The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attended the Worldshot Prize Awards at the Mayfield Royal Hotel in Evergreen Harbor last night. Although not televised, guests were seen walking the blue carpet and Beyonce released images from her performance.

The Duke and Duchess were one of the last to arrive, walking the blue carpet to loud roars of applause. Their Royal Highnesses enjoyed their final night in Evergreen Harbor, ending a long week of royal visits on their Commonwealth Tour.

The Princess, wearing the Oscar Dress by @sentate who has become one of her favorite designers while on tour, looked absolutely regal.

Orion Finkle, winner of the 2022 Worldshot Prize, and wife Yyana also walked the blue carpet. Finkle, CEO of Fix our Climate, accepted the award to a standing ovation. His acceptance speech urged those in the audience to continue efforts for a greener economy and promised to use the awards funds to invest back into climate change initiatives in the Commonwealth.

Images released by Beyonce performing her hit song Halo, as The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge looked on, were quick to make their rounds on social media.

Beyonce’s performance was also the first time the megastar performed live in two years. When asked on the blue carpet about her return to the stage, she said “I adore Princess Katherine and when she asked me to perform, accepting was absolutely the only option.”

Their Royal Highnesses head to San Myshuno today for the final leg of the Commonwealth Tour.

Anderson Cooper: How great did Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge look arriving at the Environmental Summit in Evergreen Harbor yesterday?

Shon Gableton: Her Royal Highness was clearly feeling green in her @sentate pants suite.

Anderson: The Duke and Duchess were panelists on the Environmental Summit’s final day where they also announced the winner of the 2022 Worldshot Prize. The winner, Orion Finkle, was also a panelist. Her Royal Highness is stepping in for His Majesty as patron of the Windsor Forestry Society, while heading this years Commonwealth Tour.

Shon: Marissa Gates, President of The Will & Marissa Gates Foundation, led the panel which focused on causes and solutions for greenhouse gas. Gates is a huge fan of the Royals and, through the foundation, has supported many of their environmental causes.

Anderson: The Duke and Duchess talked about the importance of environmental care and what every Simmer can continue doing to save the planet.

Shon: Finkle, who in addition to winning the $200k Simoleon prize, discussed how his organization Fix our Climate is using recycled plastic to lower greenhouse gas emissions.

Anderson: The Duke and Duchess will present Finkle the 2022 Worldshot Prize during tonight’s awards ceremony. The Duke and Duchess depart for San Myshuno on the final leg of their four-week Commonwealth Tour tomorrow.

Shon: The awards ceremony isn’t televised so let’s hope we get great photographs of the couple on the blue carpet.
