I almost forgot to update you all, sorry Darlings, it's been a very long day.

Thankfully I do have some good news! Both Bug and Bunny are doing surprisingly well, though they are both noticeably anxious still. They will be on some medication for a few weeks that I have to give them at set intervals, and I will have to take them back in for a check up a couple of times too, but other than that, they are both doing shockingly well all things considered.

The vet staff was even kind enough to give them both a bath and help remove some of the mats I was unable to remove myself, as well as handle the injuries to their paws and mouths from the neglect they dealt with in their former home.

It took a while to get them to come out of their new carrier, but once they did, they pretty much went into hiding immediately. I was eventually able to lure them out with a promise of treats and an old documentary about birds so that I could give them more meds, and thankfully they both stayed in view long enough for me to get a photo of the two of them watching it together to share with you all! (Please forgive the mess, they think they're smaller than they are, so playtime clearly results in a lot more chaos than I was really prepared for.)

Once again, I'm incredibly grateful for the support and understanding from all of you, it really does mean a lot to me. I don't know if I'll be able to jump right back into posting just yet, but I will do my best to get back to it again soon.

speaking of httyd the more that time goes on the more I appreciate the first movie painted the night fury being weird as hell and as such the first plushies of toothless/the nightfury were fucking weird as hell too, I used to not super enjoy it but now i see the huge thick mega-cute NFs and think man. we have to go back to when they looked like this. they will never be more charming than this

Anyone else up thinking abt how the anthros in W101/P101 are designed

#ive been thinking for so long #okay so. i wouldnt call them rules ig theyre more guidelines but from what i understand #on a scale of looking like an animal-human it leans a lot more to animal #but they like. act 99.98% as humans i cant rly think of times youd say they behave like animals at all #the .02% is maybe a animal related joke like the marleybone cats and milk #but back on design i notice that leg wise everyone seem to have more legs resembling their animal #but for arms/hands it kinda differs? especially when gloves are involved #horses/unicorns have hands but cows/pigs have hooves/whatever pigs have for example #some birds like the companions from mooshu have a kinda wing/hand sorta look yknow what i mean #(or maybe all birds? i havent remembered enough to know the crows) #anthros are usually shaped and sized like their animal in some way #there are some exceptions. mice/rats #unfortunately there is the 'men and women designed different' thing i am too tired to explain #uhh thats all i eepy

something i miss from ts3 is the wild animals throughout the world. seeing raccoons, deer, and wild horses was always so fun to me and made the game feel more 'real'.

sure we have wild foxes in ts4, but it doesn't really compare to the wild raccoons, deer, and mini pets from ts3.
