I feel like swinging a bat at a hornets nest so I'll say the quiet part out loud. A lot of y'all are bein aphobic as hell when it comes to Alastor. Alastor is seen to act repulsed multiple times in the show when other characters have suggested sexual acts with him and between that and his being confirmed ace, the fact that Alastors tag is still full of smutty fics just shows that you don't respect the character or folks on the ace spectrum at all. Yes, some ace folks aren't sex repulsed but Alastor clearly isn't one of those folks and y'all doing gymnastics to try to justify your constant objectification of our only confirmed ace character says a lot about y'all and how little y'all respect us.
Y'all are doing the exact thing to Alastor that so many of us on the ace spectrum fear from those around us every single day. You don't care about the character at all, you only care about how you wish he would fuck you and there's literally a whole show of other characters you can do that with that isn't the only confirmed ace character.

Does anyone else ever think about how WC!Scott canonically brought Mertha back to life and there was a bit of hand waving like “Eeuuhh she was a goat that’s not to difficult” but really she was a human soul trapped in a goat’s body, so Scott could bring back a human soul by like, the middle of the trials, so he might have already been powerful enough to bring back Milo by that point or soon after, without having to go full Lich and do all the horrible things that ritual entails, but by that point he had convinced himself so thoroughly that the only way to achieve his goal was by becoming the Supreme Witch that it didn’t even cross his mind to try?

Lmao
I guess I’m really at that age. I just got carded (like seriously, the waitress intently scanned my drivers license forever and then asked me to recite my birthday, like she had a “gotcha”), and honestly at less than 8 months away from turning 40, I was stuck somewhere between feeling annoyed and flattered
Lol, I suppose that’s a tad bit better than when I was going into the gas station recently and some cat ran up and grabbed the door for me and said, “here you go sir,” and for a split second I looked around to see who tf he was talking to
Am I seriously going to need to get myself a front lawn to start yelling at kids now, or can I just yell at clouds?

Some class doodles... is there a Nerevarine out there that was gung-fucking-ho about being the Nerevarine. I don't see a lot of those, and I realize I Too have contributed to that with Sven, but I feel like that'd be fun LMAO
IDs under cut!
[ID: 5 images drawn traditionally in pencil, non-colored. The last 4 images are part of a continuous comic/narrative.
The first image shows Sven from the waist up, a dark elf with short dark hair and a thin nose, with a small scar over the left side of his mouth. He has a lean, muscular build, and is wearing a half-robe, covering the right side of his chest, while the left is exposed. He's smiling nervously, saying, "Wait, Caius, me? You're mistaken, wouldn't the legendary Nerevarine be an actual native to Morrowind?" Off-panel, Caius responds with, "It's not about what I think, kid. It's about the emperor. He thinks you match. So we're going to see if you do."
The second image shows Sven again, implied to be at a later point, as he talks to Nibani Maesa off-screen. He still appears nervous and flustered, hands clasped outward in front of him. He's saying, "*Lengthy explanation* - and, that, that sounds insane, right? Like, the Nerevarine is supposed to oust the foreigners, so how can they be one? Surely I'm not...?"
The third image shows Nibani Maesa, an elderly dark elf woman with light, coily, mid-length hair. She's looking at Sven off-screen, as though she's judging him, sizing him up. She's saying, "... You are not the Nerevarine."
The fourth image shows Sven again, now relieved, shoulders relaxed. He says, "Oh, thank Kyne-" He's interrupted as, off-screen, Nibani continues with, "You are the one who may become the Nerevarine."
The fifth image shows two panels, both showing Sven, nervous and incredibly sweaty, while Nibani speaks off-panel. The first panel, he is back to appearing incredibly nervous. He says, "... What." While Nibani continues, "It is a puzzle, and a hard one. But you have found some of the pieces, and you may find more." The second panel, Nibani asks, "Do you choose to become the Nerevarine?" Sven, now very upset, yells, "NOOOOOOO??? NOOOOOO!!!! NOOOO-" END ID.]

Truly unfortunate when you tell your straight female friends that their man ain't shit and then they just go "well, hm, I love him even though he's abusive and covered in red flags". Because not only are they wrong and it sucks to watch them suffer, but then they also stop telling you things, which makes YOU feel like the dumbass in the situation
