c!Dream apologists’ perception of the DSMP lore is something I’ll never truly understand, no matter how hard I try, considering they’re completely disconnected from the canon and the characters they deem to love are nothing but the inside-out shells of their original selves in their representation.

I’ll never get over the fact that c!Dream apologists define the canonicity of any plot-relevant event based on c!Tommy’s involvement and/or the angle from which c!Dream is shown. If the moment in question portrays c!Dream as morally grey or decent to some extent (or could be interpreted as such), it’s canon. However, if it shows him as the abusive, manipulative, and control-obsessed freak he is, then “cc!Dream was simply joking around with cc!Tommy, and it was OOC”. It gets even more hilarious if c!Dream apologists have such polarising reactions to practically identical events.

Another point that never made sense to me is c!Dream apologists’ unjustified hatred towards c!Tommy and the constant need to accuse him of the whole bag of tricks. They just love to villainise him, disregard his constant suffering and trauma, and treat him as if he was the cause of all the rightful criticism and anger towards c!Dream. However, they never think, even for a second, that maybe, just maybe, c!Tommy isn’t the one to blame here, but c!Dream’s harmful actions are. They also seem to find him annoying, which doesn’t make sense either because the thing they dislike is simply being a kid. And considering c!Tommy had to grow up very fast and didn’t fully get to be one for as long as he deserved, it makes sense why he’d need to compensate for it and be just a bit louder and more chaotic, and there’s nothing wrong with that.

“c!Tommy was obsessed with c!Dream.”

After the prison break, it wasn’t surprising that c!Tommy became more paranoid, couldn’t get c!Dream out of his head, and had to stay constantly on guard because his abuser, who literally possessed the power of revival and planned to make them both immortal, was Free, and it was only a matter of time until he caught him and made his plan come true… Still, c!Dream apologists tend to completely misinterpret and confuse the boy's wariness with an obsession. Considering c!Dream’s obsession stems from the very beginning of the server (s1 in particular, for example, the stalking, the tunnel under c!Tommy’s base, c!Tommy’s friends’ comments about c!Dream’s obsessive behaviour, and so much more), this claim is completely unjustified, and it’s clear to me that they’re just trying to use the boy as a scapegoat to make their fave look like a better person. Being terrified of your abuser, stalker, murderer, and tormentor is a completely valid response, and there’s not a hint of obsession in it. Not to mention that the first thing c!Dream did after breaking out of prison (after getting armour and weapons, but that was quick and necessary if he wanted to remain free) was meet c!Tommy to torment him again.

“cc!Dream benevolently went along with cc!Tommy’s idea of rp’ing abuse.”

The fact that cc!Dream and cc!Tommy were clearly enjoying the process of streaming exile is completely irrelevant to the lore, because it doesn’t impact c!Tommy in any way, and ‘cc!’ and ‘c!’ exist separately For A Reason. It seems that c!Dream apologists simply can’t stand cc!Tommy/c!Tommy, so they use anything they can find to make the exile arc less significant and impactful to c!Dream’s character. But the thing is, c!Tommy (and specifically, the idea of having complete control over him) is his biggest motivation, so no matter how much they may dislike and reject that idea, it’s canon.

I can still remember the day I got my hands on Tommy as if it were yesterday, time really does fly, doesn't it? :) Despite having been defying me to the last, there he was crawling back to me, finally realising that I was his only hope and salvation :) Ah, I'll never forget that wonderfully distraught expression, glistening eyes, trembling hands, and panicked pleas :) :) :) Being the benevolent God I am, I simply couldn't ignore his frantic prayers, even despite his sinful nature, so I took him under my wing 💚

He certainly was far from perfect, but luckily for him, I was there to help him and I wasn't going to ever let go, no matter how much it hurt. Being my loyal Angel was his destiny, after all... :) :) :)

I’m just gonna quickly do some small, one-shot yandere headcanons for the rest of the wolf girls gang. I’ll expand and go more in depth later on when I feel it’s right or when someone requests it.

