most happy with his situation. However he still does have trauma from his kidnapping,

He has reoccurring nightmares about him still being in the basement and still being dead. He has nightmares about Finney and the other boys abandoning him, and making him go back to being the kid nobody knew.

He refuses to go anywhere alone, if its not any of the boys or Finn walking beside him, he’s not going until they are. He’s a 10 year old kid, he’s clingy and anxious about dying again and losing everyone he loves and losing the life he has now.

Finney is almost always with him, never fully leaving unless Griffin isn’t trailing close behind because he knows that fear all too well.

Griffin also is a little self conscious about his big neck scar, so he asked Robin for a bandanna to cover it up and of course Robin obliged because he also tries to cover his up so he’s not going to deny Griffin that. Gwen made them all bracelets, for her, Finn, and Griffin. Each of their corresponding colors matching them.

I've grown very fond of Ada as of late, and I truly love the idea of her and Lenore becoming best friends (if Duke is alive I like to think him and Ada will also have a very interesting dynamic).

Also I think she would be a wonderful support to Lenore regarding the latter's relationship with Annabel. Firstly because she has had the time to like Annabel, ridding her of the potential prejudice Lenore's other friends might have (out of concern for her obviously). Next, because I headcanon Ada as bi (or at least not attracted to just one gender) and I think she would understand where Lenore is coming from when it comes to love and worrying about safety due to this love.

And lastly, because if anyone in this webtoon is going to understand Lenore's feelings for Annabel, it's Ada. Ada, who is hopeless romantic, who is in love with love itself. Ada, whom I'm sure believes in soulmates and in happily ever after. I think she would maybe be critical of the way Lenore handled things, but let's all be honest: she would absolutely adore the idea of forsaking all just to be with a lover. Even more so to propose when said love is already promised to another, it's like a true love story right out of a fairytale!

Ada loves love, and I like to think that as selfish as she can sometimes be, she's a good person deep down, one that just wants happiness and affection.

She seems to be bright at times and seems like she would be sensitive enough to understand who has a crush on who the moment she stops focusing on her own crush (and I love the idea of her fangirling over her friends' relationships and getting as annoyed as us when there is a lack of communication).

Anyway, it's just my opinion and headcanons about Ada, (and my fondness of Ada speaking).

I finished episode 2 of the ATLA live action so idk if Kyoshi shows up again and is worse but I find it really weird that people are mad at Kyoshi for being harsh with Aang.

Kyoshi spoke softly with Aang in the original. I get that. But Kyoshi is not bullying or shaming Aang in this version. She's just being stern, which is something Aang needs. Aang does not need someone being all soft with him. He needs someone to tell him how it is and how it needs to be.

When Aang is worried about people getting hurt and Kyoshi says smth like "and how many people have been hurt because you weren't there?" I don't think it's her necessarily blaming him. It's her being frustrated because dude, you were gone 100 years and so many have died. You have to make up for it and accept this power you have.

If Kyoshi was just like "oh take your time Aang", people would get hurt. He needs someone to push him and get this shit moving. Also at some point she calms down and stoops to his level to talk to him. And the complaint about her saying "a mighty merciless warrior" is also weird to me because yeah, the Avatar's job is to maintain balance but there's a good chance you'll have to be a warrior to do that. You can't be worried about injuring a fire nation soldier. You have to be the world's warrior who is willing to do anything to keep the majority safe. I don't see why people are upset over this line. I thought the shit was heat. And I think it makes sense for her to appear instead of Roku because this is her island with her warriors. Of course she'd defend them.

In conclusion, Kyoshi is just fine in the live action. She's not bullying Aang, she's just being stern and telling him that enough lives have been lost and if he keeps denying this power, more will die. Get off her tall ass back.
