Darron is definitely the smarter one of he and Steve, however, that doesn’t mean he’s a genius. With his height and build, much to his annoyance, Darron will often knock his horns on door frames and various other objects and occasionally will find himself with his hooves caught on something. They have a diet mostly consisting of meat, including humans- however, Shikoba solely feeds on already deceased humans much like a vulture, which in turn helps lessen the spread of disease and possible contamination in the environment. Shikoba spends much of their time in the woods around the apartments, and likes startling their residents every now and then. On the other hand, Shikoba has a strong aversion to bright lights and dislikes car horns with how loud they are. They also remember their life from when they were still just a deer.

His name tag is only a note card taped to his chest, and his collar is merely a tracker in case he wanders off grounds and gets lost. Brutus also has many patches of pale scales as he has vitiligo, a condition that causes cells to lose pigment over time. Brutus enjoys drinking tea outside on warm, sunny days. However, he doesn’t like baths so many residents of the apartments take turns hosing him down to keep him from smelling. Brutus is also able to speak, but rarely does so, being more likely to communicate through body language or growling.

Name: Nico Species: Sand Cat Demon Height: 7′2′‘ Pronouns: He/Him Apartment: #319 Bio: Nico is a pro fighter, but has no specific style of combat as he fights using various styles he’s seen or experienced mixed together. However, he won’t fight outside of a match unless it is for self-defense or defending others. Nico may come off rather intimidating but he’s actually quite gentle and enjoys napping in the sun. With his teeth being the way they are, he’s not quite fond of gummy candies or other chewy foods. Nico was raised on tribe lands in the desert, so he will often wear the traditional loincloth of his people or go shirtless while wearing pants or shorts. He also has many feline-like qualities such as purring, napping, and also has similar grooming habits.
