actually, no i'm not done. MORE about arthur being transfem bc she is so important to me. obviously it's the 1930s she doesnt fucking know she's trans but sharing a body with a genderless creature sort of cracks her egg. mind you she's very busy and doesn't have much time to sit down and think however i believe when she came out of her coma she kind of realizes it. only barely. but she filed it away for later. i don't think she actually realizes until post-canon and even then she has a really hard time voicing her feelings because she doesn't want to be ridiculed but John is surprisingly supportive because his experience w gender is a bit odd too. so arthur (i'm sure she had a gorgeous trans name but i can't think of one rn) gets onto wearing skirts at home and growing her hair out but that's kind of it.

I'm having a bit of a crisis.

I'm transnuetral, and transsexual. I plan on having phalloplasty in a way that allows me to have both a penis and a vagina, but retaining the same way I've been peeing my entire life(I don't like standing lol)

Im..... I'm honestly scared about using public bathrooms after the surgery.

I'm honestly scared to go out in public in general.!

Having bottom surgery will give me the body I've been dreaming of since I learned what a penis was, but I.... I'm afraid some (wow it's hard for me not to come up with marginalizing words like for this!) I'll settle with transphobe to see my penis in my pants and want to harass and even harm me.

I know that a part of this is because of my PTSD. I'm already afraid that some stranger is going to want to cause harm to me, but then fuel it with all the stories I hear about Trans people being assaulted just for looking Trans and....

And I'm scared.

I'm scared that making my body match how I feel on a gender level will put me at more harms risk.

But I want a penis soooo bad. Like DESPERATELY bad.

Do you have any advice.?

I think you should do what you think will make you the happiest and most comfortable in your body! There are always risks associated with being visibly trans, and I’m not saying those aren’t important or that you shouldn’t think about those! But at the end of the day you have to live in your body so you should do what you want!

hey on the subject of transmasc heavy music artists...do you have any recommendations?

I'm sure that the meme was about as inaccurate as any music meme (which is to say, it isn't) but I actually haven't seen any heavy transmasc artists through recommendations or algorithms or anything, and I'm always looking for new music, so, like... do you have any on hand I could look into?

honestly we're hard to find since there are so many social rules against transmascs being at all assertive but i have a few recommendations

The Oozes are a popular UK punk band with 2 transmasc members

and i'm actually not sure whether they're transmasc transfemme or transnuetral but Dog Park Dissidents are a pretty good trans punk band

going a bit more obscure i recently found this really good hardcore band Halo Bite and as far as i can tell the lead singer goes by they/them

honestly though the weirdest thing about that post is that OP seems to have been referencing Laura Les and implying that transmascs don't make that kind of music when Ely Otto a very popular transmasc hyper pop artist is right there

I'm transnuetral like for me it's just easier to just say what I want instead of choosing what sex I want to transition to because I don't want to completely transition to a different sex I just want different parts. I'm not transitioning to be male I just feel like my life could benefit from me gaining a dick. I don't indefinitely as transmasc anymore but I still feel huge solidarity with transmasculine people ❤️ never stop being proud of being transmasc
