Chuuya nakahara was a ,man of great power and status.all of which had only increased since he had ascended to the position of the head of the port mafia.The mafia in itself was an organization that commanded great fear and respect from both civilians and the government,but since his ascension to the throne,things had only gotten better.the organization ran like clockwork,not that it hadn’t before,but he seemed to bring his own twist to things.he was also more brutal and ruthless than the previous boss.dazai osamu was a man of great intellect and he too had elevated the mafia from where I once was.but chuuya had something that dazai didn’t.he had a lover, or wife, as those who were closest to him knew.you two had tied the knot shortly before dazai’s passing and although you knew it would be risky,you were determined to make it work.in fact,In your vows,he’d promised to protect you no matter the cost.and you’d promised to love him till the end of time.

You were also a member of the mafia,having joined at the same time he did.you were one of the sheep and had defected when they betrayed him. For even then,you loved chuuya but as you grew,so did your love for the blue eyed ginger,and when you started dating,you were the happiest you’d ever been!needless to say he’d felt the same way you had for almost as long,but the fear of rejection and losing a loved one is a pesky instinct.

four years was how long you’d dated before he proposed at age 21.the ring wasn’t exactly fancy,but it was the one you’d wanted,and although you could’ve rushed the ceremony,you decided to wait.the next year flew by like a blur and soon it was your wedding day,and as you walked down the aisle,you both teared up.

Fast forward to today,he was staring at a memo from one of his subordinates,the one tasked with protecting you and keeping you safe,for while chuuya knew you could take care of yourself,he also knew that in your world, there was no such thing as being too careful.

There had been an attempt on your life. and as he read the memo chuuya felt a sudden chill run down his spine.his worst nightmare….his biggest fear had finally been realised and he hadn’t even known it had.

At first he beat himself up about it,how could he let this slip by?how did he not know???he suddenly felt a sudden wave of disgust as his mind replayed a certain phrase, “dazai wouldn’t have let this happen.” he pushed the thought away and continued to think of how to keep you safe.he’d be damned if he let his insecurities were what out you endanger!

Step 1,get you to a safe location,and while chuuya knew that being by his side would be dangerous,half of him wanted to believe that he was the safest option.but finally he went with the objective solution and sent you off to an overseas safe house,with a unit of the organisation’s best hitmen.assassins and body guards.he knew this was a tad bit extreme yet he wasn’t going to risk it! So later that day,once you were feeling a little less shook up about the attack,you grabbed your to-go bag, and took a private flight to your,hopefully safe, hideout.and even though it pained him to have you so far away.he knew it wouldn’t be for long.

Step 2,figure out who the fuck was responsible.the mafia had many resources,and being the boss allowed chuuya to take full advantage of said resources.so with almost no effort,his informant was able to find out ,who ordered the hit on you,when they did and and who had been assigned to carry out the hit.chuuya thanked the informant,took this information and left to form a plan of action.he first decided to take out the man who had been tasked with the hit.

Did chuuya know this man was probably just following orders and had no actual beef with him or the port mafia?yes.but was he gonna let this bastard get off scot free?? Not a chance.

He paid the hitman a visit himself,knocking on the door almost harmlessly,before punching the door in when he heard someone else on the other side.

Needless to say the assassin was shook! he watched as chuuya’s subordinates stormed his apartment and had all their guns aimed straight at his head.chuuya then took a few steps forward,his expression one full of rage and hate as he wrapped his hand around he man’s throat,instantly crushing his windpipe with what looked like no effort at all.his face became stoic after that.as he silently left the scene,he stared at his hand and it shook.he hadn’t shouted or screamed like he’d planned to,and it felt,weird.nevertheless,he got into his car and was driven back to the PM HQ.

Next for the the man who had ordered the hit himself.chuuya had found out that the man ordering the hit was a leader of a rival criminal organization,one dazai had managed to eradicate,that had come back from the dead.and apparently they thought attacking the new boss’ significant other would be a good idea…foolish.

(like bro we aren’t even in this universe and even we know that that’s a big no no! tf?! Literally you deserve to get rekt!)

