I was just thinking in class and had an idea for a Splatoon 3 Splatfest and a new King Salmonid.

Basically it's a crossover and the teams are:

Godzilla vs. King Kong vs. Mothra.

And after the spletfest ends, there's a news broadcast saying rumors of a new, multi-headed, King Salmonid, inspired by the Hydra/King Ghiddorah(wouldn't actually look too much like King Ghiddorah since it's still just splatoon, but it'd still be fun timing wise)

So, I just participated in my first Splatfest! (Congrats to Team Solo, from a member of Team Family) It was a super fun experience (minus the communication errors I kept getting 😣) and I can't wait for the next one! Which got me thinking: what would be the next Splatfest? My gut's telling me that it might relate to Side Order's release or maybe a Smash Bros theme. But, what if, the theme was this:

"Which meal time is the best: breakfast, lunch, or dinner?" (Maybe not phrased that way, maybe like "more important" or something along those lines)

I think it would be perfect for how Splatfests run in Splatoon 3, and it just kinda makes sense to me? Plus, added bonus, it hasn't been done in previous games!

I kinda already see who would be the leader of each team too.

- Big Man: Team Breakfast

Big Man, in my head, seems like an early riser type, and I think the thought of Big Man making toast is both funny and wholesome.

- Frye: Team Lunch (could also be breakfast)

Frye is one of the ones that I sort of think would think all meal times are important, but for the sake of the Splatfest, she would choose lunch. I also think she would be breakfast too based on her sweet tooth.

- Shiver: Team Dinner (could also be lunch)

Shiver, at least for me, seems like the exact opposite of Big Man, a late riser. She would probably be on the team that would be more social, which is kinda why I see her also choosing lunch because it would mean she could spend quality time with her friends.

Idk, I just started thinking about it right after the Splatfest ended, and I wanted to just get my thoughts out there. What do y'all think? And which team would you be on?

Best for stories: Sad ending, happy ending, or a shocking cliffhanger? Or like. Bittersweet or ambiguous ending (Darker blue, yellow, Burgundy/marroon)

i want to see two of my favorite things combined and i wanna see shiver frye and big man talking about which sonic character they like more but i also really wanna see the community reaction to it

like for example:

the people who are both sonic and splat fans going fucking insane
