Even if you are against some policy or a group of individuals please be careful with the words you use. WORDS MATTER. You being fearful and negative in your rhetoric will not solve anything (history proves that)! If you are scared, but a good person PLEASE cushion the words you use with HOPE. Hi Hina, so I am in the depth of depression, have gained 8 kgs, stuck in a group of people I don’t want to work with I pray for them but I can’t work with them, I don’t like being around my parents, in continuous fear of forced marriage. I try to pray five times, give as much charity I can, but i am sort of really close to giving up now have not been able to pray lately and don’t even need the feel to even when I should. Help if you can.

So sorry. I do not know how I missed this ask. I have just been so busy studying for my CPA exams. Needless to say, I hope you still are hanging in there. Please think positive and surround yourself with positivity. Drop people who are adding stress to your life. And your Parents (who none of us can easily drop), talk to them, reason with them, share your feelings and anxiety. There is nothing wrong with "love" or "arranged" marriage, but no marriage should be forced. Sometimes all we need is someone to just listen and not give us their opinion or pass judgment. Please know that you can always talk to me. Take care. Sending you lots of love and prayers.
