Summary: Sonic has reached the ripe age of 50 and is now longing for another adventure. One day, he wakes up back in Camelot, but it’s not the same one he left, as no one seems to remember those events other than Sonic; and on top of it all, they all think that he is the lost king Arthur who has simply lost his memories.

Arthur’s most loyal knight Lancelot is the same age as Sonic and a single parent, who is struggling with his sudden loneliness as his son Galahad has recently moved away. Sonic is enthralled by him, since he’s something that Shadow isn’t; mortal. Given their position as king and his bodyguard, the two quickly become close, closer than their titles would suggest in fact.

Now Sonic is struggling with his new duties and expectations – ones that he didn’t really even ask for in the first place. In the midst of it all, he’s trying to keep his newly blossomed relationship a secret, while also adapting to yet another new, unexpected title; stepfather.

My dnd character Kaapro Pinewatcher's reference sheet. I completely forgot to post this here-

He's a wereboar cleric, who's a religious studies researcher. He was originally a human, and one time he was doing research in a wereboar cult by pretending to be a member. He was found out, and cursed to become a wereboar. He doesn't switch between a human and a boar form, and instead stays in an anthropomorphic boar form all the time. However, his god Aureon blessed him and let him keep his sentience.

Lancelot:

Lancelot is a 50-year-old knight, the most loyal of them all and closest to his king. He is a strict but loving single father to his son, Galahad. He is struggling with his sudden loneliness as his son has recently moved away to live in the castle and focus on his training and studies. The sudden return of King Arthur is both relieving and scary to Lancelot. Now, he can serve him again to prove his status as the most loyal of the knights. While the king seems to have amnesia, Lancelot is surprised how much Arthur still trusts him. He is willing to do whatever it takes to help him – maybe he likes his king more than a knight like him should...

Galahad:

Sir Galahad is the only child and beloved son of sir Lancelot. He has recently moved to live in Camelot Castle to focus on his training and studies. At the age of 19, he is the youngest of the knights, but his skills and determination make him a dangerous opponent. Everyone believes he will be the greatest knight one day, even greater than his own father. The expectations put on him are a bit of a burden, but he wishes to make his father proud. As the youngest of the knights, he hasn't had a strong personal connection to king Arthur, especially because of the king's sudden three years of absence. Now the king has finally returned, and Galahad has a chance to prove himself and get to know Arthur better. However, his father and His Majesty seem to be closer than a king and his knight should be. While Galahad is worried his father will get in trouble, he is also confused himself, not sure if he should see Arthur as his king or stepfather. Or both?

This whole story idea was originally just a silly little daydream I liked to imagine while trying to fall asleep. I'm not super into the idea of Sonic and Shadow being parents, but the idea of Galahad being Lancelot's son from a previous relationship and Sonic being a stepdad was intriguing. It would have such a different dynamic, especially if Galahad is already an adult. My friends had to witness this AU Getting Me in real time, and now we're here. It's actually a fic now-

This AU is partially inspired by original Arthurian lore, partially by Sonic lore, and the rest are just all kinds of ideas that popped into my head. This AU is basically just "Since Sonic's Arthurian world doesn't have Guinevere in it, it's only logical that Lancelot would be in love with Arthur instead, right?" and old man yaoi-

Since Prophecy of Chaos AU is inspired by the show She-Ra and the Princesses of Power, The Chaos Emeralds have a role similar to the Sword of Protection (to those who haven't seen the show, it's what Adora uses to transform into She-Ra, so all the seven Chaos Emeralds transform Sonic into Super Sonic, just like in canon)

But since there are seven of them, they can be used for other purposes as well. All seven give Sonic the same Chaos powers as in canon, such as Chaos Control. But each Emerald also have their own unique power – but using those powers take more energy. So far in the fic two have been revealed: The Blue Emerald has water powers, and with it Sonic is able to "control the serene waves of an ocean, from simple droplets to great tidal waves". The Cyan Emerald is like the element of wind, and with it Sonic "can run and glide in the air, almost like you were flying." The rest will be revealed as the story progresses!

Each Chaos Emerald also has its own guardian, and their job is to both protect the Emeralds and guide Sonic along his destiny as the Hero from the Prophecy. Each one will reveal more and more to him. So far the guardians he has met are Tikal, the Guardian of the Blue Emerald; and Nicole, the Guardian of the Cyan Emerald.

Prophecy of Chaos AU-

Sonic is an orphan, having been raised in the Eggman Legion. He’s been in training since he was six years old, and he’s very eager to get to an actual battlefield to fight the legion’s sworn enemy: the Resistance. One day Sonic sneaks out to race with his childhood best friend Shadow. Sonic ends up getting captured by the opposing side, and soon learns that he is the long awaited hero from an ancient prophecy, meant to save Mobius. Not only that, but what has been taught to him about the Resistance and Eggman Legion isn’t as black and white as he has expected. Sonic finds himself struggling with his inner feelings as he joins the Resistance, especially when it means he has to leave Shadow behind. Can the two of them remain friends now that they are fighting under opposing banners?

Small Animal AU-

Sonic often knocks over small structures built out of sticks & destroys plants Shadow worked really hard on.

Sonic has comparable intelligence to Shadow, but, he just likes to cause problems and roll in dirt and break things. He could plant things and build stuff but he does not. ..

Generally Sonic and all the other characters are just. Small animals like the ones found in robots, but! Robots and their bigger counterparts don’t exist
