🌱✨Hearty vegan feast before our ayahuasca ceremony last night 😋 The Epic Awakening Retreat includes 100% organic vegan and raw vegan meals in alignment with Peruvian dietary protocol before and after ceremony. When our guests apply and register to attend we send them dietary guidelines to follow leading into the week with us in Costa Rica. It's very important that our bodies are as clean as possible to ensure a deep experience with sacred plant medicine. The cleaner your vessel the easier the medicine can do its healing works. We advise all of our guests to try their best to follow a plant based diet with no processed foods for at least a month leading up to their retreat. Then during their week with us we eliminate certain spices, oils, salt, fermented foods, and certain fruits like avocado and banana which are known to inhibit the power of ayahuasca. Thanks to @pedropradhu we dine like royalty and feel incredible from the inside out. It's always such a blast to see our guests shift. 🙌🏼After a glorious afternoon with these goddesses setting intentions for the full moon, practicing yoga, meditation and immersing in sound healing, we journeyed together in sacred space. Mother ayahuasca opened the door to our hearts and souls as we released all that no longer serves our personal and collective highest potential and vision. Tonight I was more clear and aligned then ever before going into an ayahuasca ceremony thanks to my two Kambo sessions over the last few days. The medicine flooded me quickly winding its way through my body and healing along its path. I felt and saw all of my chakras open and activate. My third eye folded open and I was presented with a series of doors. In my vision, I passed through these doors one by one and found a variety of people and situations. First was my family, then came my guides/guardian angels. I have never encountered any kind of guardian in my visions before, so this was AMAZING. I couldn't see their faces, but I felt them all around me and the temple watching over us. They spoke to me telling me how proud they were of all of my passionate endeavors and service while filling me with love and light. I could feel my love @conscioushustle protecting us from afar like the owl that he is. Gracias mi amor! I'm off to bed now to rest and integrate. Feeling beyond blessed, connected, supported and loved. Thank you to these courageous women for boldly stepping onto the medicine path to heal and awaken body, mind and spirit. Second round of Kambo this morning. Phew! This ceremony was more intense in terms of heat, vibration, and purging, but I felt more able to drink water throughout and stay calm with my breath. I was shaking head to toe through the end of the session. The energy from the medicine that caused the shivers continued for the next twenty mins while I was laying down. Once the vibration subsided A huge smile took over my face 😄 I feel super grounded, peaceful, clear, aligned, balanced and light. So much gratitude for this deep detox and healing. 🌕Tomorrow is the largest supermoon in the last 70 years. I am beyond elated and grateful to get to dance under the moonlight with my sisters in our La Luna Goddess Sacred Plant Medicine Ceremony. Tomorrow we gather for a day of empowerment and self love. We begin after lunch with a womb blessing ritual, followed by yin yoga, then we sit in sacred space sipping ayahuasca throughout the evening. We gather to heal our hearts, reconnect to our divine feminine and Mother Earth, pray, set intentions, and unite in sisterhood. It is our responsibility to take the best care of ourselves and each other in order to hold space, envision, and awaken a higher consciousness for women and future generations in this world.
