Im still working on his color. He needs a name too, I've been procrastinating naming my OCs.

Sirius Mysterious' ref

He's a neighbor who likes to know things through his magnifying glass and his trusty note and pen. He writes things about his neighbors, whether what they like, what they hate, what are their hobbies, and more.

He'd make scrapbooks for everyone in the neighborhood. When he is done writing in it, he invites his neighbors to decorate the scrapbooks.

Drawn some things. I've... Gotten quite interested in Welcome Home. I really like Frank for some reason. He just looks so cool ><

Also made my OC a Welcome Home version. Sirius Mysterious' height is taller than Eddie, but shorter than Howdy, somewhere in between there. He always brings along his magnifying glass, notes, and pencil.
