I know the story is ending soon so it’s not likely to happen, but (for the Epilogue, perhaps) I would love to see the big three (Endeavor, Hawks, BJ) work with their direct trio counterparts (Katsuki, Izuku, Shouto).
Endeavor is clearly a great motivator for Katsuki to improve. He's strong, serious, smart, experienced, and direct parallel to Katsuki's goals and ambitions. They've both come so far, and while they might have been a detriment to each other in the beginning in the same way All Might and Izuku can be to each other, I think their growth has led them to a place where they understand that they need to rely on others and that saving others is The Goal.
Hawks would be an amazing mentor to Izuku, they both have huge brains and a similar aptitude for analysis and critical thinking. They're observant, emotionally intelligent, and good at looking at the big picture more than others do. If Hawks stays quirkless and Izuku loses OFA, this makes even more sense. Hawks would be great at teaching Izuku how to control his emotions and increase his political savvy.
During Jaku, Hirokoshi laid the ground work for Shouto to be a support hero. I don’t think he’s supposed to excel at offense like his father, he’s more suited for control, particularly environmental control. His ice walls would be huge for controlling a battleground in the same way the heroes used Kurogiri’s portals. Divide and concur. He's still a good offensive hero of course, he's generally very well-balanced. Best Jeanist is reserved, but a very good and reliable leader. He would be able to help Shouto in that role, and potentially also help Shouto become a hero with a strong public image. BJ would be a good counter to the concept of heroism that his father tried to instill in him, which I don't think really fits Shouto well.
I was thinking about how often Dabi is used as a side gig for Izuku in BakuDeku fics but I couldn't remember if they'd even canonically met. Technically? Right before "来んな、デク”. But then google's AI hit me with the Dabiyama, I can't...
(Thirteen years of Katsuki calling Izuku a biter edition)
Izuku: 酷いよかっちゃん…!泣いてるだろ…?!。これ以上は僕が許さゃなへぞ
Katsuki: 「無効性」のくせにヒーロー気取りかデク!!
Izuku: どいてよ皆…!
Katsuki: どかせてみろよオールマイト気取りが!!!

Uraraka and Iida are supposed to be flanking Katsuki in the second clip, with Iida's hand on Katsuki's back. In both cases, Katsuki accuses Izuku of posturing/pretending to be a hero (then specifically All Might). Dialogue from the manga.
It just hit me... what do they do with all of the empty rooms at Heights Alliance? Are they open? Are they furnished? Do the students use them as communal spaces? Could they be themed?!
Can't even imagine how long Hirokoshi has been waiting to draw Katsuki with a sincere expression/smile. First, his smile at All Might (which completely threw me), then the Giga cover floored me all over again. If that has been his end goal for Katsuki, his lead-up was really so meticulous. That kind of logical, event-based development is hard.
I know Hirokoshi is good at making superhumans seem normal and relatable but when I see someone write pro hero deku and dynamight running through a city or fucking hopping fences like normal ass humans it whips me out of suspension of disbelief so fucking fast lmao
if you think Izuku doesn't use every excuse to black whip himself around like Spiderman I don't know what to tell you
Okay. So. The specific mentioning of Tenko's Decay coming from Overhaul got me thinking... this might be where Chisaki finally comes in. If he apologizes to Eri, maybe she can restore his hands, and then he could use the regenerating aspect of his quirk to fix his boss and Izuku? But in the meantime... Kurogiri may be fixed as well? (Monoma)? If they have portals again. Not that there's really anyone left to help.
Also. I'm really hoping that Tenko is going to fight back and potentially give Izuku OFA back?
I could honestly see an ending where Tenko does the rest needed to finally get rid of AFO.
Ugh I just want to know what happens. But I don't want it to end.
