(rant/storytime?) not to sound like Chronically On Instagram but i also dont care that much bc posting here is essentially just talking to myself, but 😭😭 theres this guy that’s kinda cute, kinda cool, he was in 1 of my classes this year. i’m on instagram a couple weeks ago and i see that he followed me. im like ’oh! cool!’ bc as i said, i thought he was cool. so naturally i follow him back. now about last week i come into his place of work, which i wasn’t fully aware that he worked at. i end up in his checkout cashier line or wtv not by my choice, and i inadvertently make it the most awkward fucking experience, as i, being filled with anxiety and social ineptitude: 1) immediately look away after making 0.5 seconds of eye contact, 2) do not say hi, wave, or do anything that would’ve been like,, a normal thing to do, and 3) grab my bag with the shakiest of hands and say a thank you that he absolutely did not hear. now today i’m scrolling through my own following list clearing out inactive accounts and all that, when i decide on a whim to look at his account. i look at his following list and immediately feel the stabbing sensation of betrayal. he fucking unfollowed me 😭 and didn’t even have the audacity to remove me as a follower?? like god damn man, at least soft block me 😢 a straight up unfollow is so harsh 💔💔 i’m embarrassed. my pride has been wounded. i’m also very much exaggerating but idk, what is this tumblr for if not pointless stories about nothing?

calls my best friend Pringles bc freshman year she sold him pringles, chips, and other snack foods

nicknamed me Viper bc i allegedly make underhanded jokes and take cheap shots at people like a snake (i called him old)

has nicknames like this for a good amount of students

pulled up a youtube video of yoda when trying to convince me to not be such a petty bitch toward my ex

my teacher just referred to the students who were absent as “the missing children”
