EXILE ੭ ︵ㅤ. ✿ darth vader x oc.

NOTE ! this is the first thing i’m posting ahhhh i’m nervous and excited and YEAH - this blurb means a great deal to me bc this pairing is very dear to me and i’m very proud of it. there aren’t any warnings to disclose as this is just very angsty. pls enjoy! + i’m open to any constructive criticism when it comes to writing, etc!!

minutes went past for what felt like an eternity. behind those ebony coloured lenses, light illuminated in his piercing yellow eyes. he looked straight forward towards a tree of white coloured oak and scarlet red leaves. everything was silent; besides the heavy inhales and exhales through his mask that only exaggerated the grasps of air his scarred lungs weakly held and released. he felt like death.

finally, he took one step forward.

and then another.

and another.

until he walked his way out of his spacecraft. he came alone. alone ensured an alibi from his disappearance in the middle of a war. he liked being alone too. ever since…

when he walked closer, he could see this place between time and space, was a stomach full of the force. he felt it so strongly. it was like a tight hug against his bones and ignited his very soul. such nostalgia made his footsteps stop before they were inches away from stepping on the uncovered roots.

he stared right in the middle of the tree. the crunch between his thick leathered boot and crumbling stone from this fragment of a planet he stood on had stopped. small, mindless grains of the mineral fell into the blackness of space never to be seen again. he stood straight as a soldier, his heart banged against his ribcage while his eyes recognised the feminine features of a face moulded into the wood. the face had its eyes closed, it’s etchings we’re deep yet not man-made. it was completely natural. so stunningly natural.

the face reminded him so fiercely of so many things that only had one thing in common: her. that thought could make him choke on the air his lungs heaved for desperately.

once, he could be so close to her. hold her face in his hands, feel her warmth like she was the only sun. watch her lips curve into a delicate smile that resemble a bright day with clear skies. to be a subject in her eyes watching as she looked over his face, absorb his own in the full-bloomed valleys beyond her orbs. once. things were far peaceful then they are now.

in his daze of reminiscence a delicate set of six legs attached itself to his helmet. full of fragile light yet bright as a star. it’s wings fluttered, they fanned open and closed. his hand reached to touch the butterfly - something that’s so forbidden to him, so innocent that it flew away as soon as his gloved hand neared it. the butterfly was spooked but so daring of curiosity it still landed on his exterior.

it’s when he noticed that it was her.

all of this was her.

he looked up amongst the scarlet leaves and saw so many butterflies, he could not bare the thought to count all of them.

everything was so still besides these insects, that moved as if there was a breeze to carry their flutters and glides. his reminiscence turned into that of a memory, the final memory of two lovers; forbidden to one another. the emptiness of space was full and time was running out. his eyes peered into the blackness, he imagined how this jagged piece of a planet used to be larger; whole, more defined. the farther he looked the more it thinned its stretch to a pointed edge. his armies stood at attention behind him, ready for his command. for his opponent would be a single woman resting on her knees at the edge of the cliff. she stared into the abyss, her face unseen. her hair flowed with what breeze space could offer. it fanned those strands of the natural platinum blonde hair. it would hardly seem fair - all this fuss for one woman all by herself, seeming to enjoy the quiet of a dead, shattered planet.

he took one step forward. she turned her head just enough to look at him and into his soul with one ferociously green eye that was so fierce yet so vulnerable. like a storm in a forest. there was rage of thunder and the heart-aching sadness of rain. she was in pain. she writhed like the mental agony was physical. his remaining human heart threaten to shatter. but like a lump in his throat he swallowed it down. chained it up. locked it away. abandoned the human urge to feel. because if he did, his feet would make him march to this woman and hold her. beg for her forgiveness, cry, and shout.

he’d renew his curse to feel nothing but anger as he sucked in a breath and exhaled. the noise that came from such action only reminded him that he was a machine of hate.

her fragile features disappeared from his view when she turned her head to view the starred blackness.

“sentinel neytiri te’khan. you have no where left to run. you will take me up on my offer or you will perish here. along with what’s left of your home planet.” his voice shattered the glass of silence. his voice was commanding. it went against all love and desire he still had so much of for her.