- Seems normal enough when you’re around her. However, when you’re out alone, she’ll watch/stalk you from afar, just so that you don’t get into any trouble.

- Like Freya, she enjoys the cold weather. She’ll make sure you’re nice and bundled up when you go out.

- She’s leniant about other people talking to you but she will keep a close eye on them. If they step out of line, she’ll bite!

~Audie~

- This wolf will openly speak about how much love she has for you. How happy you make her and how you belong to her.

- She’ll boast and brag to others about how perfect you are as a person and a lover, and will make sure to emphasize that you are not up for grabs.

- Audie will not have a moments rest of showering you with constant love and affection, and will put you in the cutest clothing she has for you.

- Will literally bark and growl at anyone that gets a little too close to you. Heck, even her own reflection.

~Skye~

- Pretty obsessive and manipulative towards you.

- If you’re ever at her place, (which is often), she’ll come up with every excuse in the book to keep you in her home. Even too the point of guilt tripping if you try to stand your ground.

- If you end up spending the night with her, you better get comfy. ‘Cause leaving the bed is not allowed without her explicit permission.

- God forbid if anyone lays just the tiniest of fingers on you, Skye will holler at them on the spot. Then, scold you for not being careful enough around others, which is pretty embarassing out in public.

~Vivian~

- Probably the meanest and strictest out of the bunch.

- Talks down to you. Make you feel stupid. Won’t let you speak unless spoken too.

- Though, she’ll give you enough love and attention to make you not hate her.

- Like she’ll say something very harsh that’ll make you tear up and then she’ll switch to being gentle, nice, and comforting you. And will always say that whatever she does is just out of “love” for you.

- Literally carries around a ruler with her to slap anyone with if they try to talk to you. She reframs from hitting you with it though, unless you’ve been misbehaving a lot.

Hello, I see you found Tommy's blog, and as much as I'm okay with other people seeing it, I draw a line at messing with his mind. You're trying to play a hero and “““save””” him, but what makes you think you know him better than he does? If he says he's happy with me, which is fully true if you aren't aware, then why would you doubt that and gaslight him into thinking I bring him nothing but harm?!

You claim that I'm a bad friend to Tommy just because he's afraid of me, but I must disappoint you – he simply misunderstood my intentions and panicked over nothing. Tell me, how do you expect him to learn anything if he's only rewarded for every little thing he does, and never punished? He'd be so confused of what I expect of him with no guidance from my part...

Either way, the fact you're shitting on me for what I told Tommy says more about you, to be honest. Self-conscious control freak, much? I can't believe how much of a hypocrite you are, seriously- you draw the line at me "messing with Tommy's mind" but you can without consequence? And you think I'm saying I know better than he does, while also parading yourself as the ultimate authority & source of knowledge for him. Ahem. I seem to have let my fury take control for a moment. However much I'd love to rip you limb from limb for all your horrendous behaviour, I'll try to give a proper response. First off, two of your claims contradict each other: "What makes you think you know better?" and saying Tommy is truly happy with you. You have convinced him he's happy with you, convinced him he has no one else - that isn't his opinion, it's yours that you've coerced him into blindly believing out of fear. Secondly, speaking of fear, pure friendship is built off trust & mutual honesty, neither of which is present and your and Tommy's dynamic. Tommy is terrified of you because you hurt him for daring to be his own person, to be independent. That's what you hate, isn't it? You can't control him, so you try forcing him to bow down and obey - his independence scares you.

The only thing Tommy learns when you punish him is fear. He's "good" for you because he's petrified of what you'll do to him if he isn't. That's no way to teach a literal child how to behave, Dream. Children, and by extension teenagers, learn how to behave by seeing good examples... you are not a good example. The only thing you'll achieve with this is making Tommy into an erratic, aggressive but cowering, threadbare shell of what he was before that crumples at the slightest hint of others' disapproval. Is that what you want, huh? I heard you wanted to make him your protégé... well, if you're fine with a high-maintenance pet, then keep going down this path, I dare you. However, it will come back to bite you in the ass when Tommy eventually realises what an awful bastard you are, and flees to somewhere warm and safe like he deserves.

