i know this game is ten years old but i just completed all of it for the first time a few days ago so… this is my way of celebrating. this is also my way of coping.
also, the game is over nine hours long, i just knew i could get hella dialogue starters from it… which i did! instead of my usual 25-30 starters, this has close to (if not over) 90!
the funniest part? considering i’m taking these word for word from the game and not thinking of these myself, you’d expect this to have taken a few minutes. this took me 6 hours. today was supposed to be my lazy day but woah.

Rick's very thankful for having his parents in his life. He had a good relationship with them. They were very strict in certain aspects such as respect, discipline and hard work, they were caring, taught him empathy, honor and compassion, offered him support and stimulated his interests, allowing him to make his own decisions and explore the world despite being protective parents. All that allowed Rick to develop empathy, make him sociable and easy to deal with as well as become a great leader and be smarter than average people. Rick isn't a genius, but definitely he's brilliant, thinks out of the box, has creative solutions to problems and is great at reading emotions and having discipline. He was allowed to read all sorts of books, watch all sorts of movies and listen to all sorts of songs, with the education of honor and respect, Rick came to experience the story and problems of many people, what made him very open minded since early. Because he came from such a caring, supporting family, Rick tends to always expect the best from people and act on good will, trusting others (until the apocalypse fucks him enough at least).
Despite being an introvert, he loves gathering people and spending warm moments together, as he had such good experienced with his family, one of his dreams was to have a family of his own so he could give his kids all the love his parents gave him. His grandfather fought in the war, many of his stories inspired Rick, specially in the sense of deeper matters, such as the meaning of life, concepts of justice and philosophical questions. Family probably descends from Irish or British due to his surname "Grimes". Because he was always stimulated and encouraged, Rick doesn't have self trust issues and can be very convincing and charismatic when he needs. He grew up as someone who sees the world with optimism, he hates conflict, he hates arguing and because he grew up with respect, he always respects people's emotional and personal spaces, he avoids being intrusive and because of his strong sense of justice, he isn't malicious and feels repelled by it. He takes respect very seriously, because of that, he's very reserved and dislikes people who are intrusive, dislikes being hit on or flirted on by people he doesn't have intimacy with.
Rick's favorite color seems to be blue. He often chooses to wear different shades of blue, cyan and gray along the series when he had the option to properly choose his clothes, like in Alexandria. It also fits his calm personality.

//So uh... a post.
As much as I hate to say it and make it official, this blog's hiatus is going to be indefinite.
I love Negan to death and I miss writing him so much, but truth is I'm having a hard time finding the motivation or muse to be here. While some lovely people are still here, so many who helped make this blog what it is and who I built my most cherished memories with here are gone, and my more recent attempts to find new blogs to follow or interact with haven't gone well, so looking at this account, more often than not, just leaves me feeling sad and frustrated and longing for earlier times. And as much as I love TWD, the fandom just isn't appealing to interact with much anymore, and hasn't been for a while.
This blog isn't being archived or deactivated. The queue is still ongoing, and has enough in it to last nearly two years, so the images and gifs will continue posting for quite some time. I still have things in my likes that I plan to reblog. Any memes or threads I had, are still in my drafts (though I may delete some threads, I don't know, they are years old anyway.)
When or if the inspiration strikes, I will absolutely pop in to write or even just talk about Negan or send some memes. But activity from here on out will be extremely low, indefinitely. This has been eating away at me for a while, the idea of losing this muse or RP has a hobby (I've been having a really hard time with all creative hobbies for a long time now) has had me grieving in a weird way, so I'm just finally biting the bullet here.
I'm still very active on tumblr elsewhere and still have notifications/emails on, so if you send an ask or message me or anything, I'll see it and reply when I can. I do have two other RP blogs, one that's low activity like this one and another still under construction while I debate if I want to go through with it or not, but they're both anime muses so I'm not sure if I'll ever link to them here. From what I've seen, most people in this fandom don't interact with animated muses so I'll save myself the embarrassment lol.
That all said: thank you everyone who has stuck around and continues to enjoy and interact with this blog in any way, even if it's just to like or reblog pics of Negan and JDM. I hope you're all doing well. I'll be around when I'm around. <3