“it has been years; of this cat and mouse game you and i play.” she rose to her feet and straightened her spine to a posture of elegance. she stared at the thousands of stars one last time before her heels turned her around gracefully.. she looked the same as the day he lost her, barely aged due to her godhood like status. seeing her eyes though, you could tell this war had aged her soul. she was tired.

neytiri looked at his helmet with a stoic expression. her eyes hung low like she hasn’t slept properly since this had begun. a constant fight of peace and war. good and evil.

life and death.

“anakin..i’m tired. i’m so tired. this cannot go on anymore, i don’t wish to kill you. i cannot kill you. it would go against everything i have done.” neytiri spoke with such voice that only beckoned the gust of winds to shuffle the cloak of darth vader and cause the storm troopers to hesitate shifting their weight onto their opposite foot for better balance.

“you cannot ‘save’ me. i have made my choice and now, you are wasting time in deciding yours.” like a cold piercing blade it stabbed the woman’s heart, made her eyes freeze over. she was stuck looking at the soulless blackness of where his eyes would be staring back at her. she could feel his hold in his gaze. she sighed so sadly.

“would you truly kill me, my love?” she asked.

there was a cold pause that brought a chill to the wind.

“if you do not choose to be an asset to the empire, i will not hesitate.” he answered.

“i know you’re better than this.” her lips frowned, she wore her heart on her sleeve. “i’m sorry. if i only knew sooner, i could have prevented all of this.”

her forest orbs eyed the dark prince reach for his weapon. “make your choice neytiri.”

“i have already made my choice as soon as all of this started.” she said gently. she held her position. “even you are no fool when it came to this. you knew.”

“then die by my hand.” he drew his lightsaber from his belt, the menacing red bled into the greys of the dead planet at a click of a switch. neytiri on the other hand drew no weapon. instead shifted her feet into a stance of a brace.

“no.” she said. “have one last warning by mine.” her hand stretched out, clawing at the invisible fabric of the force. the air was sucked through to her palm. she absorbed it as it balled itself in her small palm. the troopers fell to their knees, weight sucked them down onto the floating island. they struggled to breathe but darth vader. her anakin remained a stoic statue amongst the rest. her hand drew back like she was ready to draw the string of a bow and with a powerful push the ball of force was released.

the ball blasted into an unrelenting gust of wind that shoved everyone backwards. including darth vader. his boots scarred the grey earth with its drag. he fell to his knees yet held onto his lightsaber with a determined grip.

neytiri’s eyes were wild with all sorts of released emotion: anger, pain, regret, grief, sadness. the power of a goddess…vader will never know how much is possible with her.

“i will not let you use me as a tool for war. whether i die or you use me. the balance would be corrupted. even you will feel the wrath of chaos unleashed in my absence. you will regret it.” she clasped her hands together and then swiftly motioned them to her sides. she started to levitate, her hair whirled and spiralled in the air. her body glowed a colour of light that only resembled heaven. it was blinding to everyone but him.

“i will banish you from this place of the galaxy. i banish you from me, the last person that was ambitious enough to fight for your redemption.” her eyes were white hot and so piercing. her whole body was the opposite him. he, the black as night and she, the literal beacon of white. his heart soared with painful awe. “now begone.” she swiped her arm across and the gust of such an ungodly wind knocked everyone to their feet once more. the earth beneath them began to crack. it’s crumbs falling forever in the void of space.

even darth vader was so swarmed in his emotion he dropped his physical guard as the wind mercifully pushed him away from the edge. he fell.

white clad armour occupied his vision as hands reached to him to aid him. frustrated, embarrassed, the dark lord rejected every single bit of help. he pushed himself to his feet. he was far from her to jump and take her hostage and while he could use the force to cripple the earth and pull the smaller island forward…he understood her final message enough to respect it.

if he were to pursue her with such hate in his heart he will die. so will neytiri.

is that what he really wanted?

fate was sealed the moment he were to tread foot on her sacred grounds. he watched her body shape itself into a structure of nature. a symbol of ancient strength as the blinding white light softened and faded away. neytiri was nowhere to be found. the tree flourished with scarlet red leaves and the roots swarmed and swelled the island to permanently attach itself. darth vader stared long enough to notice the silhouette of a face in the heart of the tree.

when he walked away that day, he felt the force be sapped from his arsenal of strengths. he told no one of this and killed the storm troopers one by one on duty that day. so that no one could speak of this final stand between his old love.

he blinked back into reality where he firmly stood in front of the white holy tree. his presence hurt. he could tell. he could feel her yearning, her grief for giving up. it left a bitter taste in his mouth.

he could not be in this place much longer.