And as for my "interference", your threats do nothing to discourage me from helping an innocent abuse victim realise his situation. I will say, if you punish Tommy for listening to me, that simply proves my point: that you're a control freak who can't stand anyone being independent from you, and you'll do awful things to innocent people to ensure that doesn't occur.

I think I've said my piece for now. Perish and rot in Limbo, you slimy neon-green sliver of scum.

That one person, in particular, seems unknowing of what exactly is going on. If I were you, Tommy, I wouldn't take their words to heart without a healthy dose of suspicion :) Of course, some people are benevolent, but no one apart from you & Dream knows enough about the situation, after all. I'm sure Dream is proud that you're defending him so readily, but your other comments agreeing with the asker... well, let's just say it isn't looking too good for you :)

Hmm, especially the fact that you said "I want to escape" word for word... oh, Tommy, what will Dream have to do to you this time? :) I'd imagine he'd want to fix those conflicted thoughts right quick, since he only wishes to help you be better. first of all, in the birth of the hero, you were described as the pitiful wife of the trash. the pitiful wife who was forced to clean up the mess that her husband made. and many citizens of roan kingdom pitied you because of that. ahh, what a pitiful being you are. they are sure that if you weren't married to the trash cale, you will live a good life.

that's also the reason why cale didn't bother to include you in his plan. he's sure that you will avoid him since you know, you were forced to marry him. and besides, you are free to do whatever you want since the count, his father, favours you.

but, of course, just like usual. things didn't go the way he wanted. since he didn't expect that your and the original cale henituse's relationship was good.

how did he say so? well, it was because of the countless portraits of you and the original cale henituse that he saw in his room. both of you were smiling brightly as if the two of you didn't care about the world. not good my ass, based on the portraits that he saw in his room. the two of you look very in love with each other.

Something I find fascinating about the finale is that c!Dream is utterly wrong. I don’t mean that in a moral sense (that’s obvious enough he’s talking about what’s essentially mass human experimentation on unwilling participants), I mean that in he’s factually incorrect. When he tries to blame c!Tommy for things, it’s either things he had partial and often even not a central role in (both he and c!Sapnap attacked him and stole his stuff, while c!Wilbur was the one to found L’Manberg) or things he didn’t do (the time Ponk’s tree burnt that he’s specifically referencing? c!Sapnap did that one. c!Tommy has done it too, I believe, but so has half the server, and the specific incident that sparked conflict involved c!Sapnap).

Because, the thing is, it didn’t matter what c!Tommy did. His purpose is the scapegoat. A reason that c!Dream can use to desperately deny fault for his own loneliness, his own misery. He can justify his paranoia leading him to hurting and pushing away everyone who was once close to him, being the one who prevents him from reaching his own happiness. He can find a way to excuse even the worst, cruellest actions as teaching a lesson, as protecting others, as protecting himself. What c!Tommy ever actually did in those scenarios is irrelevant, because c!Dream isn’t blaming him for any rational reason. He’s blaming him so he can avoid blaming himself.

And, the thing is, it’s not even because he hates c!Tommy. Quite the opposite, really. We’ve seen how he treats people he hates, and it’s remarkably different to how he is with c!Tommy. Because c!Tommy and c!Dream used to be friends, after all. Close ones, too, close enough that c!Dream would give him valuables without question in Pogtopia, and a note to try and convince him that he’s not that bad. Close enough that c!Dream’s betrayal hurt c!Tommy deeply- after all, he looked up to him.

