🍁🧘🏾NEW FOR SEPTEMBER🧘🏾 🍁 I have been asked especially by my Hertfordshire yogis if I offer any online classes independently. The answer was no, UNTIL NOW! From September I will be offering classes at 7:30am Tuesdays and Fridays via zoom. This will be from my River Temple space which is currently being organised! As the days draw in, online classes become more appealing, especially early in the day. And what a way to start the day! The classes will be in my slow flow style, which I have named River Flow. Gentle, accessible and suitable for all levels. If you are interested in booking on to classes from the 6th of September, please DM me and I will send you some more details. Woofing dans la ferme florale Champêtre (fleur de saison en culture biologique) , à la Grande Paroisse (77). Isabelle m'a accueillie ainsi qu'une stagiaire afin de l'aider dans ses missions quotidiennes. Au programme cueillette (statice, immortelles, monardes, lagurus etc.), nettoyage des cosmos, désherbage, éclaircissement des planches de culture (scabieuses , mufliers etc.), pincement des tiges de dahlias, zinnias etc. On a aussi fait quelques semis de cosmos pour le début d'automne, il y aura aussi un depart de semis de celosie. On a libéré quelques planches (Ammi majus et pieds d'alouette) sur lesquelles on pourra installer les nouveaux semis.

A l'atelier on met certaines recoltes à sécher : lin, statice, scabieuses, sorgho, immortelles (Xeranthemum annuum et Xerochrysum bracteatum), ammi majus. On libère de l'espace en stockant les récoltes précédentes deja sèches (nigelle, carthamus).

Ce vendredi après une semaine bien remplie on a pu faire de beaux bouquets avec les premiers dahlias qu'on ne destinait pas a la vente. Voila le resultat !

For just a few more days I encourage you get quiet and get present with how strong you are and where you’d like to be stronger. Malasana strengthens the pelvic floor, stretching the calves, the low back and opening and releasing the hips. A strong pelvic floor helps protect against incontinence even reversing it, especially after labor and delivery. A strong pelvic floor contributes to a healthy sex life, protects against prolaps and helps move prana (energy) throughout your body. A healthy, strong pelvic floor is important for both men and women. Garland pose can be hard to sink right into. It takes time and patience. If your heels do not go all the way to the ground, consider placing a folded blanket under just the heels, so you have something to press down into giving you a firm, stable foundation. Do you have week knees? Or tight hips? Try starting against a wall sinking down as low as you can., pressing your back into the wall. You can also try squatting on a block or a low stool. Or sit wide legged in a chair and fold over. Gently your hips will open a bit more each practice till you sink down without props.
