So yesterday, this badass bitch was able to knock out the last 3 rides at Six Flags that I couldn’t fit in since I started my membership in 2020.
Screaming Eagle, American Thunder, & Batman all knocked off the list! Each ride I was able to get on, get in, get buckled, get checked no issues, no double checks, no struggles!
Also got to ride Catwoman Whip again but this time with my husband! It was such a good NSV day!

Also, officially down to 217 making a total of 82 pounds lost! I’m creeping close and closer to that big 100 gone!

Guys, a big thing for me is that if I find something I like I want to share the news with everyone… so basically go check out this YouTube channel. I’ve been doing one of her stretching sessions every day before work and I feel so much better. Also, they’re relatively short which is great because it’s hard for me to get up in the mornings and so I don’t usually have much extra time. She also has yoga videos but I haven’t graduated to that yet.
I’m typing this as though I have a billion followers 😂 but maybe one of the few of you will actually get some benefit from this post.

Graduated to a medium resistance band today and completed 2 run throughs of my work out. At the beginning of January, I couldn't even use the light band because I was so out of shape.

I’m at this point in which I don’t care that much what the number the scale shows is but I get great excitement in seeing my clothes fitting better and nicer. Not to mention fitting again in my favorite clothes!
It’s just such a huge confidence boost and I’m here for it!

Newest NSV!
Last time I went to the doctors for my monthly check up the nurse attempted the normal sized cuff for the blood pressure machine - naturally just as always it was too short. Though this time it was only short once it fully inflated - which was new and was good progress!
This week when I went to the doctors to get my rheumatologist check up, the nurse used a normal cuff and it had NO ISSUES.
Y’all my arm is a normal arm now, I’m getting so SKINNYYYYYY. 😂 totally makes the size 14’s not fitting feel a bit better.

Here is what feels like a big non scale victory for me…. Last night after the concert I could NOT take the full elevator so I took the stairs from the first to seventh floor of the parking garage. I couldn’t have done that even sixth months ago!! And I’m now able to take the big staircase at my therapists in one go. Big change from having to take two breaks on the way up

No excuse November day 9: I was planning to lap swim again today... But the pool was closed for lap swim due to a meet and a team practice taking up all sixteen lanes. So instead I did my hip and wrist strengthening exercises and took the old dog for a walk. I'll have a chance to swim on Monday morning before my massage, then Tuesday/Thursday of next week.

As I was playing around on Garmin connect I noticed a nice non scale victory for me: my VO2 max has gone up quite a bit. I've gone from a max of 37 to 41 in just a few months of regular walks and other exercise.

Oh and I'm considerably closer to 40 than to 21 so my fitness age is doing pretty awesome as well.

just have to brag a little bit: i've always been at least 50 lbs heavier than my boyfriend. i've recently lost 65 lbs and now we weigh the same!!! i am so proud of myself & can't wait to see how much more weight i lose 🥹
