My dedicated pups. You've waited for this. The actual pilot episode of 101 Dalmatian Street is finally HERE! Viewers can watch the short pilot intro, free of cuts and incomplete footage and audio!

I hope the 101 Dalmatian Street community have been looking forward to finally getting their paws on the episode! Believe it or not, the pilot has been leaked along with other DIsney animated shows just last night, and Phrontistery originally planned to release this much later than that, but with everything happening, this is a good time to do so!

And HERE is the actual full 20-minute footage of the actual pilot episode itself from 2017! If you're familiar this one, yes, it is indeed an early animatic of the 2-parter episode "London, We Have a Problem".

The pilot, if you can tell, has a LOT of written dialogues, scenes and content that was remarkably absent in the final version! There's a LOT to unpack in this 20-minute video, so I urge you to absorb all the details within it and watch it for yourselves!

There's something about Hansel's design that struck me as absolutely adorable! I think the artist who designed him didn't even try to hide the cuteness in how Huskies were drawn in the 101 Dalmatian Street universe, and the final design speaks for itself!🥰🥰🥰

Whoopsie daisies! It appears as I was treading carefully across the room with my large size, I stumbled a little bit and stepped my front-paw right on top of one of the Super Mushrooms I keep around!😅

Soooo…. if you're wondering why I've hit a rapid growth spurt and now taking up the whole living room in my and @mel-toons's flat, here's your answer!

Guess I probably should find a better place to keep my power-ups and not leaving them sprawled on the floor where someone might step on them, huh? Now… erhm… since there's no room for me to move and squeeze out of the living room, could someone PLEASE send a goomba to hit me or least hit me with enough force to turn me back to my normal size? Please?

How's it goin' my dedicated pups? The 5th Anniversary celebrations may be over, but in case some of you have been curious, I'll give you a special behind-the-scenes look on the 5th Anniversary group-shot that me and my pet human's sibling @AstralBlocks had worked on together and break down how it all shaped up to the final product!

Let's dive right in, shall we?👀🔍

Here are Astral's sketches of 101DS' background/recurring characters that I drew off of. They basically made them as a base outline for me to use as a reference, and I offered to color each of them separately. Of course, there are several versions where Astral drew a few characters together in one group, with the Royal Corgi family being the prime example. Though not all of them were completely sketched, I was able to the make out the outlines to draw over and color in.

From the refs that Astral had sent me, Astralblocks had done a spectacular job in doing justice to the designs for animals in the show, making sure they reflect 101 Dalmatian Street's charming art-style, including a few like the ducks and the rapping pigeon.

Since not many of the background characters barely had any screentime or speaking role, there were a few instances I gave Astral the creative liberty to pose the characters and expressions the way they see them to give them more dimension and personality based off of their designs. (Taking the three cats from "The Waow of Miaow for example")

There were also several times where some BG characters would come out as inaccurate due to a lack of refs I have given them. With the Afghan hound and the little grey-blue, puzzle patterned pup as a few examples. Despite that though, fixing them up wasn't much of a problem for me!

Speaking of which... Now we go through that characters that didn't make the cut in the final poster. Like the bats from "Dotty Dancing" and the Talent and the gray pup that I mentioned. There were several of them that didn't make the cut due to time constraints and the rush to get it done. Though, with the exception of Mr. Fuzzy's girlfriend Lucy. I had COMPLETELY forgotten to add her to the poster by the time I had finished it. (The one that I did color in)⬇️⬇️

And that's all I have to say about the BG character sketches! All in all, Astralblocks is a true natural in talent when it comes to sketches.

I'm still grateful for them for lending me a paw in working on this project together in time for the show's 5th anniversary! Hope you dedicated pups enjoyed the behind-the-scenes of this poster! Until next time Peace!✌️

I for one had an excellent time throughout the past week celebrating 5 years of the show with all of you faithful 101DS fans! It's still hard to believe how the time flies!😁

We had a great time together in those 7 days, with all kinds of fun fan-content and small events that 101DS fans could enjoy!

From the bottom of my Tanuki heart… All I can say, thank you all so much for making this event meaningful and memorable to the 101DS community.🙏😌

It's folks like you that keeps my inspiration and support for the show's future strongly ignited, and we will continue to ensure that 101 Dalmatian Street has an impactful legacy through our support and dedication.

As I had said before, 2024 is the time where we look to re-energize the fandom's enthusiasm and support for the show, and I believe some of these projects I announced over the past week (And some of those I had already announced a while back like the upcoming 101DS Tumblr series, and some that's under the wraps) will give us an open path of what to do next in our longtime support for the show, going forward.

With the 5th year of the show rolling by, I could not be prouder to be a true 101 Dalmatians fan, and especially 101 Dalmatian Street TV series!😊😁

For now. I'm going to take a much-needed break to help little ole' me stay in shape, enjoy life and stay connected with my human fam, and then get back to working on my 101DS fan-art and projects! A whole month working on the 5th Anniversary animated video and working on the 7-daily announcements really had me drained, so this is a good time to take it easy on myself!

For those wondering when you'll get the opportunity to see the pitch pilot of 101 Dalmatian Street, then rest assured, you'll be able to watch it very soon!

Phrontistery's 101DS Pilot history with the pitch pilot that he had gotten access to being included is the next video we'll be seeing from him!🥳🎉🎊

As the video is currently in the planning stages however, there is no exact date for WHEN the video will be released as of right now, so I urge everyone to have a little more patience, and surely the wait will be worth it. And please, respect Phron and give him some breathing space, as he had just finished the hard work on creating and releasing the 101 Dalmatians franchise timeline/family tree video.😵‍💫😴

When the release date for Phron's next video with the pitch pilot is announced, we'll let you dedicated pups know about it as soon as possible!😉

Announcement No. 6: I hope you're ready for this one, my dedicated pups! I'm happy to announce that I am hosting a MAJOR art-event on August 11th, as part of the celebration of 101 Dalmatian Street's 5th Anniversary!🥳🎉🎊

The main point of this event allows artists like you to take your favorite scenes from the show and draw it in your artstyle. Better yet, it could also be aftermath of a certain episode in both an art pic, or in form of fan-comic!🎨🖌️✏️🖼️

There are some other rules/guidelines that I recommend reading first when participating.

Once you've finished you're artwork, be sure to send it to me through my Discord Server "Danuki's Project Dalmatian" under the 101DS 5th Anniversary Art-Event Channel, or you could simply DM me either way! 📨

Once I've recieved enough artwork, I'll be making a HUGE art gallery on August 11th, where your artwork will be displayed!📖