“i had a vision of you doing this to yourself.” he confessed. “but i never knew it would be because of me.”

no voice was heard after that. pure silence stilled the environment. there was nothing else to be said. nothing could fix what has been broken for far too many years.

in another life, perhaps, this would have not been the end.

ITS BEEN WEIGHING HEAVILY ON HER MIND. BACK AND FORWARD, HER MIND WOULD RACE ABOUT, TRYING TO PROVOKE THIS CONVERSATION IN THE RIGHT WAY. but nothing would come to her mind, that would even be a slither of an helping aid to go forward with this kind of conversation. the soldier would have to rip the band-aid off, once and for all.

there were a lot of things she anticipated when she first opened her mouth to word-vomit. the anxiety made her want to throw up what was left in her stomach for lunch. which wasn’t much. her hand would instinctively rest on her stomach, it churned and she would have to look away to compose herself. daryl dixon was someone she didn’t expect to be in love with, her first impression of him was influenced by his older brother merle. she saved his and daryl’s life, they granted her the opportunity to never be alone again.

“i’m, um…i’m not joking.” she said, shoving her hands into the back pockets of her jeans and kicking at the dirt to try and ease out the panic she felt. she wanted to cry with all this heightened fear and emotion. “i’m pregnant, daryl…and it’s yours.” she said with a less confident tone, but she remained truthful. she had to be. she couldn’t lie — she already kept it from him for awhile now, he deserved to know.

her eyes would advert back to him, watching him, her brain overanalysing every detail.

''HM ? WHAT DID YA SAY?'' DARYL RAISED ONE OF HIS EYEBROWS . . . throwing the cigarette he was smoking down onto the ground. He knew smoking was bad for him. But hey; at least something in this world should get you killed , right? If it was not the dead or the people , it would be the nicotine that would put him eight feet under. He also didn't want to believe that he had SUCH a big impact on someone. He was a reckless , emotionally unavailable man that was simply good at the things that were illegal in the old world. He felt way more comfortable in his skin in the new one. What was there to admire about him? But Bex - his Bex was a different story. She came into his life the moment he least expected it. The archer had figured she would leave the day he showed up , covered in walker guts and blood , weapon in hand and with a manic expression on his face. But she didn't. She stayed and tended to his wounds , even when he brushed her help off in the most rude way possible. Telling her to simply ''fuck off'' wasn't enough to make her leave. Matter of fact; nothing he could say made her leave. They stuck together ever since. ''You're real' funny , doll.''

i will only ever do literate roleplays and i am a heavily detailed writer, i ask that if you are interested in roleplaying with me is that you’re the same in this regard! i am only a writer of third person, i don’t do first person or asterisk roleplays!

𓈒 𓆇 ˚ TWO. › dni if….

you’re under 18+, i’m an adult i don’t wanna interact with minors when it comes to roleplaying. dni if you’re against the lgbtq community, if you’re racist and just a downright bully bc i’ll just bully you back. this should go without saying, but do not react if you don’t have basic human decency to respect others. i won’t respect you if you don’t respect me, it goes both ways and i don’t have the time for rude people.

𓈒 𓆇 ˚ THREE. › nsfw.

i am open to most nsfw things, such as smut, blood, guts & gore, kinks, fetishes, etc. however i do have my limits which are: rape, non-con, dubcon, incest, pedophilia, child abuse, abusive relationships. things such as sexual assault or child abuse occurring in a background/backstory is completely fine! i don’t mind that but if we are actively roleplaying it, that’s a big no no.
