I’m trans and I’d say sadly I don’t think they could do it (unless Charlie was trans) even if they wanted to cause ya as far as we know Charlie is cis and I know that I as well as lots of ppl in the trans community have a problem with cisgender actors portraying transgender characters in movies and tv, no shade to Charlie I’m sure he’d do an amazing job of it and it’s nothing personal to him it’s more of a general thing. I just hope they don’t show Luke when he was young and up until like 15 so we can keep the headcanon and have it not totally disproved by canon lol like we can still have it after but yea

I'm curious, I know that trans!Luke is just a headcanon but if the show were to make him trans, would it be okay that he's not played by a trans actor? Because I know a lot of people want to see more trans actors portraying trans characters instead of cis actors doing it (and for good reason, I absolutely want more trans actors on screen!). So, if (and I know it won't, but just a hypothetical) the show did have Luke come out as trans later on, what would people's opinions on that be because (as far as we know) Charlie is cis? I'm just curious to know!

TIME TO TALK ABOUT FLARRIEEEEEE

flynn x carrie (don’t y’all go making fun of the ship name because all the ship names in this show are rly bad except willex lol)

So I think Flynn Julie and Carrie were a trio of besties like the boys but three ppl and not in a band and way different... nvm not like my ghostie children

ANYWAYS okay so Flynn and Carrie were always rly close and even tho Carrie was in their group she wasn’t as close with them but they were all SUPER SUPER close so it was hard to notice (the Molina’s and the Wilson’s were very very close tho also Trevor gave Rose his old house when he moved the mansion that’s irrelevant but whatever I wanted to say it) Carrie wasn’t rly into music in the way Julie was but her dad always went on and on about how talented Julie was and she started to feel jealous even tho music wasn’t her passion she started Dirty Candy in seventh grade but her dad still neglected her. Carrie realized she was lesbian in eighth grade. She started dating Nick as a denial thing but once she came to terms with it a year or so later she was gonna break up with him a year or two later (idk the exact time) when Julies mom died Carrie felt neglected by not just her dad but everyone because everyone was comforting Julie even tho Carrie never had her mom there so she didn’t see the big deal and the effect it had on the Molinas she thought they would at least be able to normally function. The two started to drift apart and Carrie stayed with Nick to piss Julie off cause she knew she liked him. Okay so now at the time of like after ep 9 Julie started to ignore Flynn more then she already was (I can write a whole thing about the toxicity of Flynn and Julies friendship in the show) and Flynn starts to hang out with Carrie more but she doesn’t want to tell Julie because she knows how Carrie treats Julie liked shit. While Julie is either practicing with the band or doing whatever the he’ll she’s doing with her undead lovesick puppy (I saw that on a fanfic [i’ll find the link but it’s by the same person who did we found wonderland I THINK] and I can’t stop referring to Luke that way) Flynn bonds with Carrie and they eventually decide to date. When Flynn tells Julie she gets really really mad but luckily they talk it out and Carrie apologizes a lot. Anyways I’m tired but that’s all I have to say for now :)
