Elon Musk wants to eliminate the iconic bird logo and rebrand Twitter as
"The X App"
This is the business equivalent of buying the Mona Lisa, then dumping paint over it, so you can draw in some stick figures instead.

Welp. I can’t seem to log into my stupid X account. Thanks Elon for destroying the social media app I had for over 10 YEARS…

Twitter has truly turned into shit and I’m glad I was able to escape that garbage fire and grow accustomed to this place as soon as I could. X will die and Elon's reputation will go down with it. He is and forever will be a pissy cissy who thinks like a child the way he acts like a single letter is very cool and we will call the app Twitter for as long as he refers to his daughter by her deadname.

Now that Twitter is X or whatever the fuck, the most genuinely funny thing that could happen was if all the people elongated muskrat fired got together and just… made Twitter. Just regular same Twitter from before, and everyone just went back over there

btw, apparently twitter is handing out your IP address to people randomly because of a new "feature", so uh, yeah, i heard this from the russian badger discord server and i thought that i should share it here, this is what they said about it:
be aware that there is a new "feature" on Twitter for mobile app users (Android and iOS) that just hands out your IP address to people
You can control it in Settings > Privacy and safety > Direct Messages
By default, it is enabled, and your IP address is exposed unless you turn on "Enhanced call privacy"
https://help.twitter.com/en/using-x/direct-messages/audio-video-calls
i HIGHLY recommend y'all reblog this so it spreads around the platform.

It's really crazy to me how much narcissism a person can be blinded with to see the faults of throwing an iconic brand like a Twitter in the ditch and have no correlation of thought of any faults this "X" rebrand poses.....And to have everything ran by an AI Bot when you wanted to fix the bot problem.
It's laughable. All of it is laughable. But also depressing. Really depressing.