No, he goes after c!Tommy for the same reason he does everything- a desperate, twisted desire to not be alone. When his friendships deteriorated in front of his eyes, that’s when he conditioned and abused c!Tommy into complete and utter dependence, into a fucked up form of friendship more like ownership, and I don’t think this is a coincidence at all. What c!Dream wanted was to never, ever be alone again, and if he felt like any sort of reasonable methods had failed, he’d make his own friend. One that couldn’t leave him. One that’d be too afraid to try. c!Tommy would have never betrayed him, he’d have never went against any of c!Dream’s plans.

He’d understand him.

After all, to c!Dream, the reason he keeps others at arms length isn’t out of hatred or indifference. It’s out of love and out of fear. He’s paranoid to show weakness, and paranoid to have any. Any friend is someone who can stab him in the back, and someone who can be used against him. And what was Exile if not showing c!Tommy how easily that could happen to him too? The isolation wasn’t simply to make him easier to control- it was the point. In a fucked up way, maybe c!Dream even saw it as kindness.

And then c!Tommy left anyway. Despite everything, he’d been left by another friend, one he had what could possibly be called a twisted sense of trust in. And of course, since c!Tommy is the scapegoat, it’s all his fault. Nothing c!Dream did in Exile could be that bad, right? It was just punishment, it was just rehabilitation. The rush of having that power is incidental. The alleviation of that hole in his heart must be something else, something unrelated.

I think it’s significant that after this, c!Dream played the revival card so heavily towards c!Tommy. It was both something he knew he’d fear, something he knew would torment him which he felt like he deserved, but in a way I think it was also an offer. If c!Tommy had shown understanding, shown that he’d be willing to work alongside him and c!Punz in immortality, c!Dream would have taken him up on that.

And that’s the reason why c!Dream changed so quickly in the finale. If it was c!Tubbo, he wouldn’t have listened. If it was anyone but c!Tommy, he wouldn’t have listened, even the people he cares about. Because to him, they’re misguided, lead astray. But c!Tommy… assigning him the weight of the server’s ills on his shoulder also means he’s assigned legitimacy, and, well, trauma bonds work both ways. In hurting c!Tommy, he’d doomed himself into developing as much of an unhealthy, toxic trust in him as he’d gotten to happen the other way round.

It wasn’t pure understanding that did it. c!Tommy’s offered that a million times over. He’s offered kindness and empathy, and before c!Dream only repaid it in cruelty. But what c!Tommy offered was what he’d desperately wanted all along, and if he’d placed the blame onto c!Tommy… wouldn’t that mean he was the only one in the way? It’s not that he even cares about being a better person, I don’t think he’s even worked through the fact he’s done the worst of his actions yet, but pragmatically, it’s an offer of everything he wanted. One that, if he denied it, he’d have to come to terms with the fact that his suffering was all his fault.

It wasn’t too late when the bombs dropped. c!Dream was doomed the second he assigned blame onto c!Tommy, because that also assigned him power.

What if the rule of taking off and disposing of armour and items in exile stemmed from c!Dream’s observations of the earliest days of L’Manberg? Considering c!Dream’s obsession with c!Tommy was already present in season 0, it’d make sense for him to keep stalking the teen in L’Manberg arc and later on.

In the earliest days of L’Manberg, the ‘No Armour’ rule was founded on mutual trust and safety; there was no need for anyone to defend themselves, as no citizen of L’Manberg presented a threat. It was applied in exile as well, but to reach a completely different goal. Since c!Dream was infatuated with the idea of bending c!Tommy to his will and weakening both his spirit and body, he made a decision to forbid the teen from keeping his armour and weapons, in particular. It had a sole goal of ensuring that he couldn’t overpower him and run away. It’s yet another time where c!Dream twisted something dear to c!Tommy’s heart into something terrifying and painful. And more importantly, now the boy won't be able to associate it with his home anymore…

Considering the strong similarity of both rules, there's a high chance that c!Dream was inspired by it in L'Manberg arc, just as he was by other things related to it. For example, c!Wilbur’s habit of braiding c!Tommy’s hair in L’Manberg and Pogtopia, or his ways of showing affection.

