Yuukoku no Moriarty, I feel, has ignited a lot of my childhood glee. I've missed hyperfixating on things and coming up with dumb headcanons and writing fics to get rid of the silly brainworms the come in the middle of the day.

It's been a really, really long time since I've experienced this thrill where I can't stop thinking about the characters and story and not a single day passes where a little idea hits me like a sledgehammer in the middle of working

And then Morimyu, oh god, has sparked a descent down another rabbit hole (into 2.5D hell) and i haven't felt this way since I was like 13 and discovering Rebocon for the first time where KHR was an all-consuming series for me (fanfiction, fanpages, cosplay, osts, voice actors, EVERYTHING)

Anyway this was just a ramble because I'm mildly experiencing withdrawal from consuming stage content ever since I was introduced to some stages by a particular actor :') but WOW I've really missed this exhilarating feeling, my fingers are TREMBLING as I type this.

hmmm, i see what you mean 🥲 being physically strong enough to protect and push back against the world is clearly really important to him, and the associated grief from that must've weighed really heavily on him as he built himself much bigger into BF36, and again in his post-timeskip upgrade— i think it's a super interesting part of his character we could talk loads about,,,

i do also really like though how, at least by the time the strawhats come around, he seems to genuinely enjoy and take pride in his body as like a strong self-controlled canvas for his dreams, even more so post-2y (what with how he's proven himself with 36 and unfreezes the BF numbers + escapes from a human shape) :,-))) i've always thought it would be cool if he eventually builds himself up to be as tall as tom was, just for the sake of it.

i guess i'd like to think he's found a certain kind of peace haha but honestly, super interesting take TTTT thank you for sharing!

so there was this pub, the crooked house or the siden house, where im from that was kinda famous for being the "wonkiest pub in britain". its been there since 1765 (it was originally a farmhouse) and let me tell you, the inside was some of the coolest shit ive seen. it was fucking bostin.

but four days ago, it burnt down. now its nothing but rubble, and its being treated as an arson for the investigation.

and just,,, im so gutted. i have that kind of sadness where you feel empty inside because this was our pub. we're an impoverished area and a lot of our country laughs at us for the way we speak, but we're proud of our local culture and history.

honestly the siden house represented us; we're a little wonky bunch with our dialect the most close to old english and banding together like misfits in a movie.

but now its just gone. its one of the few tranklements of our history we get to hold and its just fucking gone, at someones hand. it was probably new developer who just bought it because its the cheapest way to clear a lot.

and i ay even angry at whoever it was, im just sad. as a brit, i hold no pride for my country and the history of it. but i am a proud yam yam, and right now, it just hurts.