As chuuya read the man’s file he realized just how insignificant he was.no abilities.no special accomplishments.no worth. Nothing that could even compare to the might of the port mafia but still they had chosen a fight? Chuuya didn’t know if he should have been impressed by their ambition or annoyed with their stupidity.perhaps they thought he wouldn’t retaliate.

Well,they were dead wrong.

So the next day,chuuya did a simple thing.

He broke into the man’s home,sat on his couch and waited.once he arrived at his home only to see the literal boss of the port mafia,scarf,fedora and all.the man attempted to run out the door.

Chuuya responded to this by simply throwing his blade at him,effectively pinning him against the door.he took his time sauntering over to the pathetic whimpering excuse of a man and finally said. “so you’re the sack of shit that tried to take out my y/n?” he gave the man a once over.he had a scraggly beard,tacky jewellery and looked absolutely disgusting.it made chuuya sick to his stomach to be in the presence of such a piece of trash,but he wasn’t done yet.

“please! Im sorry! I-I made a mistake I beg of you spare me! I promise not to ever interfere with the port mafia again!!” the man was fully begging now,and honestly it was quite entertaining to see him squirm under both the influence of fear and the pain caused by the knife in his shoulder. chuuya pretended to contemplate letting the man go before his lips curled into a devious smile. “yeah how about no?” he said before pulling the knife out of his victim’s shoulder,causing him to crumple to the ground.

Next he climbed over the man and began to beat him to a pulp.

First one punch,then another,and another.each one getting heavier and heavier as he added the weight of his ability behind them.he screamed out curses and threats between punches,even straight up insults and just yells.

The man was dead after about the tenth punch.

well…at least that’s when chuuya realized he was dead.but then again,who wouldn’t be death with a bashed-in skull?

Chuuya then calmly got up off the floor and soon realized he was covered in blood. “crap…..now ill have to send this one back to the cleaners you piece of shit!”he muttered to the corpse as he stepped over it and exited the apartment through the door.

His car was waiting for him when he reached the street and his subordinates made sure no one saw him in his blood-stained state.

Once in the car,he sighed and let out a breath he didn’t know he’d been holding in. he pulled off his bloodied gloves and threw them to the side,picking up his phone to call the leader of the unit protecting you.

“its done.bring her back in four hours”

A “yes sir” was heard on the other side of the line,before it cut off and chuuya was left listeing to the beeps that replaced the team leader’s voice. He lowered the phone and called a different number this time. This one being the mafia’s elite kill squad’s leader’s. he let the phone ring once,twice, then hung up.this was the signal to carry on with the eradication of the rival organization. It would be a massacre,but still,the other organization stood no chance. Chuuya almost felt bad for the members of that organization;for they had to pay for sins they hadn’t even commited,but he supposed simply being a follower of the man who’d wanted you killed was enough of a sin to warrant the punishment they would be dealing with now.

Chuuya got home to your shared apartment and took off his shoes at the door,he looked at the pictures of the two of you that decorated the walls,and each time he saw your radiant smile his heart skipped a beat.

He went to the bathroom and stripped down,getting into the shower to wash off all the blood. He tossed his bloodied clothes in the hamper labeled ‘work-stained’ and chuckled to himself when he saw the label you’d hand written and stuck on there.

After he was done,he got out of the shower and began to towel off his hair,as he was doing this,a little flash of light caught his eye. It was your wedding ring twinkling at him from its place on the counter. Of course he’d left it behind! He wasn’t going to stain something so sacred with the blood of a worthless cretin! No way in hell!

But now that he was all cleaned up,he slipped it back on his ring finger and smiled.once he was ready, he heard a click and knew you were home.

He stepped out of your shared bedroom wearing and oversized tee shirt and some sweatpants only to be tackled by the likes of you!

You wrapped him up in a bear hug and didn’t seem to be showing any signs of letting go.and he was perfectly okay with that. He hugged you back just as tightly from your spot on the floor,simply saying, “I missed you too princess~and im not going anywhere.” you nuzzled into his neck and he held you close. “don’t ever send me away again chuu you know I can take care of myself” you said,pulling back to look him in the eyes from your position on top of him. “I know love but,” he said as he sat up, “you know I couldn’t risk it” “yeah… yeah I know” you said, looking down at the floorboards. “but it really sucked you know?” “oh yeah…it sucked ass.were you okay?did anything happen while you were there?” he said,concern seeping into both his expression and his voice as he gave you a once over,his eyes looking for any sort of scar wound or injury.