If c!Tommy believed L’Manberg to be his home, c!Dream must've reasoned that if he brought some things reminding of it to Logstedshire, the boy would eventually accept it as his new (true) home…

~Yandere Freya Headcanons~

Might as well start off by giving my favorite villager some good ol' headcanons! Here we go...

First off, while it's a staple for yandere's to become obsessed with their love interest at first glace, Freya is an exception. No unusual feelings when she first met you. Just a friendly greeting and a little bit of chit-chatting to get to know one another. Though, overtime, her feelings for you would start to form.

Freya hails from viking land (aka Norway). Raised in a small, rural village in the Møre og Romsdal region, she's used to solitude, harsh winters, and a quiet life. So, typically she spends the most time in your town alone. She does like to shop, though. Having lived in Bergen for a couple years, she was never fond on how bustling the city life was but she loved how close a lot of shops were!

Whenever she would interact with anyone, she could sometimes come off as cold or a little rude to some folks. She doesn't mean it, though.

However, while she preferred her own company, you were slowly becoming the exception to this. While she would simply walk pass anyone without even looking at them, you on the other hand she could not help but want to talk to you.

Anytime you were alone outside, the second the wolf would catch a glimpse of you she was sure to check in on you. Asking you about your day, how you're feeling, what you're doing or planning on doing.

She absolutely adores how shy and timid you are around her, since she towers over you and you did find her to be quite attractive.

Freya loves taking you out on her shopping trips with her. Loving every single compliment you gave her on any outfit she bought or tried on and would always pick out ones for you! Even if some may not be your style, she was never short on telling you how beautiful you looked in each one.

She genuinely enjoyed your company. A lot! With frequent visits to her house and vice-versa. Sharing meals, laughing, talking about life, etc.

Overtime, the wolf had become a bit protective over you. To the point where if you two were together, anyone that gave you the slightest bit of attitude, harassment, or god forbid offer you "terrible" service. She would glare at them, menacingly. To the point where they would either back-off or fix their tone or service since she made them uncomfortable.

If you were threatened by a tarantula or a scorpion, Freya would come rushing in to the rescue and kill those foul creatures without hesitation.

Or if you were even just had the mildest of colds, she would practically break into your home to take care of you. You didn't even need to tell her what was wrong, she could sense it. And you can be sure she would not leave your side until you were 100% better.

Your happiness, wellness, and safety were all gradually becoming Freya's top priorities, to the point where you found to be a bit overbearing. Of course you felt flattered that the wolfess was always looking out for you. But sometimes it could feel like you couldn't even have your own space since you soon kept finding yourself wrapped up in her arms.

Anytime an opportunity would arise for hugs and cuddles, she would take it without really asking you for your consent first. It's not like you were suffering, though.

And if you ever so uttered a peep about being cold or showing even the smallest of signs of a chill, you had better cancel your plans for the next few hours because you were gonna be stuck wrapped up in a blanket or two by her as she cuddled you close to keep you nice and toasty. And don't think you could ever escape her grasp, too. She's much stronger.

While rarely leaving you alone anymore. she wasn't hurting anyone. The worst she has done was growl a little and show her fangs at anyone that wronged you in anyway. Most of the time, if anyone was looking at you for too long, Freya would place both of her hands on your shoulders to signal to the on-looker that you were with her. And only her.

Her behavior at this point would plateau for a while. She had no interest in hurting others and simply acted as your guardian.

That was until someone would act just a little too mean with you. Or if they landed a not-so-friendly hand on you. The second Freya would catch wind of this, she would finally snap.

With whoever caused you severe distress, they would suddenly disappear the next day or so.

And if Freya continued to feel like people were stepping out of line with you, her last resort were to be to abduct you and keep you somewhere safe. She doesn't want it to come to that, but if she felt that if the circumstances were met, then she would have no choice.

Don't worry though, wherever she plans on keeping you, you can be assured that she will take the upmost care of you. Even if you were now stuck with her against your will.
