Twiins iink did not just fucking call Wuthering Waves a genshin clone

Who let her cook? go back to your bad RWBY takes and leave Kuro's games alone, either actually look into the damn gameplay of WW and see for yourself that it's clearly more similar to PGR and devil may cry or shut up and don't spread lies

Also what's with the whole models looking exactly like genshin's models? No?? Genshin is cliche anime style 101 of course any anime game is gonna look somewhat similar but still the models look different enough, and they'll probably improve with time, just look at how different the old technical test models vs the current closed beta, heck just look at beta PGR vs current PGR, Kuro knows how to make distinctive designs and models and as of now they don't look like genshin copies

Wuthering Waves is not a genshin clone. It's not even close gameplay wise.

The gameplay mechanics are fundamentally different and the setting so far combined with what we have in PGR indicate that the story will also be much more dark and mature compared to genshin and clearly not similar enough to warrant calling it a clone in that department either

Also if you really want to pretend genshin is the one who created 80% of the mechanics and style it has look no further than BoTW, I'm not saying it's bad to take elements from other games and improve on them but for the love of god stop pretending genshin is the one that created the open world genre, it popularized gacha+anime open world but it DID NOT make it

Pro tip: actually watch the gameplay and dev streams and pay attention before calling something a blatant clone

Out of my own curiosity, how come no one has done nothing about this Dexiter? (I’ve heard of them and yeah, not a fan) Surely you can tell Reddit about how they encourage toxic behaviour.

Let's first explain Dextixer's behavior.

He threatens people and tries to get them to kill themselves

So why won't R/RWBY stop a man who spams their subreddit with one post after another trying to tell people that they should never be happy with anything RWBY does, that they should hate their female protagonists and love the male villains, etc etc?

Because he's protected by youtubers like Calxiyn, Fatmanfalling, etc

Whenever a RWBY Critics attacks the show or the fandom, for example, harassing a girl for trying to enjoy RWBY?

He is immediately defended by the RWBYTubers.

One individual actually called out this hate

She and everyone else who tried to talk about were silenced by the RWBYTubers and anyone speaking ill of the RWBY Critics were cyberbullied into silence.

R/RWBY cannot do anything about Dextixer except lick the shit from his boots due to the fact that every single RWBYTuber has his back, and that to deny his hate and/or his harassment of RWBY fans would be considered "toxic positivity".

Any attempts at trying to defend the show? Dextixer speaks, and R/RWBY shuts down the posts. Dextixer makes another giant post insulting the show, the fandom, and the writers?

RWBY mod cirrusvision20 literally said that they refuse to take down his posts no matter how many people protest.

At the end of the day, R/RWBY mods are nothing more than playthings for R/RWBYCritics to harass the fandom.

After all? R/RWBY allows R/RWBYCritics to share posts to their subreddit in order to encourage harassment against RWBY Fans and the show.

Use other subreddits to teach people about RWBY. Do not insult, but educate them.

Show them that the writers were not bullied into writing bumbleby.

Show that James Ironwood was always a dictator.

Show that Adam Taurus was always evil.

Show them the Bumbleby build-up

But more importantly, remind them that if they don't want to see the RWBY Hate videos, there is always Youtube channel blockers they can look for online on google search to shut out the people with more SDE than andrew tate.

Both Twiins Iink and EruptionFang have called Blake Belladonna and Yang Xiao Long killing Adam Taurus in self-defense (after telling him to leave them alone) "murder".

Unicorn of War went as far as to state that he wished the hound would "kill everyone at the Schnee manor, with the exception of Penny and Whitley", and agreed with a post from one of his insane fans stating that the origins of humans and faunus in Remnant was akin to "Nazi Propaganda", and stated that the white voice actors of RWBY "should be fired and replaced with nonwhite voice actors", etc.

The Judgmental Critter (Twiins Iinks equally batshit insane sister) stated that Ruby was wrong/evil for cutting off Tyrian's stinger in self-defense (after he tried to kill her uncle and kidnap her), and that she should have felt bad/"reflected on it", because she has a sister (Yang) who had a limb chopped off.

RWBY Rework Blake Belladonna

Black the beast who descends from shadow is supposedly both the Beauty and the Beast but I feel like other than being a cat girl it never comes through in her design. In her more recent appearances, she’s strayed from being black and has taken over Weiss’s spot as white, which is very annoying. So I went back to the source and looked at some of her concept art for inspiration. I found myself adoring her mismatched eyes, so I stole that for my design. I also liked the cutesy dress she was in, though I do like the slimmed down final of her v1 look. 

I think a big issue with her design is that Menagerie has no defined aesthetic. Blake’s kind of like a ninja, but has this gothic lolita type thing going on too, so I decided to design Blake and then design Menagerie around that – which turned Menagerie into a fairy tale island full of magical human/animal hybrids that has different areas based on specific animals – which I’ll expand on later. Blake took on a frillier look, but I made sure she didn’t step on Weiss’s toes because in this rewrite I’m bringing the fact that Blake is a princess into this, which is another play in my decision to make her and Weiss partners. Blake is a princess in hiding, the daughter if the dead king of the Eastern region of Menagerie after an attack from the White Fang (which have been overhauled). So when she returns to Menagerie she’s got nowhere to turn to and is instead trying to regain control of her house that was stolen from her. 

