Yep, it's raining. Nope, I don't let such trivial things prevent a good workout.
A great combination of moves in this one.
Strength based cardio. Always an excellent way to train.
And now I'm back inside for my fruit, nuts and full fat greek yoghurt. I've also added a little peanut butter.
Yum.
I'm going to try the principles in the "Glucose Revolution" book. See if it has any effect on my blood sugar variations.
It's 6.4 now.
Instead of doing the usual thing of just digging in and eating every component together, I'm going to start with the yoghurt, nuts and peanut butter before eating any of the fruit. That apparently smoothes out any glucose spikes.
I'm going to stick to that today at least. See if I notice any difference.
The full hack is to eat veggies first, because of the fibre principles. Then protrin/fat. Then carbs.
But if you're not having veggies (like now) just start with the protein/fat.
Anything is worth a try!

I love this because it's common yet misunderstood. Just like "Hurt people , hurt people" well "healers heal, by helping others heal" it's a method to the madness but I think I have some idea. 🕯️ 🌹

Hello all! I finally decided to lose weight (like a ton of it) I haven't weighed myself in awhile but I'm sure I am around 260-270 lbs. I started my diet exactly a week ago today so I have finished 6 days of my diet. I will be posting my stats later today as well as some pictures of me AND some pictures of me in clothes that are too tight hoping soon I can post pictures of them being too loose 🥰🥰 for now I will just add my diet from this past week in the post above.

That's the second day in a row where I'm happy with everything.
I feel I'm going to get myself back to "me" without too long of a wait. But I'm still ready for that not to be linear.
But that's fine. That's life as we know it.
I could have easily fit three workouts in to my day, but after seeing my weight at that bottom number before having to do something about it, I'm sticking with two.
I'm over my calorie target by 150. I'm happy with that.
Plus another 18hr fast time.
Wednesday gets a tick ✔️
Tomorrow is my free day. No plan for anything. My food intake will definitely be a pretty high one and I will just take any fast time as it comes. That depends on how I feel in the morning.
I will be doing at least one workout though.
