Sunday - 17 Jan

Typing this on Monday as I drank way too many cocktails last night to write something lol.

Make myself a NutriBullet drink for breakfast (yeah girl!), went for a run, did 8kms (yeah girl!) average pace was 5,11.

Caught up with Toastie for dinner at Angies. Had the corn and chicken soup, I actually froth it. So basic but yum! and I had dumpling....obviously haha.

We ventured to Sporting Globe for a drink and saw the cocktails were $11 on a Sunday. Ummm winning! Had porn star and cosmo then went to the Thai restaurant where they have even cheaper cocktails, I had a margarita I I I Iiiiiiiiiii mami. Mik join us for drinks after she’d been at the gym.

Got on Tinder and snapped some naughty pics. Fkn yolo, a little concerned about my rep but you know what no guys taking me out for dinner anytime soon so might as well have fun. Well that’s what Im telling myself (insert nervous laugh)

Keen for camping next week. This week just taking things slow. Want to get better sleep and clean out my room. A Cleanse to start the year.

Oh and I saw an owl (well I think it was an owl..its head turn around like one hahahahaha) last night. It was on my street sign. I think I must be the next Harry Potter ;) where’s my letter at Dumbledore! nah but I read up on it and its rare to see owls but also unlucky in some cultures mmm fantastic. Watch this space hey ahha

April is @matchbookwines Month, with reviews focusing on their wine all month! The Arsonist is their label for wines a price point or two higher than their flagship Matchbook label. Their 2018 Chardonnay is 100% Chardonnay from the Matchbook Vineyard in Dunnigan Hills, California. It was barrel fermented and frequently stirred, and 100% when through malolactic fermentation. 10% of the best lots from the Chardonnay in the vineyard were aged an additional five months longer in oak, and only half of those were selected to become the final blend for the 2018 Arsonist Chardonnay. Year after year this is one of my favorite Chardonnays. There's aromas of pears, melon, buttered grilled corn muffin, and vanilla ice cream topped with butterscotch. On the palate it's full bodied with a rich and smooth mouthfeel, and an acidity that pops on the finish. There's flavors of melon, canned pears, banana, and vanilla. Then it finishes looooooong with melon and banana. The Arsonist does it again. This is an incredible Chardonnay for the price!