I'm on the hunt for someone to write Negan against my Carl Grimes from The Walking Dead. Large age gap and maybe some minor 🍪 .
I’m open to most aus and have a few ideas kicking around in the back of my head. No-apoc, soul mates, pretty much any au. I’m caught up with the show on paper but I dipped out after season 9, just because of our badly AMC screwed over Chandler Riggs and how they handled the show. Been loosely following the dead city show but I plan on sitting down and watching it properly.
That being said, I don't give a shit about spoilers, I'll happily research and watch clips. Also happy to double. I have some pretty solid experience with all the original The Walking Dead cast. I can provide examples too.
I have a guilty enjoyment for portraying Carl as transmasc, but that isn't a requirement if not your cup of tea. I play transmasc and cis male characters best if doubling.
All I ask is that you're mature, understanding bc my work and sleep schedule are whack and don't mind me sending you random memes/things I find funny or relatable to the rp.

Misogyny in fandoms. No specific fandom, just misogyny in general. I get really pissed off when female characters get bashed for doing the exact same thing a male character did. Examples: Lori Grimes in TWD getting bashed for dealing with her grief by getting in another relationship when she 100% thought her husband was dead. Also, Leia getting shit for believing in Kylo despite all the bad he did, when we wouldn't have Star Wars in the first place if Luke didn't believe in Vader's capacity to do good despite all the bad he did.
☁ Have you ever forgiven a partner when you shouldn't have?
I don't think so. I can't even think of any situations where I've had to forgive a RP partner. It's always either some disagreement that gets solved in minutes and isn't even worth an apology because it's just something small, or going no contact. No in-between so far, at least not any that I can think of.

1. Are there any characters in your fandom or faceclaims you refuse to RP with? Who and why?
I mainly write in two fandoms (Twd and HOTD) and there are definitely characters I wouldn’t write with like Michonne from twd or Sansa from GoT simply because I can’t stand their characters. BUT I always have to mention that as I started rping in twd fandom I always thought there are just a handful characters I would write with and ended up with ships (and especially OCs) I didn’t even consider simply because I fell in love with how they were written from the muns. Also no matter how much I love a certain portrayal, I only write romantic relationships, no friendship things or family things so that’s why I just don’t write with some characters even if I love them. Faceclaims I refuse are all kind of singers, animated characters and some problematic people like A*ber H*ard, but I have a list for that in my rules.
2. Are there any plot tropes you are sick of/refuse to RP? If so, what are they and why?
Hmmmm besides the already mentioned family or friendship plots I’m just not interested in, the only trope that comes to mind are A/B/O dynamics or werewolves/vampires stories. I just am not interested in that.
6. Is there a character that the rest of your fandom adores that you just don’t like/are indifferent to? Who is the character and why?
Aemond I guess 🤣🤣🤣 I mean it’s not against the actor he’s great, but I somehow didn’t like his character at all and don’t get the hype. BUT I have to say that I’m absolutely in love with some aemonds on this platform. Some of their writers are absolutely amazing and made me love rp aemond more than series aemond, same goes for alicent and that’s why I also reconsidered writing with them (but my daemon is heterosexual that’s why I would rather consider having Alex with an aemond). It’s crazy cause that often happens to me in the rpc cause I hated Lori from twd so damn much but then wrote with one whose portrayal was just wonderful and then I loved her. But I still hate canon Lori on screen every time she appears. It’s just the nice thing about rp that you can change characters and stories and backgrounds and that allows me to love certain characters I never liked in the series (unless I have a personal dislike against the faceclaim) which is beautiful. So like canon daemon in series or books I don’t think would like alicent in any way, but my daemon is canon divergent and within certain circumstances he would like alicent :)
8. Out of the really popular pairings in your fandom, what’s your nOTP?
Well from twd it’s Carol/Daryl and Rick/Michonne, from HOTD it’s probably daemon/aemond cause I think that’s a thing isn’t it? 🤣 I just can’t see it.
