He actually mostly wears his denim jacket at night when it's brisk out, or when he's out of town during mission and is in cooler climates. For the most part he keeps cool in a breezy button up and stupid poofed out pants. His hands are probably clammy as hell though because he never takes those stupid ass gloves off.

The Lystrikers are total night owls though, and the whole reason he's sporting his fit it in the first place is because they were just getting back to town after a big night event right before the Fault hit. All of their starting outfits were ones they dressed for a night out in.

So I think the better question to be asking here is, why did he choose to wear that to a rave?