You placed your hand on his his cheek and directed his attention back to your face before bringing yourself closer and gently cupping his face. “chuuya,im fine…really.you can relax…” he nodded at that and leaned into your touch. “I know but i-” “ah ah! No buts.” You interrupted him,“im okay and that’s what matters right? So lets just relax hmm?”

He nodded once again before pulling you in for a kiss. It was soft.yet passionate.clearly making up for lost time and when you both came up for air,your foreheads leaned against eachother, he said it. “I love you y/n and I’ll do anything in my power to keep you safe.” You smiled and nodded at him. “I know chuuya….i know” you said before giving him a quick peck and hoisting yourself up off the floor.

You pulled him up along with you and the two of you made your way to the kitchen to cook up some dinner.

“oh and chuuya? I love you too” “I know y/n…I know” he said with a wink. you almost threw a pot at him~

He wants to protect the people he cares about but he also knows he needs a clear head.

So after Kunikida gives the team a plan of action,kenji leads the charge.

If you’re in mortal danger he may not even wait for the agency to give him a plan of action.

Kunikida knows he cant stop him so he just sends atsushi and dazai with him.

For dates, other than the aforementioned restaurant trips i think he’d love taking you to parks or places close to nature.

He’d teach you everything he knows and would tell you all about his family and farm

Loved telling you about his cows tbh.

He also gives really tight hugs!

Like the kid will pick you up and spin you around! I mean he can, so why would he not!

As a hobby or even if you wanted to do it professionally,he wants you to follow your dream and be happy

I feel like he’d be the perfect reference for like poses and things,if that makes sense????? Like his figure and stature just seem perfect in that way for me!

Wouldn’t mind bein your reference tbh.he loves your art anyway and him bein able to be that much of an integral part in it would probably make him smile internally!

Yall go on lil days out to buy supplies and even he takes a look around the place and falls in just as much love with it as you do(was it because the place elicited so much joy from you that it brightened the entire city???? Maybe~)

If there are lil tools and stuff he wants to know the use of he’ll just ask you straight away.

Eventually you get him to agree to try it!

So that day you pick out an extra canvas or water colour pad and some paints,brushed and the whole shebang for him and you go home with everything gathered in your arms!

I feel like chuuya is definitely a doodler so he starts with that,just doodling on maybe a watercolour pad and painting it in.

Vent painting sessions!

Like when the both of you cant sleep or are feeling particularly stressed,you’ll go over to your supplies and paint out your feelings!

This is one of the only times he manages to outdo you!

We all know chuuya’s expressive,and he kinda basically wears his heart on his sleeve,in a sense; so naturally, he was great at expressing his emotions.

The colours on his canvas blended perfectly and the aggressive strokes just added to the effect!

He’d effectively depicted his feelings before you, and the result was just as beautiful as he was~

Wine and painting

Like on calmer nights yall just grab ur paints and he pours out glasses of wine for you both(IF YOU ARENT AT THE LEGAL DRINKIN AGE IN YOUR COUNTRY, YOU GET A MOCKTAIL OR NON ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE)

Its a great way to unwind and let loose tbh,maybe you’ll even have some music playing in the background to suit your mood.

Your shared apartment has paintings EVERYWHERE

Like all over the walls,in the toilet , and honestly anywhere it could be displayed tbh!

You make sure to hang his ones up aswell ,and in places where they’ll be completely visible too!

Okay no but like,imagine him in a loose white shirt and his hair in a messy bun???his sleeves rolled up and paint just all over his arms and some on his clothes and face???? And he doesnt even knoe because he’s so concentrated on what he’s doing????

(GODDAMIT WHY DO I DO THIS TO MYSELF NOW I CANT STOP IMAGINING HIM LIKE THAT!)

Painting and personalising plain clothes and tee shirts for eachother!

Oh and havin your own specific clothes for painting sometimes? Like these clothes have random paint splotches on em and stuff!

