I made orange chicken for lunch/dinner today and it was SO good. I didn't have ginger and its absence was definitely noticeable but it was good regardless. Overall, I'd give it a 6.5/10 but I need to play around with it a little more because the acidity was a bit too sharp, even though the tamari and brown sugar should have offset it
