Reginald is watching the kids brainwaves as they sleep, Luther and Allison’s is relatively calm, switches to Viktor and it’s starts beeping like crazy, cuts to him taking his “medicine”

When Pogo tells off Diego and Luther for fighting after the house got attacked and they both meekly apologise and slink away like the little boys they are

Little hints that Diego still has a stutter like when he’s asking Beeman for the file on Harold Jenkins and there’s extended pauses between words as he gets more emotional talking about Patch

Klaus willing to succumb to his own demons through drugs and alcohol (for valid reasons) but not willing to see his siblings do the same as he tries to cheer Luther up

Five: “he’s been telling us out whole lives we’d save the world from an impending apocalypse” Klaus: “yeah but I always thought he was just trying to scare us into doing the dishes” Five: “me too!”

Leonard is hella gaslighty and manipulative but damn he’s almost got me convinced with how supportive of Viktor discovering his powers he is (which I suppose is intentional)

Luther ripping the pub door off it’s hinges as he rushes off to help Allison

Damn Grace traumatised Viktor into following orders. Should’ve just had her present for all of Viktor’s training

I maintain that unanimous “I will” when all the boys offered to give blood for Allison was just hecking sweet. And then Diego fainting immediately at the sight of a needle.

Five saying “I’ll get it” when Hazel knocks at the door to Delores when Delores has no means of answering the door

When Five answers the door and sees Hazel with a gun, first asks about Viktor before moving on

The door to the Academy still having its lock blown out form Hazel and Cha Cha’s attack

I mean Luther’s the dick that took things too far and made far too many assumptions rather than be compassionate or sympathetic (like Reginald) but other than Allison (who was recovering from a serious injury and couldn’t have put more effort if she wanted to), the others didn’t even try to let him out or protest any more (I mean Klaus reached for the door once but got stopped)

Diego: if I was going to date a man, you’d be the last man I would date. Klaus: you’d be lucky to have me

Reginald: terrible terrible father. But he gave Viktor his wife’s violin because he thought Viktor might love it as much as his wife did

There's something so bittersweet about the childhood flashbacks in tua. They were all children together. Reginald was horrible, but they had each other. And then everything went to shit. Five's 13 year old body a bitter reminder of what once was. His siblings in their adult bodies a reminder of how things should've been. God,,,,

I know the moment doesn’t last very long but I love how Five asked Klaus if he was ok. He saw the blood trail, noticed something was off, and instead of being snarky straight away, he actually showed that he cared for once. Also, Klaus is RARELY asked that so it was good that someone asked. I don’t know I just thought it was a nice moment.

It's nice to know that TUA S4 will be released on august 8th. I was getting a bit angry because i thought that it was gonna be released at the end of the year and it looks like i'm gonna have s1 klaus just for a bit in s4?!!!

ok so i’ve seen a lot of discourse about how shitty allison was this past season of umbrella academy and while i agree, i think her whole like storyline this season was super important and interesting to see. because for the other two seasons allison is kinda portrayed as like the nice one, the one that brings them all together and never fights and never really does anything wrong. and most of the time in the first two seasons she doesn’t even really use her power because of what happened with claire. but i think an important distinction to make is that she doesn’t stop using her power because she realizes how unethical/immoral it is to basically fuck with consent the way her power does, she only stops using it because she gets caught using it with claire and it ruins her life. so while i think she understands on some level that what she did was wrong, she doesn’t yet understand how fucked up it is to use her power on innocent people. she doesn’t understand why it’s so not okay to mess with people’s free will like that, because she’s used the power her entire life and no one ever stopped her before or limited her or anything. so i think it’s really interesting how the third season explores an allison that no longer feels guilty about using her power because she’s lost so much, and she resorts back to using it to make things go her way and we finally see how messed up she can get. because again, we were introduced to an allison that we felt bad for, because we met her after she stopped using her powers, but if we’d met her before i think we would’ve recognized much more quickly how messed up allison is and how much she doesn’t understand that what she’s doing is wrong. like i know we all know how fucked up the whole thing with luther was (and btw they definitely didn’t dwell on it as long as they should’ve) but we all forget that she basically did the same thing to her ex husband patrick and we get clues to it throughout season one. like this isn’t allison all the sudden becoming evil, it’s just allison without any morals limiting her anymore because she’s lost so much that she needs to feel some sort of power and control again and the way she’s always done that is through her power.

i know this is quite the ramble, i guess what i’m just trying to say is that allison’s writing in season three wasn’t as off-character as i’ve seen some people saying. and don’t get me wrong i still love her so so much as a character, i just want her to start discovering her true self more without her powers and understanding the ethics of what she’s doing. and i hope in the next few seasons as the rest of the siblings discover the true extent of their powers, she starts to discover the limits to hers.

I just wanna take a moment and appreciate Aidan’s acting because the “put her down” scene was honestly so good. Five looked a little crazy and a little scared and just. It looked like how someone who’d been in a post-apocalyptic wasteland with a mannequin for decades would look if someone threatened to drop her out of a two (?) story window.