OH IMAGINE like chuuya gets late to come home or hes on long mission and since you miss him a little you wear his shirt and start painting (if you’re bigger than him,then you wear it as like an overshirt or tie it around your waist{honestly anything to make it feel like hes there})

And then he walks in the door and you go up to hug and welcome him

He notices its his shirt and smirks before leaning into kiss you saying, “Missed me that much huh?”

Ooh little paint fights would be ADORABLE like you put a dot of paint on his cheek and he then puts one on you and it goes back and worth until you’re both just a laughing mess on the floor.

Honestly chuuya with a reader who paints has now blessed my mind so thank you anon!

Kunikida obliges because,honestly lets be real,atsushi’s already stressed tf out,and he knows that letting the boy worry on the job wont help anyone.

Honestly at first,atsushi’s surprised kunikida agreed so easily,but doesn’t question it!

He rushes home with some of your favourite snacks and surprises you.

I think that since he has healing along with his weretiger ability,he may not get sick as easily?

Or at least if he did,he’d be able to get better a lot faster.

So he’d gladly cuddle up to you if you needed him

So when you get sick.he knows exactly what to do!

He’ll roll over on bed one morning and when he sees you sick his joke-y morning musings become serious and he gives you one last cuddle before getting out of bed to make you some okayu (rice porridge, a rather simple dish of rice, salt, and water.) and asks you to eat it

He knows its not the best tasting thing ever,but tells ya that it’ll make you feel better

Dazai Wouldn’t be worried to leave you to go to the agency,he’d rather skip work but kunikida be kunikida-ing😔🤷🏻‍♀️

He does call to check in though!

But serious calls are made privately of course(God forbid kunikida sees he can actually be serious for stuff like this and{tries to make} makes him just as serious about agency work )

He would DEFINITELY tell kunikida that he’s just goin to check on you and leave during the day.

Does he know you’re perfectly okay?yes. does kunikida know youre perfectly okay? No~

And He’s gonna capitalize on that fact~

Would he be as dotting as atsushi or as concerned as dazai? Probably not.

Buddy knows you can take care of yourself,sick or not.

But if you asked him to cuddle he wouldn’t be that opposed to it…he would be cautious tho.

Expect for him to sleep on the couch or anywhere away from you

Its nothing personal,he just doesn’t want to get sick.

Losts of take out

I think ranpo knows to cook a little but honestly,he’s not bothered.

He just orders take out! Different hot and soothing foods! He’s make sure youre fed (him too,aint no way he aint getting at least a piece of the stuff he’s ordering!)

At one point when kunikida hears that he’s just been ordering take out the whole time,he himself comes over and cooks.

So does yosano! Dazai offers but he downright rejects him! (oof big yikes)

He’d contemplate askin yosano to make you better,but decides against it…

Honestly,ranpo wouldn’t be bad if you were sick. He’d just be a bit clueless at time.

Don’t worry! Fukuzawa and kunikida and yosano (mainly) are always there to help!

Chuuya would be doting on you,calling to ask if you were okay and making sure you have enough of anything you need.

Mans is takin care of you,what can I say~~

Chuuya is quite responsible and really knows what he’s doing so he’d have the best doctor(or just your doctor if you wanted) to treat you and make sure you’re on the right track to recovery!

He’d take a day,or at least half-day off work if you needed him,but if it couldn’t be avoided,he’d send one of his subordinates to check on you.

Maybe someone youre more familiar with if you asked?

Is he scared of getting sick?

Not necessarily,he jus cant afford to get sick…

His job is pretty demanding,so he might sleep away from you if youre contagious…

But he’d still take care of you,cooking for you whenever he could and making sure youre all comfy.

If he does end up getting sick from you,he wouldn’t really be mad.

Would prolly beat himself up for bein careless(not for you to hear ofc) but in the end you ride out the sickness together!

If he catches something different to you?

He’s self isolating.

Different apartment.not risking giving it to you!

He honestly just wants the best for you and would do what he had to to make sure that you did.

Now back to if you were sick with him (like a similar illness )

Poe’s quite a tall fella so he’ll be able to wrap you in quite a snuggly hug! (he is 6 feet after all! If youre taller than or as tall as him, its still work!)

He has snacks around for when ranpo comes around so,regardless of if he restocks or not,you’ll have enough snacks for when youre sick.

