i definitely do agree with the "you guys can't just say rude things to other bloggers and expect them to understand youre joking like you would with your friends" points because there definitely are boundary issues here, however i will say it's been frustrating watching that become the big conversation directly after everyone decided tone tags were useless and cringe and only for dumb weirdos (but totally not because theyre primarily used by and for autistic people we swear). like, wow, if only there existed some quick and easy way for one to denote that their statement was a joke or sarcastic vs genuine, so that even if others couldn't pick up on that on their own, they would still be able to tell what the intent was. if only something like that existed.

Now, IOF forces in Gaza raise the Israeli flag over the beaches and take selfies with fleeing Palestinians in the background, cheer and celebrate a “return to their settlements in gaza” and sing about leveling the land and fantasize building shopping malls on Palestinian mass graves - it was never about hamas.