I’ve played up the beast aspect of her, making her a sort of chimera faunus. (in this rewrite, Faunus can have a variety of traits and actually look part animal) While this would be harder to hide, I’ve come up with ways she did it – Her ears/the bow, her horns/her hair + filing them down (painful but effective), the tail/tucked very uncomfortably in her tight clothes. Essentially, she was hurting herself to try and hide her faunus traits, something that will play into her character – she is willing to suffer just to avoid conflict. Also i took away her human ears i hate that design choice.

Her outfit is modeled after a tuxedo cat and this adorable fit I saw on Pinterest once. I’ve also taken to Twiins iink’s idea and taken away long sleeves, which gave room for some cute gloves. Her hair is long again because that mop cut is grotesque in both her concept art and in the show. I gave her a braid though, simply because I want a lot of flowing parts on this with her tail and hair and ribbons and it looked super cute on her amity arena summer skin. 

i think it might just be a little too similar to her og design, so I'll tweak it a little more after i finish Weiss and Ruby, in a whole team spread with their final designs

Also Adam is the rose with hints of the fairy and Salem is the fairy (in this Salem takes the place of a lot of Fairies and Evil Witches)

it's so wild that critter and twiins never learned to cope at the pushback their adam video got and they're still malding over it getting criticism. critter had more vitriol in her voice talking about that then her stalker canonseeker.

it's weird as hell but honestly fits with their white centrism / moderate leaning. they can call out all the racist things that the show has perpetuated but they have to soften the blow against the white creatives & by extension themselves by saying that miles&kerry didn't mean for it to happen this way. that it was a mistake. it was ignorance.

which is the biggest load of bullshit i've ever heard. then the blake "blackwashing" controversy happened with twiin's racist rule of no skin colour changes. then they hid behind twiin's "experience" with redesigns & said characters like blake & nora wouldn't look good with black skin because of their "colour palettes." then they spoke over bme voices to uplift the white creatives excuses for why adam, a character just as intrinsically tied to racism & oppression as blake is, should just be "gotten over" by bme folk who connected with his anger & saw him essentially killed to solve racism & promote mean girl's era sapphic eroticism.

it's bullshit & what they say is bullshit. them getting angrier over this & being reproached over it than the fact that canonseeker's deranged ass has been harassing them for months speaks volumes. because it poked at their white fragility & the fact that they can't & shouldn't be the leading voices in discussions like this & they didn't like that. critter even said so in her reblog to our post that "90% of her content is calling out the bigotry in rt" & that's part of the problem because a majority of that content is speaking over or demonizing the demographic it targets.

What in God's holy name is toxic positivity and how did it get so popular?

Alright, let's start first with the idea of comedy...and shit comedians.

Here is kinda where it first started.

Racism, Misogyny, transphobia, anti-semitism, homophobia.

Those jokes just aren't funny!

And yet the comedians love to complain that people cannot take a joke when their idea of a joke is so awful and rude.

Rather than admit they're wrong, easier for the hateful people to claim its not their fault, and that their audience is awful. Do you know what I call criticism? I call it being helpful in offering feedback on improvement while also being respectful.

Unfortunately, that's not how critics operate.

They go more along the lines of

So basically, the grand majority of critics, such as fatmanfalling, judgmental critter, twiins iink, and of course the RWDE Community.

They just want to hate, or at least corrupt RWBY into their fetishized image.

But they can't allow others to see what they're doing as being bad.

They can't allow people to see that they truly hate a show and its writers...they want to be seen as victims.

Its easier to get people to hate what you hate, if you claim to be a victim of the show and its fandom.

So the critics demand the right of criticism over all us.

It does not matter how nasty and deceitful their words are. "Freedom of speech and opinion". Even if they're being hateful and dishonest, the claim that they're being oppressed by others who cannot take criticism is very catchy on social media.

And that's the core belief behind the accusations of toxic positivity.

The belief that no matter how nasty or lying you are, you are within your rights to do so, and the people opposing you for such beliefs are trying to silence you because you cannot take criticism or different opinions.

Unfortunately, due to so many youtubers willing to defend the worst haters in the show, and promote hate against men and women defending the show?

It is sadly far easier to hate the show and the fandom based on the rampant misinformation.

its why hbomberguy made a 2.5 hour video of lies. Anyone who does 10 minutes of google search will see that Harris was lying the whole time.

But would you rather spend 10 minutes trying to find truth? Or would you rather watch some bald british dude ranting and hating for 2.5 hours?

Most people prefer to hate. You do not see people making videos defending RWBY, though they are there. You do not see people making videos defending legend of korra. You do not see people making videos defending She-Hulk.

No , you only see videos hating them. And the moment people who like all of those shows stand up, the youtubers immediately call upon their followers and demand harassment of the defenders.

"Monty's vision"....You can look to Monty's Tweets as to what he said about RWBY...but not a single RWBY Critic aka RWDE will EVER bring up those quotes... They'd much rather put words in a dead man's mouth, similar to how Christians love to do so with their prophet. Both dead men were very progressive, yet the "vision" people will never respect that

At the end of the day, these are the critics.

They have this religious hatred towards rwby and its fnadom

Clearly the RWDE community can't be at fault, right?

Denying that what one does is hateful or malicious, claiming to be a victim.

Toxic positivity...is basically a term used by people who hate on a show and its fandom...as a means of defense against those who disagree with them, and as an intended tool of validation of their hate.

For Gods Sake, RWBY is a cartoon!

Can we stop acting as if RWBY is some crime against humanity just because the villains are straight white males and the protagonists are LGBT-coded females?
