Time to profess my love for Rainbow! Before joining Black Sabbath, Ronnie James Dio was the vocalist and lyricist for Ritchie Blackmore’s Rainbow. He was with Rainbow for three studio albums and one live album before Blackmore fired him for refusing to write lyrics that would get them radio hits in the US (rjd’s lyrics were very wizard metal). He then joined Black Sabbath, who had just fired Ozzy.

Just realized. Kaden can be a little shit- they like loud music (of course within respectable hours) well they start catching on, (well to their knowledge) that it used to be either Mindy or Cliff that shows up at their door when they spent that month and a half at the Moonlight Inn whenever someone gave a noise complaint but then it started to be Ronnie who would show up.

Kaden doesn't know how to say "Hey, I like you, I think we should see each other more" no no instead Kaden stands there in their motel room, staring at their stereo. Their finger touches the volume dial and just... *slowly the music gets loud and louder till it's full blast.*

Eventually Ronnie does make a comment "You know we get a lot of complaints about music noise from you- others think it's because you just want to see me or something."

he would hint at that a few times before he finally says it again one night and Kaden using the mouth before their brain ends up blurting out "Maybe I am using it as an excuse to see you."

At that point Ronnie doesn't know what to say. He is literally using their loud music as an excuse to see them too. They blast the music, Ronnie has an excuse to see Kaden and vice versa. They're literally using loud music as a way to see each other for a few moments ldkjfdlsjfk
