Cardinal Copia is the lost Horseman, Pestilence.

The twin brother of Pollution.

He used to have white hair and both eyes were white, but now he wears a single hazel contact.

He dyed his hair to seem more human when he joined the ghost project.

Crowley hated his guts. So did Aziraphale. However, he reunited with the two very later in the story. When he presented human as the lead singer of Ghost.