Has separate colour coded pill boxes for the two of you and reminds you to take em daily.you do it together!

He’s be great honestly~

Honestly he found it amusing,how you sent letters and little things and he found it even more amusing how you thought he wouldn’t know who you were.

Dazai was a man of many talents and finding out information he wanted and needed was one of them.

So he decided he’d give you the chance to talk to him,or rather for him to talk to you.

The next day dazai left the agency building for a little walk,knowing full well you’d follow him.

Once he was about to pass an alley,he turned into it instead of just going straight.

This confused you.

You’d been studying his routes and his schedules and the only thing he visited around here other than the café was the convenience store that always seemed to have a deal on bandages,and even that was a few blocks away.

Nevertheless,you followed him into the alley,maybe you could talk to him? Finally hear his voice speaking to you..

But when you turned the corner the alley was empty

You walked in and looked around,how could he have vanished??

Just as you were about to give up and leave you felt someone’s presence behind you.

you turned around you were met with the object of your admirations.

The man himself

And suddenly you were nervous…

No words came out of your mouth when you tried to speak,so he decided to fill the awkward silence himself.

“so you’re the one who’s been stalking me,” he said with a laugh. “I was honestly hoping for a more challenging opponent”

This snapped you out of your trance.

“opponent? I-I don’t want to be your opponent…”

“what do you want to be then?”he asked,the look in his eyes showed he knew the answer.

“i…I wanna be your partner;as in,in a romantic sense”

“so you want to date me? Well im sorry to disappoint,but im not interested”

“but-”you began and were immediately cut off

“I’d like to be with someone who would be willing to commit double suicide with me,and im guessing that you aren’t hmm?”

“i-”

“mhmm,”he said turning around to leave the alley, “that’s what I thought”

“but I love you!”

He turned back to look at you before leaving the alley, “how tragic”

And with that he was gone

->Chuuya

Honestly it really pissed him off.

Everyday,his mail was filled with letters and little knick knacks you’d sent him and it was getting really really annoying,because you’d had the brilliant idea of making your letters look like official ones he actually needed to open.

He’d gotten pretty good at telling when it was one of your bs ones or his actual mail now.but he’d always end up goin thru the ones he’d sorted out too.

He couldnt risk missing anything important.

And while it did make Chuuya’s life a living hell,he didn’t think you were worth engaging.so he suffered in silence.

That is,until he received a rather unsavoury package.

“Unsavoury how op?”You must be asking!

Well lets say he knew it was a bs letter when he saw the package alone.

Because it was wet.

He grabbed a paper towel and used it to toss the package aside,looking through his actual letter pile to make sure nothing important had been soiled as a result of your annoying-ass shite.

Thankfully nothing had been ruined but when he had finished work that day,his curiosity got the best of him and he put on a pair of disposable gloves to open the package (AINT NO WAY IN HELL HES TOUCHIN THAT SHIT WITH HIS ACTUAL GLOVES! NAH UH!)

When he opened the envelope a set of undergarments fell out,and they were...nope he wasn’t gonna finish that thought!

This was the final straw!

This had gone on long enough and he was fed up.

Chuuya used the mafia’s resources and was able to find someone who could find out who tf you were

Once he had his answer he looked at your address and thought he’d give you about as much of a surprise you had him.

He picked open your lock and stood by your window all the photos and pictures of him you had tacked around, making his skin crawl.

just as you were coming in through the door you noticed a figure by your window and squeaked out loud in shock,dropping your bags.

“You-you’re-”

“The person you’ve been fkin inconveniencing,yeah” he said,taking a purposeful step towards you.

You took a step back,this wasnt how you’d envisioned your meeting! He wasn’t supposed to be mad...why was he mad??

“Inconvenience? I never meant to inconvenience you!” You squeaked out.

Chuuya didn’t even try to hide his disdain at that.but he also wanted to get out of there asap!

He looked you directly in the eye and said in the most intimidating voice you’d ever heard, “either you leave me the fxck alone,or ill send my subordinates to take out the trash.”

You were so shook by this that you fell over backwards and he took that as his cue to leave.

He held onto his hat and ducked back through the window.

this snapped you out of your train wreck of thoughts.

