“to understand and master investments, or any subject, there are 3 things to bear in mind. These are the 3 levels that allow you to master any subject at all, investments included:
• An understanding of the subject or idea, also known as cognitive understanding
• An emotional reaction or pull toward the subject, known as emotional mastery
• Doing something about it, known as physical mastery”
“When you have a cognitive understanding of a subject, it means you’ve done some research and are curious. Curiosity is a good thing because it means you’ll keep digging for answers. The second level, emotional mastery, is the pull you have toward the subject. If you have no emotional attachment, you won’t care if it doesn’t work out. If you do not care, you will not likely do the required work. For anything to work, you need to do something about it. Wealth will not magically come to you — you need to work for it. You need all three levels to achieve financial freedom, but repetition is the key. By repeating your actions, you’ll learn more and increase your chances of success.”

As you invest, your aim should be to achieve “critical mass.” It refers to a safe investment that can cover your daily expenses, retirement, and other needs. To achieve this, you go through 3 phases: accumulation, the view from the top, and decumulation.
The accumulation phase is when you put a little cash aside from your monthly salary, accumulating enough to invest. You’re then investing smartly and wisely in the right areas, listening to advice from those you can trust. After that, you hit your peak — the view from the top. You can relax, enjoy yourself, and spend time with your loved ones. Everyone hopes this stage lasts a long time, but if you make a mistake, it can set you back a few steps.
After a while, you get to the decumulation stage. In this stage, you spend the money you’ve managed to amass over the years, and you don’t have to worry. Since you’ve made wise decisions in the accumulation phase, you’re fine.”

• Stocks should make up 30% of your investments because it is high risk
• Your portfolio should have 15% government bonds that are medium-term
• To balance risk, invest 40% of your portfolio in long-term government bonds
• Gold can have 7.5% of your investments
• Then, you can invest 7.5% in other commodities such as agriculture or livestock farming
You should always review your investments no matter how airtight your portfolio is. When you make some profit, sell a percentage off and put some money back in.
You should conduct an investment review every year to check that your investments are performing well and to identify whether you need to make any changes. ~ Tony Robbins

Not only did I walk through fire....I walked on fire!
I want to talk this week about miracles, about what God has done in my life.
Now I'm not trying to push my beliefs on others, I am just trying to share my testimony.
You see, there are many verses in the bible that speak about walking through the fire.
Many of us have been through hard times, and it felt like we were walking through fire. I know because I felt like that. These are the verses that gave me hope when I was feeling like I couldn't go on.
One of the verses is:
They saw that the fire had not harmed their bodies, nor was a hair of their heads singed; their robes were not scorched, and there was no smell of fire on them.
(Daniel 3:27, NIV)
"No Smell of Smoke"
In the book of Daniel, when three Hebrew teenagers wouldn’t bow to the king’s golden idol, they were thrown into a fiery furnace. To just survive would have been a great miracle, but notice how the scripture describes how God works. When he restores, there’s no sign of the fire you’ve been through—the trouble, the injustice, the bad break—not even the smell of smoke.
Isaiah 43:2 says, “When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned. The flames will not harm you.”
We all go through the fire—things that are unfair, things we don’t understand, and it is tough. While you're in the fire, you have to remind yourself, “These people are not going to harm me. This challenge is not going to keep me from my dreams. This sickness is not going to stop my purpose.”
You need to know that you’re going to come out without the smell of smoke. Things are changing in your favor right now—healing, vindication, promotion, and breakthroughs are on the way.
While I walked through the fire, I had many things come at me and had gotten knocked down over and over again. Yet, I held on to that mustard seed size of faith and knew that I would get through it. Not only did I get through it, but I came out and then literally walked on fire afterward. Yes, I walked on fire at a Tony Robbins seminar because I thought if I could walk through fire, then I could walk on it. This act changed my life. I knew I could do anything if I believed.
So today, my friends, I am here to tell you that even though you may be walking through the fire now. Even though it is tough and you may want to give up. Hold on, keep the faith, and know that one day you too can not just get through but will be able to walk on it. Nothing is impossible if you believe.

To be our best as leaders, we need to take care of ourselves both mentally and physically. It sounds simple, but it is easier said than done – especially when you are busy and stressed.
Self-care is now more critical than ever, especially for business leaders. But, unfortunately, with the current state of the world, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and burnt out.
If you want to be successful and stay focused and motivated, you need to make sure that you’re taking care of yourself both mentally and physically. That means getting enough sleep, eating a healthy diet, and exercising regularly. It also means taking time for themselves to relax and de-stress.

78% of business leaders actively and regularly focus on engaging with their employees, according to Zippia. Yet, only 33% of employees feel engaged. Therefore, leaders must provide specific, objective, and actionable feedback.
For example, “I noticed that you didn’t meet your sales goals this month. I’d like to see you take more initiative in your sales calls.” This type of feedback will help the person understand what they need to improve without being negative.
As a successful leader, you could also show empathy and ask the employee if anything is wrong or if there is a reason why they didn’t achieve the goal. You can then help them find a solution to put them in the best position to be successful.

People want to feel like they belong. It is hardwired into our DNA. As a successful leader, it means creating a sense of community within your team and ensuring that everyone feels like they’re a valuable part of the group.

3. I’LL TRY SLAA OR ANOTHER 12-STEP PROGRAM INSTEAD
Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous is a spiritual-based 12-step approach to overcoming porn and sex addiction. However, like the willpower approach, studies show that SLAA fails 92 to 94% of people who try it.
4. I DON’T REALLY HAVE THAT BIG OF A PORN PROBLEM
I hear this from so many men who show up to Porn Reboot and I have a hard time not chuckling. If you didn’t have a serious problem with porn, brother, then how did you reach this site in the first place? Why are you still reading this blog post?
5. I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PAY TO QUIT WATCHING PORN
Sure, that’s an understandable way of thinking. I didn’t want to have to pay to end my out-of-control behavior, either. But if your alternatives leave you with a 4 to 8% success rate, wouldn’t you rather use a more effective approach? Investing in yourself could be the thing that finally helps you end this behavior.
6. I SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PAY WHAT YOUR PROGRAMS COST

I have come to realise that thoughts is another dimension that humanity does not yet fully understand. Most people think that thoughts belong to them and some might even make it a sense of self. I believe thoughts are just thoughts and we can give the thought in question energy. If the thought is empowering then we are giving the thought a positive charge which attracts positive feelings and events, and vice versa. I have come to realise that sometimes we have no control over the event, but we have every bit of control on how we react to the event and the charge of energy we associate with the thought towards the event.
One may ask: what is a thought?
“Evaluations are questions, thinking is nothing but the process in evaluating things. The questions that I ask myself determines what I focus on, what I focus on determines how I feel” - Tony Robbins
The law of attraction - Focus on what you want and you will get more of it. Focus on what you fear and you will get more of it.
The question that you ask yourself in your head will determine the quality of your life.

I encourage you to invest in yourself and your weirdness because my aim is to help everyone become the best version of themselves. To be the best version of yourself, you have to take pride in the seemingly odd things that set you apart from others.
You must understand something. In order for you to become valuable in the marketplace, in the community, and to yourself, you have to become more. You have to learn to change and become better. I sincerely believe that the process of becoming better starts with you accepting the things that make you weird. The movies you watch, the songs you listen to, your heroes, role models, people you’ve met, the books you’ve read, the experiences you’ve had, and the places you’ve been. These factors play a huge role in forming our beliefs, character, and taste which inevitably influences our work. Making us different, unique, and a little bit weirder than the next person.