You reached out to him and shouted,clear as day and loud enough to be heard, “BUT I LOVE YOU!”

He looked back at you and the disgust that came over his sharp features managed to distort them in a surprisingly unattractive way

“Not my fuxkin problem!”

And with that he disappeared and your entire reality came crashing down as the fog cleared and you realised just what had happened.

->Ranpo

“Ooh mail!” He said as he went through the pile kunikida had brought up for him.

But nope. None of the snacks he’d ordered had come yet. And he knew better than to eat mystery candy from strangers,his dad boss fukuzawa had taught him better.

This was the fourth day too...

Ack he was sick of this!

Ranpo quickly deduced your location and asked dazai to take care of it.

He knew dazai’s past from the mafia and he really wasn’t bothered to go himself.

But he also knew dazai wouldn’t do anything unnecessary,so he was the perfect choice!

When dazai came back ranpo asked him how it went

“Oh,nothing special,just some poor soul stuck in a delusion”

To which ranpo nodded,commenting that it was finally over.

“Yeah about that,they said they loved you...sounded pretty convinced you loved em too.”

Ranpo knew this,but he asked dazai what his response had been nevertheless.

“Ah,” said Dazai, falling into the chair next to ranpo’s.

“I just told them that you had better things to do and better people to spend your time with.”

“ a bit harsh?”

“Mhm,but you know there wasnt any other way.”

Ranpo nodded once again and went back to his snack and cartoon.

The next days came and went and ranpo finally had his regular mail on schedule.

Now his pile was of boxes of sweet drinks,snacks and even more delights!

->Kunikida

This entire ordeal irked kunikida to his core

It neither made sense according to his ideals,nor did it make sense in general

Furthermore your letters and packages were becoming a nuisance

He had to end it.

Kunikida asked katai to find your location and when it was handed to him he took it and left.

Thirty minutes was all he allocated for this entire situation ,and he aimed to end it within his pre-set time frame.

He knocked on your door and when you answered it,you were obviously taken aback!

You struggled to find words so he filled in the silence.time was ticking after all...

“Good day,y/n. Im sure you know who i am but im here to tell you that i am not interested in you.you fail to meet all the criteria to fit into my spousal plan project and you have shown a severe lack of honorable ideals.therefore i would like you to leave me alone and allocate your time more constructively.thank you and good day.”

He bowed and turned to leave but you gripped his arm and with determination dripping from your every word said, “but i love you! We’re meant to be!”

He sharply shook off your hand and barely even looked at you as he said, “i wholeheartedly disagree.take care and goodbye.”

And then he left without even sparing you a glance.

Dating tenya is kinda different

Not in a bad way ofc

Hes just kinda awkward at first!

You two had been besties for your 1st and 2nd years and you could definitely say you’d grown close as close could be

Seeing tenya without you and vice versa was always a little odd.

And everyone could tell that you had a thing for eachother!

So in your 3rd year,you bit the bullet,thanks to courage bestowed upon you by denki sero and mina, and asked him out on a date.

And later that day he asked you to be his s/o!

He was sweating bullets lemme tell ya! And although ppl woulda thought yall went from 0-100 REAL Fast,you knew that goin thru the talkin phase would be kinda stupid,especially when you already knew everything abt eachother!

Datee nights are always perfect.thoughtful and well executed

This man is basically the kunikida of MHA he has a plan for almost anything and mann will he execute it to a T!

Iida isnt really big on pda but if he knows you are ,he tries his best to be okay with it.if you initiate it hes mostly okay but he wouldn’t really do anything other than a little hand squeeze on his own.

The iida family aren’t particularly judgy or concerned about your family back ground(they know that if someone managed to make tenya fall in love,really in love,they were the right choice) but they were however adamant on the fact that he treat you right

Tensei himself gave tenya a good talking to the day they had you over for dinner,and even though you were having a nice chat with his mum,you caught a few words of tenseis lecture.

When it comes to gifts they arent really big or flashy. Flowers he saw out in the school garden or just little things that remind you of him are his little gifts to you

Tiny trinkets that mean a lot!

And if anyone ever even triesss to mess with you,this man will defeat them WITH THE POWER OF LOGIC AND FACTS HE WILL REASON UNTIL HE HAS DEFENDED YOUR HONOUR!

And honestly it gets you kinda flustered to see him so worked up,you had the situation under control but he really wanted to help you,so you just watched from the sidelines as his hand kept cutting through the air as he made his point,and I think we all know he wan that argument 😎

Dating tenya iida is a unique experience and honestly he makes your life just a little bit sweeter just by being HIM.

Poe may call himself a detective,but i think we all know that his ability to create worlds with words is what makes him special

When you first met and he found out you too were an artist(one of the drawing kind) he wanted to know all about your hobby

And naturally you wanted to know about his writing too,especially since it connected to his ability!

After a little time had passed and you’d grown totally comfortable with eachother,you openly shared your art without fearing judgement from either party.

One thing You loved to do was read poe’s work and then draw what had manifested itself in your mind as you read

And when you were done,youd ask him to take you into his story so you could both see how accurate youd gotten.

If you were spot on you’d jump and cheer and poe would find it totally adorable how such a simple thing brought you so much joy😭

But if you missed even a smol thing or if your rendition was completely different,youd want to figure out where it had gone “wrong”

And even though you strived for perfection in your art(its one of the many things you shared in common) poe would make sure to let you know that it was perfect as it was.

Sometimes you contemplated turning his stories into comics

It would be a way to combine both your skills!

And when you finally told poe he agreed (INSIDE,BUDDY WAS JUST WJSIEHEVWGAJBWBEBSBY-ed OUT!HE EVEN RANTED TO KARL ABT HOW HAPPY IT MADW HIM)

You both got to work on a story then

And when i say you both got to work,i mean he wrote it,then you both went and experienced it and afterwards you illustrated your adventure!

Obviously you gave your characters different names,but anyone who knew the two of you,knew that those characters couldn’t be anyone else other than you!

Poe loved that you were able to mix the things that made each of you happy,and he loved how easy it was.how natural it felt.

Poe may have had the ability to draw a reader into the world of a novel,but you were able to draw the world of a novel,out for a reader.

And although your talents were different while also being the same,they both meshed together perfectly.

Honestly she’s just fun,like REALLY fun

Like she can read you like a book but you can’t read her??? (she likes to keep you on your toes)

Can be the most understanding and accepting person you’ve ever met and honestly under her entire ‘fun’ personality,she’s actually really deep and can empathise with you on a lot of stuff.(but if she catches herself she might just brush it off like its nothing and go back to her usual facade)

Does she trust you? Not totally.

Would she feel hurt if you didn’t trust her? Kinda.

Why? Because while she cant guarantee that she’ll be able to tell you everything,she still loves you and the feeling that you doubt that kinda hurts.but she also knows its fair…

Sometimes she’ll get into bed after you’ve already gone to sleep and she’ll just stay there lookin down at you,gives you a little kiss on the forehead too

If you ever end up in trouble because of her work?the entire DOA is comin to the rescue!(its actually just fedya and sigma BUT THAT’S ENOUGH!)

I think she’d try as hard as she could to keep the more unsavoury parts of her job (which is kinda most of it…) away from you. She’s not opposed to showing you,but she’d rather you didn’t have to witness those things…

Feeling sad? She’s by your side with booze,tissues,magic tricks and whatever you need. Even if its just an ear to listen,she’s there for you.because you’re always there for her,and she feels like it’s the least that she could do.

Over time,she learns that she can he totally herself with you.its still a very weird feeling,but its also just a little liberating?

But again,when she feels like she’s getting too comfortable,she basically recoils back in again.

And the fact that you’re willing to wait for her and put up with her continuously fluctuating moods and temperament really does mean a lot.

If you ever have long hair or even slights long hair, and you cut it? She’ll ask for a few strands to braid into hers….does she hate how it feels like she’s binding herself to you? Yes.does she tell herself its her choice and she can choose to take it off or even leave you if she wants? Yes. Would she? Who knows….

The physical representation of the, “I made a bracelet for you” “ew I don’t want it” “oh its okay you don’t have to wear it-” “no shut up im never taking it off” meme.

Ngl,Fyodor worries that sometimes she’s in too deep…but knows that she’ll ultimately do the right thing.

But what is the right thing? You ? or the DOA?
